Poly Voyager 4310 UC - USB-A – Mono I have a user where we have installed the above headset, but the button on the side of the earpiece does not answer a call. You can hear the announcement on the headset that the call is being answered, but nothing happens. I then logged on to the computer with my own account, and the headset works perfectly. So there appears to be a setting on the users Zoom account that is preventing this feature to work. I have also tried plugin the headset into different USB ports, but it doesn't make any difference. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be here? Thank you in advance.John

Hi folks! Hoping to see if anyone else has run into a prickly audio/connection issue we can't seem to solve. I've been using Zoom Phones at work for two years with essentially no issues. In the last two weeks, a new issue has cropped up. *Sometimes* when connecting to a call I will not be able to hear callers, even though they can hear me. When this happens: - Zoom displays a, "Poor network connection. Audio quality may be affected." notice.- Testing the speaker settings, I can hear the "beeps" loud and clear.- I am not experiencing slowdowns or throttling in any other manner - or any other audio issues - on any other application while this occurs. Consistent 350 down/20 up.- Restarting the app sometimes fixes this and sometimes does not.- Restarting the computer sometimes fixes this and sometimes does not.- Zoom, the computer, and the router are up to date update-wise. 

Hi, I'm trying to set up some call routing but am struggling to find the perfect option to suit our needs. We are a small single location office with 6 users.2x admin team2x production2x other team members We are wanting incoming calls to:- ring on the 2x admin phones in the first instance, IF not picked up in X second- ring on both the 2x admin phones & 3x production phones We would also like the 2x other team members to be able to pick up the queue if they can hear it ring. We can see the call pick up codes - however it appears they need to be part of the call queue to make this work. What's the best setup to achieve this?

Hello,I'm trying to see what the steps are for customers to leave a voicemail under a certain extension of ours when they call in after hours or on Holiday hours?  I set up names and greetings for each of our extensions but what does the customer hear when they call in after hours?  Are they giving a list of names or options to hit?Thanks!

Hello Community, Looking for some suggestions, ideas, on how you would handle this type of scenario (if you've run into this). Context: We recently moved to Zoom Phone (less than a year) and we've gone away with traditional desk phones (everything soft phone in offices, exceptions for common area phones/emergency phones). The biggest issue we are running into at this stage is, a large number of our users just don't remember or think to ever log in. Some even don't even realize they aren't logged in.  We've done full "mandatory" training sessions leading up to the transition to Zoom for everyone. There are training materials  and reference documents that we've shared with our users and made available  for them to access. We've sent comms out to our users with reminders to be signed in etc... What else is there?! lo

Hello-We are looking to track certain values every month and I have some questions on how to run reports to obtain the following. Total number of incoming callsNumber of those calls answeredNumber of those calls the caller abandoned before being answered Number of those calls that were forwarded to the back up call centerCallers average wait timeAverage call handle time (I believe this one would be taking the average of the "duration" column)I did go into reports and using the sort feature. I see in the "Call Connected" column, some say Key 1 and some have --. Can you explain what those mean?

Hey Zoom Community, 🙌 Newbie here to the back-end of Zoom and I need some advice PLEASE! 🙃 PROBLEM: Currently, when creating events only the owner has authority to START the meeting.This was a big issue when the owner did not join call as we could not start the meeting. 😮We have a few admin emails added to the account but at the time, it didn't matter which we were logged into, none were able to start the meeting. SUGGESTION:Someone has said we would need to add a 2nd line...Is this the best (and correct) way to do this?I don't need another phone number or landline connected, just the same access for control of meetings which the owner has to be given to admin. I hope this is clear... &#x1f605 Look forward to your comments!&#12

The error is "emergency calling may be limited or unavailable for user" in a little exclamation point icon next to my Zoom phone number.  What exactly does that mean?  I have tried to search for an answer, but have not been successful.   Does it indicate a problem with my account, or is it just a caveat?

We have integrated our analog overhead paging system (which has 7 analog amplifiers and multiple speakers throughout two buildings) with the Zoom phone system. We have connected the 7 amplifiers to one analog 8301 IP Paging Adapter. We currently enter one zone code to page all speakers . We would like to have the ability to separate the overhead paging to different zones (locations). We are not sure as to the best way to accomplish this. Do we buy additional Algo units or are there other types of units that would accomplish our goal? We moved from dialpad to zoom phone under the impression that our license would travel with us as users as we move between devices as is the case on every other tool we use.   We work in two locations on Windows 11  machines running the zoom app different days of the week, and use android phones with the zoom app installed.  We only have two users and we are not cheating licenses. But now zoom client on Windows 11 constantly/randomly logs itself out quietly, blocking phone calls to our computer.  And it doesn't understand that we are now at location 2 and location 1 can be logged out?  Is this because each licensed user has zoom phone running on both our office computer and our android phone? 

We have one phone line for a small business and don't want any extension numbers. It doesn't seem to let me remove the extension number automatically set? Any solutions? Thanks Calum 

Can someone help me figure out why our phone line does not use the auto attendant and IVR for call queues like sales and support?

One of our users is experiencing the following problem:"The Zoom mobile app is extremely unresponsive, especially when I try to end phone calls by pressing the red button. I have to press it 4-5 times, which often results in calling a random person once the call screen finally closes. The unwanted call, then again, is difficult to abort. In addition, I am sporadically unable to answer phone calls due to a charging icon appearing and a message asking me to "please wait" after pressing the blue button to take the call. I am running the current version 5.14.6.13477 and my phone is a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Android 13, One UI-Version 5.1, Modelname SM-G988B/DSAs I use Zoom phone for work, it would be important to improve the situation. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!"

Can the 'dial-by-name' directory audio prompts be changed to match the IVR voice settings?The default voice within the 'dial-by-name' directory is quiet jarring next to the IVR selected voice. It comes off as unprofessional.    

i get error when i try to add my phone number on realme 9 device 

Every time I try to log in, they require a verification code and I can't find any way to delete that requirement.  In addition even though I use the same device they say they don't recognize the device I'm using.

Hi I'm very frustrated. I tried going in FaceTime and selecting ZoomPhone for calling in the settings area. But it doesn't change it. I've tried several times nothing happens. When I click to dial inside HubSpot, it sends me straight to Google voice. How do I change the click to dial to ZoomPhone instead. I don't have admin access it is not HubSpot issue. Because if it was how is it that I am able to click to dial in Google voice. I don't have HubSpot calling. I simply need to switch the function from Google voice to ZoomPhone. 

Strange issue I am having. 1) Create a call queue in Zoom and assinged a DID to the queue. 2) Forwarded a number to the call queue DID. 3) Have muliple people logged into queue. 4) When the dial the fowarded number from another carrier I can head the default music of the queue and then it goes to voicemail even if there are people logged into queue. 5) If I dial the zoom DID number of the queue it works fine and it rings people phone in the queue. 6) I have tried different carriers phone forwarding with same results. Seems like zoom doesn't like a forwarded DID line to a queue. Any suggestions?

On a recent info screen, Zoom asked me for my phone number. But Zoom responds that the phone number doesn't exist. Is Zoom expecting a special Zoom phone number? It just asks for "phone number" I gave my actual phone number, and got "phone number does not exist". Confused!

We recently implemented zoom phone for our offices and let's just say there's been plenty of issues-  First one, there is no option to transfer directly to somebody's voice mailbox. I've read conflicting information online that this should be a feature... and also that "this feature may not be available on some devices". Can anybody provide some clarity about the transfer to voicemail feature? There simply is no option to transfer to voicemail at all, where there "should be".  second problem, We purchased a bunch of Poly Voyager 5200 UC headsets to use with zoom phone, along with Poly VVX411 desk phones. These DO NOT interoperate. Both devices are listed on the zoom phone compatibility list. When a call is incoming, the "answer call" button on the headset simply does not work.
