Sponsor desk in webinars

We are organizing a webinar and we would need to offer a "virtual desk" to our sponsors in order for them to be visible to the attendees. Is it possible? I thought about put each sponsor in a break room, but that would be possible only in a meeting, not in webinars. Any ideas or tips on how to do such a thing? Thank you very much

    Hi @Evelab 

     

    Breakout Rooms would be the typical way of doing this - but you are right - these are not possible in Webinar.

     

    I believe Zoom Events is really the ideal solution for you. This would allow you to have multiple Webinars and Meetings, all part of the same Event.

    Thank you very much for your advice, I had the chance to check out Zoomtopia and it was great.

    Zoom Events is exactly what we were looking for. Do you happen to know how to create the sponsor section in a summit? I can find very few information about it online.
