Ich verwende Zoom-Phone sowohl über die mobile App für das Handy, als auch am PC.In den Einstellungen zu Zoom-Phone über das WebInerface sollte sich bei den Einstellungen zur Anrufbehandlung bei den Geschäftszeiten eigentlich einstellen lassen, welche Geräte/Programmversionen klingeln sollen, wenn ein Anruf eingeht. Hier erscheint jedoch nur die Zoom-Anwendung als einzige Auswahloption, während die Mobile App überhaupt nicht angezeigt wird. Hi, I'm having problems that the Zoom Phone Appliance (ZPA) does not resolve the caller phone number to the external contact list.- Seen both on the Poly CCX 400 and Yealink MP56, both with version 5.12.2 - External Contacts have been imported into Zoom Phone->Company Info->External Contacts If an external call comes in we only see the phone number on the ZPA (see below) but in the desktop client the number gets resolved to the external contact.  Poly CCX 400 Desktop While on call you only see the country the caller is from, pressing the country gives you the calling number but not much else: 

Basically what the title says. We use Zoom for our reception and contacting our leads. Potential clients call our sales rep but 10 seconds in and the call suddenly gets dropped. Even when the connection is stable. When a sales rep has to transfer to another sales rep it doesn't go through. Any insights would be helpful. Thanks.

When we offboard a user, our process is usually deactivating a user via Okta, and that in turn removes their zoom account and it become inactive. However, our current process also states that we manually go into the phone system to "Remove all Packages" if they have a zoom phone number. Is this required or can we leave it as is when a user is inactive? What are the downsides of leaving it vs not? 

I'm new to Zoom Phone.  I personally use an Android phone.  When I add my cell phone # to my call handling, my phone will pop up when someone calls me, but I get the regular Android phone face and can't access any Zoom Options. If I remove my phone number from the call handling, my Android will ring, but there is no pop up and I have to unlock my phone and go into the Zoom App to accept it.  Am I doing something wrong? My business partner uses an Iphone and it works perfect.  Any suggestions?

Hi there , i have purchased a $15 monthly plan for zoom phone and while setting that up i think instead of putting that on direct number section ,i accidently put that number on my company number section ,and I don't know how re-setup the number, can anyone help me or is there any direct number to contact support team.please anyone help me.

We recently migrated to zoom and are discovering that we are missing some features that we had with our old system. With our previous system, our receptionist would transfer a call by doing a warm transfer but they would transfer the call to the end user's hold. This allowed the user to pickup the call when they were ready. Is there a way to enable this? I see that a call can be parked but that is more involved and requires that the user remember the park code.

How do we turn this feature off?  Just this week, when I have an incoming call, I get a voice announcement stating who is calling and asking if I want to accept or decline.  There is a lag and most often, this announcement is made after I have answered the call.  I can't hear the other party, but they hear the announcement.  Just want to shut it off.  ideas?thanks

Is there an actual support telephone number for zoom? I would really like to just either call and speak to a human. I tried setting up a zoom phone account - and for a week now the phone number is just listed as "activating" (new 888 number setup). 

I tried adding a new user so I could set up their phone today.  The user never received their verification email.  I deleted the pending user, added them again, same thing, they don't receive a verification email.  It is not an email issue on our end, other new users received their emails and I have been receiving voicemail emails all day.   I tried to work around the issue by setting up the user with a utility mail box, then go in to the account to edit the email address but the system says the email has already been used.  I go back to users, search for the email address and nothing.  I can't find it anywhere in the phone system or the user system.

I'm running a ZPA on a Poly CCX 600.  When an incoming call rings the phone, I can't answer the call by picking up the handset or picking up the call on a headset.  The only option to answer the call is to press 'Accept' on the phone display.

Hello.  We have the following situation: We have a call queue set up of our receptionist phone.  Most of the time our receptionist is the only person logged into this queue answering calls. I would like to set it up so that when the receptionist is out that we can have it to roll to another sub-set of users and ring them all simultaneously. Would like to do this without having to have anyone other than the receptionist login/out of the call queue.  Any ideas of how to make it normally go to the receptionist and then in the event she is not logged into the queue have it simultaneously ring another group?  Is there a way to do this with group rotating?

This might turn into a feature request thread:   Cloud Contacts For Office365/Outlook contacts, what is the reasoning for this not appearing under Contacts?  These devices show other data (i.e. calendar events) from O365, why not contacts? I see a similar discussion here for YeaLink phones, but this also applies to any device that is provisioned under Admin>Device Management>Device List.  My company uses Poly CCX700 series phones.   Personal Contacts and Shared External Contacts From what I can see, even though you have phone numbers defined for a contact, the phone icon doesn't appear - only the Zoom Meet Icon appears. (see attached) - Any way that this can show up?

There is a "Silnece Ringer" setting in the general settings on the Zoom Phone app on the desktop phone, can this setting be turned on or off on a schedule?For example, it is ON Monday through Friday and OFF Saturday through Sunday and holidays.The device I am using is a Yealink MP58Firmware Version122.30.0.20Hardware version135.2.0.0.1.0.32Zoom version5.12.6.2097

Hello,I'm trying to enable location permissions for emergency calling for users on our domain.  When trying to check the box in the zoom settings the system settings pop up presumably to enable it for the app but every option is grayed out.  In the system settings under privacy: "Location for this device is on", "Allow apps to access your location" set to on, "Allow desktop apps to access your location" set to on.  If I log on as admin this setting is on and works normally.  Is there some permission setting or GPO we need to change to make this work for normal users?

We are looking to migrate to a new CRM next year, one that can be customized to be less sales based, and more general relationship and communication management. One requirement is that it has to have Zoom Phone integration.  Microsoft Dynamics seems so expensive.  Has anyone else found a solution that they love?
