Still Receving Calls when in a Zoom Meeting

Using the Windows client we are still receiving calls while in a Zoom meeting even though we have the "Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting" box checked.  This is not limited to call queue calls.  What am I missing?

    Hello, If this continues happening, I recommend you submit a ticket with Zoom support (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new)  and send the client logs following this link:
