Activation of Phone Number

Telephone support is available to admins and owners of Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise accounts.  If you're on a Pro account, online support through a Support Ticket is your best approach:

When I ported over numbers to Zoom Phone over a year ago, I found the Phone Provisioning staff to be very responsive through the Ticket process.  Log in to your account first, then go to that URL to enter your ticket.

Select the Zoom Phone Number Porting option and be sure to include as much detail about when you ordered, what the status is, and any other information as possible.
