Hello! I used the "Livestream to YouTube" feature for the first time and had a bad experience: Every 20 seconds, it restarted the audio, overlapping on top of me continuing to present. You couldn't understand what I was saying because it was restarting the webinar on top of me over and over again. After 3 minutes, I ended the event because it sounded like 10 of me talking over myself. Both the Zoom Webinar recording and YouTube livestream recording sound like this. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?

Hi all,All of my previous webinars under 30 days, associated recordings and reports have gone missing.Zoom has been wiped clean.Can any of this be restored?Best

I have been running a webcast with registration.  We have over 6000 current registrants.  We want to start using Zoom Webinar going forward.  The problem I am having is importing the 6000 current registrants.  I can import their Name and email address. But all the custom fields like Title, Organization..... do not import.   Is this a limitation of Zoom's import?

Hi all,I need a bit of guidance for Saturday's webinar, I have two quick points to address to ensure a smooth experience.Firstly, I've already distributed the attendee link. However, I now need to generate separate, unique invitation links specifically for our 15 panelists who will be joining before the general attendees. Could you please advise on how I can create this panelist list and generate these individual links?Secondly, I want to double-check that all attendees will definitely be muted automatically when they join the webinar. Could you please guide me on how to verify this setting within the platform?Thanks so much for your help in making sure everything runs seamlessly!

I set up a webinar as requested by my manager once the webinar started and the attendees the host then realised they should have requested a meeting.  Could I have then converted the webinar with the attendees already joined into a meeting. I know how to set up a webinar for a future date and change this into a meeting and vice versa but cant find anything on if this was possible with a webinar that had already started with joined attendees.    

I've purchased the webinars in preparation for upcoming sessions.  I've been doing some prerecording with the camera on and when I go to play the recording, it only shows a blue screen, it only recorded the audio.  I double checked the settings and it has everything turned to ON.   I did a test with someone and they had said that they could hear me in the webinar, but could only see the general screen of waiting for host to start the meeting?  Has anyone experienced this and have a solution? I contacted Zoom support via email, had correspondence at first, and now it's been 24+ hours since I've had any follow-up.  TIA for your help!

I started a webinar practice session a few days before my webinar was scheduled to begin. During the practice session, I heard from a registrant that the registration page stated that the webinar had started, with a button that said "register and join" instead of only "register. The registrant was confused since it appeared that the webinar had started days early. Is there a way to disable the "webinar has started" notification and "register and join" button during a practice session to avoid confusion?

I added panelists to a webinar and sent them their panelists links from within Zoom. One of the panelists received her link via a Microsoft Teams notification instead of via email. Is there a setting that I may have accidentally enabled to make this happen when I was setting up the webinar? Or is this a setting on the panelist's end?

I am receiving a massive amount of Zoom registrations that I DID NOT sign up for. Why is Zoom NOT supplying us with the ability to mark these as SPAM like Goto-Webinar does, and STOP THIS MADDNESS?????  I "opt out" of them if I can actually find the link. Some of them are hidden so well that you can't. This IS SPAMMING, and Zoom is allowing it to happen. It's like they have figured out that by using Zoom as the spamming platform, that their SPAM gets straight into the inbox.  C'mon Zoom! FIX THIS!!! Give us the "is the spam" where The spammers CANNOT remove or edit the footer. 

Is anyone else getting spam emails from scammers using the Zoom system and why is Zoom not doing anything about it. This is crazy and I will pull my company out of this product if nothing is done. The emails do not even allow for reporting spam. This is crazy.

We've set up a webinar and invited one of our Zoom Rooms as a Panelist. The webinar appears on the controller in the room (it's a Neat Bar system), but when we join the webinar, it only joins as a Participant, NOT a Panelist. While we can promote them within the meeting, our use case will often be that the Zoom Room is invited by an external party to a Zoom webinar, and we'd prefer not to have to walk them through the promotion of the participant to a panelist. Why can we not join the meeting as a panelist?

Hosted a webinar yesterday, had two people logged onto account as host and co-host. Premium account, which doesn't/hasn't timed out before. Webinar abruptly closed/got disconnected, without host initiation for both attendees and panelists. What happened? 

Hi everyone, Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm trying to join a Zoom Events meeting using the Meeting ID and passcode, but it's not letting me in. Instead of joining the meeting, Zoom just redirects me to use the meeting link.This is a bit inconvenient since I usually prefer (or need) to join using the Meeting ID and passcode.Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Is this expected behavior for Zoom Events meetings, or is there a setting that needs to be adjusted on the host's side? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello,We are trying to keep anonymous users, and callers from joining our webinars without having to register for the webinar.  We have about 2000+ people that attend an all-hands webinar.  In these webinars that we host, we have attendees that show as "anonymous" and sometimes there is inappropriate chat and Q&A from these anonymous users/callers.  These webinars are strictly for our employees and was wondering if there is a way that only their domain email could join the webinar.  Also possibly keep our users from forwarding the email so that other users cannot simply click the link and join the webinar.  We use SSO for Zoom.  We use the Zoom Workplace software installed on our computer's version 6.3.11 (60501).  Thank you!

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see who these participatnts are?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room.  I have been told by Zoom support that this feature is only availble for Zoom Meetings, but I have see references to this feature being available for Zoom Webinars.  Can anyone confirm if this is available?  We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs.  Thank you.

I am trying to set up multiple price options. I got it to work once but cannot seem to get it to work now. My new events offer only a single price for the event. I cannot see the ticketing tab. Any help for a newbie?

Hi Everyone, I have a situation where customer has scheduled a  webinar.  Issue : Customer wants their participants to join their scheduled webinar without registration. However, they want to add two more fields like EID, email id while joining that webinar. May I know is it possible? As far as I know only in registration page we can add fields. Please help me if there is any workaround for it

Hi,i recorded a webinal that included chat usage. when i downloaded the files the chat was very pure and patial. is there a way to get the full chat? maybe rejoining the session will alow me to copy all written chat.can someone helpthanks

My requirement is to pull webinar data from zoom for couple of user accounts. Currently our zoom admit created the app and shared us the client id and secret key with that I'm able to generate a access token but when I try accessing webinar api with previously generated access token I'm response getting 'Code - 1001, Message - User does not exist'. Our admin is saying he has given all the permission and the user I'm trying is also exist in the system but I'm not able get the api response. Kindly guide me here.

Hello,We would like to test out a poll in a practice session, a few days before the webinar. The practice session would be used a second time, just before the webinar.Apparently, if we test it out, the poll will be deactivated. Is it possible to recreate the poll after the practice session? Also, I don' t know how to join the practice session as a normal participant  to see how the poll looks like. Is there a way to get this view? Thank you.

Hello, I got the zoom events plan and a problem is happening. When I test start the meeting and when I chat something and when I end the meeting, after that, when I go in to the management screen, And I can’t see the chats I can see how much chats send but I can’t see what is in the chat. Is this normal? Can’t I see the chats after the meeting in zoom events? Please help me out 

Hello! I have a webinar I want to convert to an event. I found this documentation (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057859#h_01ERMZYTJQY65E4J3PEAV4M5W5) but I have some additional clarifying questions: 1. I currently am registering people for the webinar via API/Zapier. Once I convert this webinar to an event, will my API still be able to register people to the webinar as it is currently, or will that be broken? 2. Going forward, is there a way to just create the event from the start and register people via Zapier? Or do I just have to create the webinar and convert it to an event? 3. The recording of the webinar/event: If I am accessing that via the API/Zapier, will that be under the webinar ID or will it be under a new ID connected to the event? Thank you!
