On zoomphone.I want to set up the system so that even if 10 people are waiting, only 3 calls can be connected at the same time. Maximum number of simultaneous calls in queue: 3but there seems to be times when more than 4 people are talking to each other. Please advise.

Trying to get this call flow to work (see image attached) but if no agent is in the call queue (eg; out to lunch)It gives the following voice greeting "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable, good bye" Then hangs up instead of going to the Auto Receptionist (AnsweringService) Have tried setting the overflow of the Call Queue (see attached) to go to the Auto Receptionist (AnsweringService) but no change. Is this a limitation of Call Queues or should I be using a different call flow to accomplish this flow?

I realize there is another recent post about blocking anonymous callers - yet it's marked resolved without actually being a resolution. I've just received 5-6 back-to-back calls from "anonymous" Caller ID, all leaving the same automated message about 'press one to complete your order". It's ridiculous that I cannot block these. When is Zoom going to code something into their setup that allows us to block these? It's becoming a rampant issue. Thank you!

I am wondering if it is possible to set up Zoom vmail to end the recording when it detects a solid "beeping" sound?  We are getting 5 minutes of a recording "beeping". Thank you!

I have a user that got a call on her personal cellphone # but the voicemail appeared in Zoom voicemail. No idea how that could happen! 

Is the level of service the time between when a user's incoming call rings and when it is answered?Is it the time from when the user enters the queue to when the user answers?

Hi,Is there anyway to make the Desktop and Mobile Clients a separate Phone device in Zoom Phones? Reason is that we still want Zoom Desktop client for Meetings, but phone calls to only go to the phone client app (for the same user). Or at least no call popups on the Desktop client? RegardsDamien

Since the latest update to zoom app (5.12) picking up handset will not answer a call. You are required to tap accept on the screen. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I enabled “Show users, groups, and Zoom Room under Contacts” and now some of our common area phones are listed under “Desk Phones” under All Contacts. How can I remove this? Thanks!

I'm currently testing out the autoreceptionist feature. I've been making incremental changes to the audio assets I'm using for greetings/IVR prompts, etc, which have been saved when using the phone service's backend.  However, these changes don't seem to take effect straight away when I then ring the auto receptionist phone number.  How long does it take for changes to audio to take effect on the actual phone line?  

Just like the title reads, whether I am on WiFi or Cell network, when ever I take or make a call on Zoom Phone via the Android App, the call breaks in and out what appears every three seconds. I am the only one in my org that is experiencing this as far as I know. I have been through the settings, and cannot seem to see anything off. If anyone has a clue, I would love to hear it.

Hello, We have a user that is set up so that all calls to their Zoom line forward to their private mobile number, and if no one picks up then the call disconnects. This is how it is designed to work. However, a caller was recently able to leave a voicemail on their Zoom line. However, this should not be possible as the settings show that when caller is--busy it is set to- call waiting-when call is not answered it is set to- disconnect. Is there some keypad code to bypass the mobile forward and leave a VM on the Zoom line or some other bypass? And is there a way to prevent this?

We're rolling out new phones - Poly CCX600s & VVX450s. We have no problems doing things with and to the VVX series of phones in our network or anywhere else. The CCX however is causing us grief. We cannot get them to come up in our network. We can connect and provision them just fine in networks outside of  our network but when we’re within the confines they will not connect. When we plug them in they go into an endless reboot cycle. To try to break that then we reset to factory defaults but the same thing happens and they just go into perpetual reboot. When we watch them on the switch we seem them power up but their MAC address never registers before they reset themselves. One observer said he has seen/heard of this before where some phones “rewrite” or “mask” the MAC  address for some reason but I can't find anything on any Poly docs about that, or this problem or any troubleshooting for it. In short I guess th

Hello, I would like to set up a BLF on our Yealink phones so users can join or leave a call Queue.  I see a basic list of DTMF tones in the following article; however, I can't find any mention of what the DTMF tone would be to activate this on the phone. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057122592-Using-and-customizing-DTMF-codes#h_01F0XPQWX91HNRRSGXGSGM9SRG I did follow the part about adding or customizing DTMF tones if you are an admin; however, I can't add to the two.   

I am a new Zoom phone admin and we seem to be having some troubles with call forwarding. We are mostly using Poly vvx250 phones, but we have 2 receptionists that use vvx450s (pretty much the same thing).The receptionists are used to accessing features from a physical phone and seem to be hesitant to use the zoom portal settings.From a simple extension desk phone, I can use a soft key button to forward calls to another extension and any calls are forwarded fine regardless if it's an internal or external incoming phone call.But if we try to replicate the same process on either of the receptionists phone, the phone calls are not getting forwarded. There is no notification on either phone of a call and neither phone will ring.The only difference I can think of, is both of these reception phones are members of their own call queues.I can't find any call queue settings that should affect the phone's forwarding process but I can't think of anything else that

My team is in the process of testing power pack for deployment to receptionist and is having issues. It seems that it shows up for some users as an option but not for others that have the same exact settings (including call queues,  delegation, calling plan, etc.) Are we missing something obvious?

Hi all, We are currently in the process of moving from Cisco CUCM to Zoom Phones. As a larger organization with a small IT department we don't have the manpower to port all of our phones at once. Most of our users are used to using 4 digit dialing for interoffice communications, and we don't want to ask them to use 10 digit for an extended period of time. We have a way in CUCM to create 'mobility'/forwarding to external numbers and automatically assign them to users via CSV. is there a way to do something similar in the zoom admin console? Thanks!

I am employed with  a company that uses Zoom Phone and I'm assigned a Zoom phone number with them. I also own a business and would like to create a  Zoom Phone account. Is it possible to have both accounts work simultaneously on the Zoom app on my iPhone? An example, an employer client can call my Zoom number associated with the employer number, and my client of mine can call me on my business Zoom number. Could I receive both calls on the app, like being signed into both businesses at the same time?Thanks! 

Hello, Is there a way to turn off calls on Zoom desktop app but still receive calls on the Zoom mobile app? Or is there a way to make the zoom desktop app not take precedence when someone calls? For example, I'm typing an email and someone calls. It switches to Zoom and I can't type anymore. Is there a way to make it just appear in the background?

Hello, When someone calls me from inside my company using my extension, when it rings to my cell phone I have to now press 1 to answer the call.  This recently started happening.  It sometimes hangs up when I go to press 1.  Has this happened to anyone or does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks,Tonya

Hi Community, From my observations, when creating a user via SAML or SCIM, there is no way to automatically assign extensions and phone numbers to the user. In other words if you don't provide a valid extension and available phone number attribute, the user creation will not be provisioned with zoom phone capability.  In fact, if you don't provide at least an extension number, the user will not even appear as a phone users, even if you provide a license.  This creates an issue for medium to large companies, especially in the context of avoiding manual work associated with new users.  Currently we are thinking of solving this by adding a layer of automation script to help assign extensions, but would want avoid this step if possible. This automation would basically query zoom to find the next available phone numbers and extensions, and assign those to the users IDP (azure in our case) attribute
