How Do I Get A User to Stop Emailing Me?

I signed up for a free webinar probably a year ago and I was not interested. I continued to get emails for their new webinars and I would cancel the registration, but they would keep coming. The emails come from no-reply@zoom.us so I don’t want to block that. I have replied to the email of the event organizer asking to be removed, but that didn’t work. Every new email from them has a new reply email address, although they are all from gmx.com. I have just been deleting them, but I shouldn’t have to just put up with it.

    Hi @Chris Tolman,

Welcome to Zoom Community! If those messages are webinar invitation/registration emails sent through Zoom (often showing as no-reply@zoom.us), you can stop them using the unsubscribe link inside the email.

    1. Open one of the webinar emails you received.
    2. Scroll to the bottom and click Unsubscribe.
    3. When prompted, choose either:
      • Unsubscribe from that specific organizer’s Zoom account, or
      • The global unsubscribe option to stop these webinar emails from Zoom accounts.

Please check out this link for more information.

Hi! Thanks for the reply! I have done that multiple times! I’ll unsubscribe from Carter_dorothyi42979@gmx.com, then get another email from Rodriguez_karene01159@gmx.com. Unsubscribe, then get another email from Edwards_lisau25173@gmx.com. And so on, and so on, and so on.
