Is anyone else experiencing this? I hosted a Zoom Event webinar, with tickets paid via a Paypal integration. For some reason, no iPhone users were able to complete their billing address form on their phones - the state dropdown menu wouldn't work, clicking on their state didn't fill out the field or do anything at all. It's difficult to get tech support to help, because no one received an error message or anything like that. It worked for Apple tablets, Macs, and PCs/androids, but not iPhones. Additionally, on the iPhone it wouldn't work in Chrome OR Safari. It's possible the problem lies with PayPal, but they had no answer for me either.

I would like to know about the webinars - 1. Can I host the multiple webinars from one account with different alternative host (main host will be same)?2. Is it mandatory to have alternative host associated with same(main) host account  or under same group ?3. Also Is it mandatory to have Licensed account for alternative host as well ? Thanking you in advance.

I have bought two plans in my zoom account. webinar with 500 attendees and another with 1000 attendees. when i schedule a webinar it schedules with the 500 attendees plan. How will i use the 1000 attendees plan?

We are a company that has a Zoom Events admin account. Our employees will also need their accounts under our plan. How can I send them an invite?

Hi, I run a monthly webinars with some of our employees - we have 700+ registered this year and about 350 attended each month. I want to now add new dates for 2021 - could I just add new dates to my existing webinar schedule and then somehow keep the 700+ registered AND notify them of new dates? ThanksRo

Please Help! I have written three times to SUPPORT about this, but all I get back are article suggestions. I have a PRO account, which has been verified by Billing/Accounting.  But when I try to create an event card, there is a message saying that I only have the Basic plan and I have to upgrade to a higher plan (like PRO).  The event card will not enable to bypass "the mistake" and set a time, etc., for an event. I've asked for a real person to look at my problem, but no response.  (I submitted a ticket).  I've attached a copy of the message I get.  Below is the message I get on the event card when I try to start an event.  Thanks very much - IleneSennuwy

Hello! I have seen other companies that are able to customize the name of the "From" field  in their email confirmations to show their company name. In the below example while the email is still coming from Zoom's noreply email address, the name appears as  "Villa Home" as opposed to "Zoom" which I have been seeing in my tests. Any advice on how to update the name in the "from" field for reminder and confirmation emails would be greatly appreciated!

Hello We use Zoom webinars and allow access to a recording of the live webinar for 30 days after the live event. We set the settings to automatically approve, as manual approval would prove to difficult.  Is there a way of limiting the approval only to those registering with an email on a list - eg like a guest list, so people not imputting an email on the list would not be approved to view the recording? Any thoughts or work arounds outside Zoom would be appreciated. Thnx Joe

We have Group HD enabled but the webcam resolution is only 640 x 460.There are around 10 Panelists with only 1 participant turning on the Webcam. What is the current resolution available for such a setup? Thanks!

I posted a webinar to air in January and have already received 38 attendees. Today i signed on and looked under "Webinar" (on the left under Personal column) to check on signups... and there is no sign of ANY scheduled webinars). It doesn't even ask me to click "Upcoming Webinars" it just gives me links to a training video on having a webinar. Where did my upcoming webinar info go?

I have been running Zoom Webinars with Windows 10 for over a year now and today (for the first time), I could not see the participant names in the Participant window during the webinar !   I had 12 people attending and only 2 or 3 names showed in the Participants window.   They could all use Chat and use Q&A, but I could not see them in the participants window and therefore they could not raise their hands, and I could not activate their microphones.   Also, only those people who showed in the participants window were able to see the Poll I launched too! I tried ending the webinar and updating my copy of Zoom and then re-booting my computer.  I then started the webinar again and they all joined in and same problem occurred.  Seemed to randomly show a few names only and all others did not show (different names showed this time). I then tried ending the webinar and creating a new webinar.  I got the

I need to send follow up emails to attendees, and changing the email is pretty simple - except that it will not let me remove the code that results in the "CUSTOM PLACEHOLDER" item below. I host webinars each week.  Every time my presenters speak, there is a buzzing sound.  It does not occur unless they are speaking.  It is uniform across 10 presenters in various locations using various microphones.  We are not in the same locations.  For some, the buzzing is worse than others.  In general, they use USB headset mics, the same mic I use, and I do not have this issue.  Some use old-school Apple earbuds that plug into the computer.  I asked one presenter to use her computer audio and ditch the USB mic to see if that would help.  It was better, but there was still buzzing every time she opened her mouth.  For the most part, they are presenting from an office location alone in a closed room with their laptop plugged into a docking station with two monitors.  The USB mics would also be plugged into the dock.  They are on wired private company internet.  Any ideas would be g

I have a webinar scheduled for this afternoon and it indicates there are 100 attendees permitted.  Our IT dept. just upgraded the add on to allow up to 500 attendeees.  Will that increase automatically apply to a previously scheduled web inar or do I have to cancel the first webinar and schedule a new larger webinar?

After staff leave our organisation and I attempt to transfer their data over to a manager, I have the following message come up: 'unable to transfer data because data receiver does not have webinar licenses.'  This has been done when I am attempting to transfer data from a Basic user to a Licensed user, so this message makes no sense. I want to be able to transfer all three options to another staff member, including:1. All upcoming meetings2. All upcoming webinars <-- if I don't select this, I can make the transfer succesfully.  Under what circumstances can I make the transfer including this?3. Can I fix a row or a column of participants list in zoom webinar in all situation?I find that when I change the screen to sharing, participants list disappear during the zoom recording.I want the view like this picture all the time. When new participtant join it, they will be added in column or row. Thanks
