Hi there,I've encountered this question many times post-webinar as I often use the Zoom webinar survey option. My question is - how do I get the link to the survey I've created in Zoom that is displayed in the browser after my webinar? I'd like to link to it in an externally crafted email (sent via hubspot) but haven't been able to do this in the past. I've even chatted with Zoom support who weren't able to help. Has anyone found an effective way to do this without using a 3rd party survey platform? Thanks!

I am hosting a webinar, halfway through, all of sudden, my control panel functions stopped responding.I can open Q&A, PARTICIPANTS, but are all blank, nothing on it.The meeting continues, I can hear and I can see live subtitle, But I cannot do anything, all functions disappeared.I did not try to close the app, afraid it will cause ending the whole webinar. When the webinar finished, I cannot stop the recording either. Very very strange! Can anyone explain what went wrong...  

During  a webinar, after updating to the latest version (5.7.7) our PC experienced unique anomalies that other participants did not.  While other panelists were sharing their screens (Powerpoints) our screen went dark.  Our PC also lost the ability to switch between views (swap between large shared screen and presenter, etc.).  It just froze.  And after the panelist finished sharing their screen nothing changed.  Our screen remained dark.  Eventually we lost all picture.We left the meeting at one point and logged back in.  Fine for a while and then problem reoccurred.  Became an audio-only Zoom.  This is an older HP Pavilion laptop with an i5 processor.  We'll be replacing with a newer computer but I'd like to get to the bottom of this before we possibly replicate the problem.  Thank you for your thoughts. 

hi. We had a technical issue (well a few of them) on a webinar last night. I would love to actually talk to a human to help me through what went on. We couldn't connect a person to help run the webinar and some people that were on the call, weren't showing up on the attendee list. Can someone please help me? 

Hi, I have a questions regarding the settings for attendees in a Webinar. Is it possible to give different perimissons to attendees (some can only watch, others can use chat and Q&A)? If not, is it possible to set the permissions of all attendees so, that the questions they write in the Q&A or chat can only be seen by the host/co-host first? The host/co-host can then manage theese questions further, so that other panelists or attendees can see them too. Is that an option? Thank you for your help!Spela  

Hi all,I am going to run a Zoom Webinar with a number of attendees. At the end, I would like to take the photo of all attendees, so I would like to promote all attendees to Panelists, and ask them to turn on camera then. Otherwise, there are so many attendees so I can't promote each attendee.Can you help me the fastest way to promote all of attendees?Thank you!

Hi zoom community,  My organization (ISBT) will hold a multiday webinar (workshop). We already have >700 pre-registered attendees but they are not registered in zoom. Do I need to add/register them manually (if it's possible) so that when they join, they will be joining with their names instead of under an anonymous account? Or are the attendees always able to use their names and emails when they join via the shared webinar link? Names and emails would also be needed for the organizers for the attendee report. Thanks. I am trying to download a recording of a webinar and each attempt has failed. I've done this process a number of times, and never experienced a download failure before. The download starts successfully but stops at around the 200MB (of a 894MB file).  Is there any other way I can try and retrieve this recording?

A weird thing happened in a practice webinar yesterday.  I was taking a newbie presenter through the usual steps and I couldn't share my own screen in the practice room. The green button was there, I am the account holder and host, but when trying to share, a message popped up saying that I was restricted from sharing my screen. After a check in the settings, everything was fine - screen sharing was enabled etc. Then, I did a quick test webinar with someone else and it worked fine as usual. This has never happened before and has unnerved me somewhat. Anyone else had this problem? 

Hi, I have been in  a webinar before and the view of all the guests have been turned off. I cant find how to do this though. Does anyone know how to do this please. My aim is to turn off the view of everyone for each other as I find the view distracting during a webinar but then I want to turn it back on when I get to the Q&A piece. 

We host regular webinars. Some folks are able to watch them live, and once the webinar is over we can pull reports that show who watched and for how long. This is important when awarding education certificates for nurses. If a registrant watches the recording later, however, I can't pull the same information. I'll get "Sally Jones" registered for the on demand webinar and that "guest" watched the webinar for 58 minutes, but I can't connect "Sally Jones" to "58 minutes watched." Anyone have a workaround? 

Hi there,  Is there a way the host can be unpinned/hidden in Zoom Webinar? If we wanted just the presenter to be seen that is - thank you! Help! 

I am working on an integration for my company where we have many recruiters that set up webinars for virtual campus tours. We utilize webinars for these events and I am building an integration using webhooks. This will allow for webinar details to send a webhook payload to an endpoint that will create a Campaign for us in Salesforce.We need to be able to pass over some custom fields/data about the event that are not relevant to the end-user directly, but determine how the end result gets routed and configured in Salesforce.For example, we need to pass over a field that tells us the type of recruiting effort this is going to be. Is this going to be OnCampus, or Online.  Rather than having a custom question where we ask the registrant this, we are trying to set it up in a way where the specific webinar they register for has a hidden hardcoded type so they aren't selecting anything on the registration form, but it's a value that is sent over with it and stored in the webinar record.

I'm planning to make a webinar event, my first choice is to choose zoom webminar, but I have some questions that until now I haven't found a solution even after I read the zoom documentation and tried the trialMy problem is:1. how to limit the participants who can join the webminar based on the email that has been registered in the admin (import CSV)?2. How can each participant registered in the admin (csv import) get a unique link for each participant? because I've tried the trial and found that the link sent to all participants is the same, and every user who has logged in or has logged in can join the webminar even though the email is not registered as a participant.3. If the link for all participants is the same, then my first question is very decisive, because I don't want the link given to be shared publicly, and I don't want to do manual approval, because 500 participants is not a small number.4. How can I make sure that when I finish importing participant data in CSV format, Zo

If we are hosting a webinar and want the host and/or cohost to be able to share their screen and have the attendees see both the shared screen and the 4 panelists, what is the best view to use? Follow host or Gallery View? Or is there some other view that we should be using? Thanks for your help!

At the start of the webinar, I used three slides of PowerPoint to switch between "image + music" and "video " for the opening.But sometimes when I broadcast and switch them at the same time, the PowerPoint freezes.How can this be avoided? Is it a problem with the specifications of the PC?

Hi All, I am going to host a webinar where I will be playing a pre-recorded video to attendees.  There will not be any Q&A, panelist, chat, raise hands, polls..etc.  Attendees just watch a video and after 1 hour playback, we end the webinar. I did a test run with colleagues and noticed that the host tile  is always on the screen of the attendees.  How can I remove the host  tile (in RED) so that the attendees can expand the video to full screen on their screen ?  Please see below screenshot.   Appreciate your help. Hi there, I'd like to know if it's possible to launch a video/music visible to participants already connected to a webinar that is not yet live. The idea is to show to the participants some welcoming messages and/or music while the organization is talking to panellists in the practice session to set all the details before going live. 

Goodmorning users, I work with a client and she wants to organize a webinar, it's a one time thing.  She has a pro account which doesn't support the webinars. So we need te buy a webinar add-on. You can do that in a subscription of month by month. Since it's a one time event I would say we do it for a month. What I want to know is how long can you use a the replay link to at the webinar again. Or is it that you can record the webinar (just like meetings) in a local laptop for instance and share the link to replay at any time, even when the subsciption is expired? Kind regards

When I login for a zoom event, will zoom automatically utilize my computer's webcam or will I have the option to use it?
