Hi there,I can't find the "SMS Campaigns" button under the "Advanced" setting as the zoom admin.See screenshot.Does anyone know if that means our business is not required to register? I wouldn't imagine so but just wondering. 

HelloOur phones in San Jose, when dial 311 it sends us to the Milpitas City Hall services information. Is there any reason its not going to the San Jose services?

So I got the email about our SMS may have issues if we don't create a campaign. I'm not sure how much of this is something Zoom can do. I was trying to create the campaign and the whole thing, 100%, is based off of the 10DLC Compliance assumes everyone that uses an app to sms is a marketer or something that notifies. Our company's employees just use the SMS feature to text volunteers so they don't have to use their personal number. It is really dumb that these will need to have the respond with "STOP" on all the messages?Is their a way to fill out a campaign just for this type of SMS usage. We don't send anything automated out. Everything sent is from a human....it's like "Hey, I'm stopping by to pick up those signs." 

How can we change the settings so that my phone only rings as a delegate after a certain number of seconds. Now all calls immediately ring simultaneously on the main line and  my delegate line and we would like to change this so that calls first ring on the main line, and after a few seconds if the call is not answered, that it rings on the my delegate line. Thanks. 

When on an audio conference call on the Windows desktop client, is there a way to split a conference call.  For example, if I am part of a 3 person audio conference, I would like the ability to split the conference call so that I am speaking with 1 party and have the 3rd party on hold.  Then, I would like to bring all 3 parties back into the same conference call.

I can't find a way to automatically record the calls I get on the phone, isn't a way to do this?

When call monitoring, for ZOOM PHONE ONLY, is active in a call queue, does the agent or the caller have any indication that they are being monitored? More specifically; will the queue member see or hear anything that tells them they are being monitored. Note: just Zoom phone. Not Contact Center

After months of trouble-free phone and SMS service (primarily to say that I'm not a new user), this morning all of my text messages result in "Message could not be sent" errors:  Not sure if this is related to the 10DLC "campaign registry" issue, or just "something is broken", but the fact that I can't respond personally to anyone texting me is bad for business. I am able to receive SMS, but not send to any number.  I've sent in a Support Ticket. Anyone else experiencing this?

Does Zoom phone offer the feature where it announces to a caller their number in line. For example. "you are caller number 3 in queue." 

New customer. Single line. I wanted to have all incoming calls ring on my phone and not go through the auto attendant. Finally figured out how to unassign the company number from the auto attendant to myself. In the process I have somehow caused my number to not be able to receive calls from the outside. If I call the number I get a message that call cannot be completed as dialed.

I would like to know if there is an API call to get Phone users list and last logged in to assess if users are using their phone account/license.

Greetings.  Currently, I'm only allowed to create one (1) SMS Campaign.  What are options/ideas to have a second SMS Campaign?  Could I create a new Business Account specific to a Department so I can have a 'second' SMS Campaign?  Thoughts??

Hello,   We have an organization where outgoing Zoom Phone calls are made from another system, which launches the call in the Zoom desktop client. If we have the Zoom Phone integration setup in Saleforce, and a browser tab with Salesforce open, will we have the option to switch to the phone widget in Salesforce after the call has been made from the desktop client? Or alternatively, will a call auto-log?   This is a hypothetical for a prospective client, I currently do not have access to this setup in order to test.   Many thanks, David

One of my employees is not receiving incoming calls from other employees.  She can make outgoing calls, but not receive them.  We have checked her phone settings and all looks good. Her desktop phone (Yealink) will ring about a half a ring then the call will go to voicemail.  Please help!

Any advice? Wanting to get more details for searching and exporting users .  I already have sites setup. No use of site codes. Sites are mostly setup for physical offices so E911 has physical address for end user.  No physical Poly desk phones all are softclients. But 95% of my users are remote and never be going into Office Site X.  No groups yet, still fuzzy on how these could work in my environment. When I create a group, does it by default take on everything from the Site Policy?  How are you guys using groups in your environment? Thanks   I really wish that Zoom Phone had the ability for me to assign custom "tags' to each user for  sorting and exporting.  only being able to filter by group or site is very limiting in the gui.  I would like the ability to create user defined tags that are searchable in the gui.   

When I try to set my Zoom Phone system, I am able to select the area code and available phone numbers but when I go to complete the setup it displays the error message "unable o order main company number". Has anyone experienced this previosly?  

Is there no way to put a subnet mask either /xx or full mask with 255.x.x.x. to tie an IP to a site for e911? both methods fail when I try.  any tricks I am missing?    thanks     

It appears that when checking voicemail using a desk phone (Poly VVX 450 in this case) the system does not mention time or date of when the voicemail message was left. Is it possible to change this for it to be played back to the user so they know when the voicemail message was left? Time and Date is available in the email as well as the Zoom app, but not when calling the voicemail system.

Zoom's exporting unassigned numbers by default puts in 3 spaces before the phone number.  Why is that? if I need to copy/past this info, having the spaces is going to be a problem.  how do you guys get around this. I really don't feel like having to write excel formulas to remove the spaces. other option, open in notepad++, remove space and quote and then open in excel, but why? Does Zoom need these 3 spaces if i want to put these numbers into a CSV to assign numbers to extensions, or assign numbers to users?  

Hello, we have the Problem on new Macs (M1) with Ventura that the call history is not reloaded automatically.I need to shut down Zoom and start it again, then the History will be updated. Is this just on our side or is this a known issue? ThanksStephan

Is there a way to set our internal phones/extensions to allow to call each other outside normal business hours? Once our normal business hours end, we are unable to call each other.

Can a call made from a WhatsApp client be received and answered through the Zoom client? Is the Zoom and WhatsApp interoperability available?

Hi, Our missed calls log and call history is not being updated for up to weeks sometimes, this makes it very hard for us as a team to call back missed calls or to reliablily look up past calls/who picked up. Anyone have the same issue and know how to resolve it? Thanks.

I have a main Corp site Corp-Main, with several sub-sites, corp-fl, corp-ny.  Each sub-site  "almost" has the  same settings for users vm, hold music etc as the Corp-Main. I want all sites to have same settings as Corp-main.  If I move Corp-FL into Corp-Main, will Corp-FL take on all the setting that Corp-Main has?
