recording lost

Hello,

We recorded a webinar and I cannot find it.  I believe what happened is during the process of creating the recording a pop-up box appeared and I clicked cancel.  I never had a box pop up before and not sure what the box was but apparently i lost the recording.

Can it be recovered.  Any help is appreciated.
