I can login with my account on Mac and on the web.But on iPhone app it does not work. I get error code 1132 with the same account I'm able to login elsewhere. Even signing up with a new email account ends up by failing with the same error code.I tried deleting the app, making sure it's the last version, reseting network settings, rebooting iPhone , disabling limit ip tracking , using a vpn and nothing works with any account on my iPhone.and can't get any feedback from support..

I was wondering if there is a way to set my digital signage playlist as a screensaver.  Basically, I want to pictures to keep playing while the room is not in use.  Didn't know if that was possible. Thanks,Ed Murphy

I am having an issue with Zoom audio recordings on Mac. (MacOS v.15.0.1, Zoom version: 6.3.11 (50104)When I listen back to my side's recording, it sounds as if there's a slight distortion—almost an echo. (Other person's audio is fine) If I didn't know any better, I would think the audio track is misaligned, as if sounds like there are two audio tracks playing in quick succession, creating a noticeable echo effect. (I have good room acoustics, and have narrowed down the issue to Zoom)Here's what I've tried to troubleshoot this: - Tried multiple USB mics in Zoom, they all reproduced the issue in Zoom.- I tried recording audio in QuickTime Player to see if it was a microphone issue. (The audio was great, no issues)- I tried restarting my Mac, zoom issue persisted.- I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom, issue persisted. Not sure if this is helpful, but I've narrowed down the issue start date to some

We are changing out company domain name, are there any Zoom admin portal knowledge articles or steps to do this?  All user log in accounts will change, not finding any information on this.

I was recording a group session to my computer yesterday afternoon when there was a power cut and I lost connectivity.  When I was able to access the folder later it shows a Zoom icon with the words "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom".  When I do this it it opens a "Converting meeting recording" but it does not start.  Perhaps the sudden shut down of the power cut has corrupted the file.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how I might recover the recording?  DMA001

On my Mac Mini (with latest everything). When I click on Zoom, I get Zoom Workspace.  If I get an invite from the participants list and send it to someone, they end up in a Zoom waiting room...different from where I am.  At least that happens regularly. I never know whether it will work or not.  I have the feeling there are two Zoom apps running at the same time.  If we both close Zoom and try again, it may work. Suggestions?  Thank you.

Hello! I work for a nonprofit, and we are trying to find a way to still use Zoom with our Meta/Facebook Portal TV in order to streamline meetings with our teammates who are on the ground providing humanitarian aid to people facing the realities of war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As far as I can tell, the only browser still available on the Portal TV is the Vewd Browser. Using this browser, I have tried on both a normal and private tab to join a zoom meeting. I am able to access https://app.zoom.us/wc and enter the meeting code, but I cannot get much further than that. This is because a box pops up that asks for me to press Allow so that Zoom can use my camera and microphone, but then the Allow button never pops up. I also think that the Portal TV itself may be blocking me from entering the meeting. I think a box popped up for a few seconds that said so, but I haven't seen it pop

My student have an Ipad. We are teaching tech skills and need to take control of his Ipad from a desktop computer located in another country. Also tried on android tablet. Same results. There in no option for this issue (march, 2025). WE NEED THIS!

Hallo everybody, we want to use zoom technology for an art project. Our ideas is that we share a meeting (or room) link - people should be able to log in any time to record a short video statement which should be recorded on our computer. Any idea how to realize this with zoom technology? We are more than happy about any support. Warm regards! 

I've been having issues connecting to teams meetings in one of our Zoom Rooms. When we enter the teams meeting id the controller would just spin and never join and the TV itself is stuck on a white screen. 

Hi there! We have a couple of spots where we have deployed a ZR without a controller - just use a wireless mouse / KB to navigate. It worked fine since installation but yesterday both rooms have stopped working and are prompting 'Tap Controller to Start'.  There is no controller that has been paired with these rooms ever, and they were working fine for the last few months.  From my eye test, I can't see that anything changed in the ZR admin portal.  Thoughts? 

Hello, 5 seconds is not long enough for us.  Is there a way to (Globally) modify the default duration? On another note, I wanted to apply the Digital signage to a "Device Group" as we have signage all over campus,  Since I was unable to do so, I created a Digital signage "Building" and applied the playlist to that instead.  Feels a little backwards, but it works. Marc.

I have a Logitech Rally Bar along with Tap IP configured for Google Meet. Some of our meetings are Zoom, and I heard that Zoom interop should be capable for free. I went into the Google Meet and configured it to allow Zoom interop. (I also added a token from my Zoom account to allow it to bypass waiting room.) I believe I am supposed to see a Zoom dropdown or I'm supposed to be able to join a meeting that has a Zoom invite and says via Zoom. I get the message "Can't connect to this meeting" "This device can't connect to Zoom video conferences". However it does say that Zoom is enabled. Can anyone help? Thank you!

We've recently run into an issue where our Zoom Room are not displaying the metting that the rooms have been invited to. I've checked setting in individual rooms and overall Setting for the account, and cannot see a reason why this is occuring. Our users are complaining that they cant just join the meetings in the room and have to manually enter the meeting IDs in order to start or join a meeting. Most of our rooms are utilizing the NeatBar system and one is a PC based system with an Android Display panel for upcoming events.  

I want to install Yealink A30 in my office and use Zoom as platform. I would like to know what type of license is required? Do I need only Zoom Room license or I also need Zoom Workplace Pro?

I bought a Neat bar and got the ZOOM Rooms license to operate it.  I still have my pro license.  ZOOM Rooms won't let me do meetings in excess of 40 minutes even though I have both licenses.  Do they need to link somehow?  I use the same profile and login with both licenses but my user management shows both licenses with two different emails.  the new email for the Rooms license looks computer generated.

As a Co-Host, in support of groups of 20-30 participants, I find it challenging to view and manage several panels at once.  I'm using a 24" iMac and trying to see it all - (e.g. Participants Panel; Chat Panel; Breakout Room Panel, etc.). Any Tips?

When you are hosting a Zoom meeting and sharing your desktop, is there a way to hide the speaker box where the speaker's camera image is normally displayed? We hope to do this because the speaker's image is already embedded in the Microsoft sharepoint slides. Thank you.

I have an upcoming meeting using Eventbrite for tickets and setup zoom workshop through them too so automatically emails them zoom link.  Can non-Eventbrite ticket holders get into call to when I email them link or bc put link on Eventbrite will it not open for them?  I assume there should be no problem but relieved for any clarity, thk u.

Hello, I have created several zoom sub-accounts for better licensing within the organization. I would like my zoom rooms already created within the master account to appear in the sub-accounts. Do you know if it can be done?

I create meetings for users using the APIPOST /users/{userId}/meetingsand everything works fine.BUT! I can't find information how I can add this event to the screen in my zoom room (add meeting for room)I only found information abouthttps://api.zoom.us/v2/rooms/{roomId}/meetingsBut this only works with the outdated JWT authorisation.Please help!

So I just noticed recently that our Zoom Room controller could make outgoing calls (we also have Zoom Phones setup). I looked at the dashboard in the Phones System Management->Users & Rooms->Zoom Rooms and the package assigned to it is "Zoom Room Common Area" which says we can do extension to extension calling, metered outbound calls and basic phone features. But I can't google-foo my way to find what the outgoing calling rate is for this package. Does anyone know the link? BTW I am in Australia so AUD please.RegardsDamien
