Since the start of march whenever I download a webinar report it doesn't seem to be collecting the email data?
I have purchased Webinar license and it is active under my account management but the option to schedule a webinar is not available on my account.
Hi, I would like to confirm, if I choose to downgrade from a Pro account with Zoom Events to a Pro account with Zoom Webinars, will I lose my previously programmed webinars? Thanks!
So I was given a link for a webinar event so I could join and I clicked on it but all it does is take me to a 'Post Attendee' page with a dialogue box that keeps loading even past the start time; and it never allows me to enter the event. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what but any insight would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a picture of the dialogue box below.
Hello, I was running a webinar and in down-left corner was displayed my name as logo/watermark. I know how to usually enable/disable and rename. But in this case it had no impact on it. Could you guys help me? Thank you,M
I have been a panelist with a webinar from one company for the past 2 years. All of a sudden one or 2 months ago I stopped receiving the invitation emails with links to the webinars. I have checked spam/junk folders and nothing. Why would this be happening? I still receive regular zoom meting invites.
Hello,Would anyone know how many custom questions you can add to a registration in Zoom webinars? Also is there a limit of how many custom responses and character space for each response is?
All, Would be amazing if you could help me with the following question. I want to have recording of my webinar but when I do a test recording the video is ON my presentation instead of next to my presentation. I tried already the gallery view and in my recoding settings all below options but nothing seems to help.
I have set up a Webinar with Registration required. I noted that the invitation to "Join Webinar" link is different to that in my Google Calendar for the same event. This is my first webinar event I would like to know if this is correct. Or is there a way I can test this?
Could not find the email id of attendees, even after making a sign in compulsory for webinar attendees. The report has the email id of panellists but is left with blank space for the attendee details.
I created a webinar with the following settings: Date: 03/11/2022 at 2:50 PM Duration 23hr0min Registration: Required The problem was that in the next day in the morning the registration form was locked preventing all new registration knowing that the webinar was on and the time was before 1:50PMHere the error "Webinar is over, you can not register now. If you have any questions, please contact Webinar host." Any comments or suggestions to prevent this error in the future? your help is very appreciated.
I've done this in the past, and never had any problems. I have the latest version of Zoom (it asked to upgrade the experience and I said yes). Under invitations, I click edit beside 'invite panellists' and get the option to add people. I do this, click send, but nothing happens and they are not saved as a participant, and don't receive an email. Am I missing something?
I signed up for a conference that is making available the recording for each of the sessions . When I login to the event, however, and click on each of the sessions, I don't have any buttons/links available to actually watch it. Others are not having this issue so it is something that I am doing but can't figure out what. I am using a Mac (not iPad or iPhone). I have tried Chrome and Safari, I have rebooted my machine. None of that is working. Any ideas? Thanks!!
f I create/set up a webinar, can someone else host it for me in my absence? What about their ability to run the Q & A session? Do they need any special permissions or instructions? There is a 2-day webinar I host that is typically split into two days because of two topics being presented. I also monitor the Q & A for each day associated with the webinar/invites. The idea presented recently was to make it a 1 day format, but I cannot be in two places at the same time. If I created two webinar invites, could I host/monitor one and then assign the other one to be hosted/monitored by another person? We need the webinar format and not meetings. Breakout session would be ideal, but that's only for meetings and not webinar. Also, the issue of needing to monitor both sessions would still be an issue in breakout session. I cannot monitor Q & A for both times/sessions.
Hi thereI'm hosting a webinar tonight & in a couple of days time. People have registered & received the confirmation email but I have had no notification of them registering?! I used the help bot which suggested checking spam folders etc in my gmail account and also said that notifications could take 30 min to arrive. Nothing in spam & now been hours since people registered. Any suggestions?
We want to be able to allow a panellist in a webinar to tell the audience 'Q & A is open now'. Using Q &A to do this, rather than chat (which we want to switch off).Is there a way to do this? It does not seem to be possible for a panellist to initiate a communication in Q and A.
I'd like to be able to chat with another panellist (eg to suggest a question which might be asked, or to say 'could you go back to the 3rd slide'), but I don't want the audience to be able to chat. How can I keep chat switched on for panellists but not for the audience.

Hi! I have a client hosting a one-day, 4 hour educational conference and they want to have one price for their members and other price for anyone joining outside the organization. We purchase Zoom webinar, connected it to the client Paypal account but I only see one payment price. Is there a way to allow for multiple payment prices or have a discount code for our members? From what I've read, many registrants have had issues with Zoom Events, so I don't want to go that route if I don't have to. Any information is greatly appreciate 🙂
I want to change my plan from meeting to webinar. How do I go about this?
We are trying to create a 3 part webinar, with parts 1 & 3 for separate groups due to confidential discussions, and part 2 which is a general session for all of our clients. Anyone have any tips or tricks? Do I used one webinar link or three? I debated if I should use "meetings", however parts 1 & 3 are not for actual discussions and seeing all of the people's names (even using the focus view) seems to be too much.....
Hello all,we are using Webinars to conduct medical education events with about 200-700 sometimes paid, sometimes free participants. If it is a paid event, our intent is to allow one simultaneous stream of the webinar per registrant. However, we do want to allow a registrant to change their device during the 8-10 hour webinars. If I disable "allow registrants to participate from multiple devices", they seem to be prohibited from re-joining the webinar from a different device even if they have stopped streaming on the first device. They have to return to the device they used first in order to re-join the webinar. If I allow registrants to participate from multiple devices in the settings, in my testing that meant they can use the same link to stream the webinar multiple times simultaneously, which means they could share their link which is not intended. Not being able to change the device during the course of the webinar is an inconvenience to users, allowing multiple
My client has a "register me for all future webinars" checkbox on his webinar registration form. They use HubSpot so the list of contacts that have checked this box "yes" is captured. Is there a way to automatically register these contacts to any new webinar created in Zoom so that they receive a "webinar confirmation" email?
Her audio sounds like it's on manual at maximum volume; I asked to look at settings and she advised that the only ones that came up on selecting settings were for Video - and also that the same issue applies on her second (Windows) laptop - and that she has had three technicians look into this without success! Others on the regular Webinar seem to have some sort of volume moderation so I didn't feel I could spend further time interrogating her during the Webinar. If I can manage to speak to her for a while I'll suggest a re-install; allowing Audio access for Zoom and if this fails then just altering her computers microphone settings if we can find them. Do these ideas seem exhaustive and/or does anyone have a better idea (technically that is)?
how do I generate a report with multiple events? I need to collect the names and contact info of attendees from multiple webinars over a 12 month period and it is very tedious to go through every webinar report.
