Recording download fail

I am trying to download a recording of a webinar and each attempt has failed. I've done this process a number of times, and never experienced a download failure before. The download starts successfully but stops at around the 200MB (of a 894MB file).  Is there any other way I can try and retrieve this recording?

    Hey @NZAPI , was this a local recording or cloud recording? If a local recording, you can look into our KB article on ​​​​​​​Troubleshooting failed conversion of local recordings. However, if you're having trouble with your cloud recordings, I would recommend contacting our Zoom technical support and they can further look into your issue
