Hello,I have my 10DLC and the Campaign approved.We are using verbal onboarding campaign with only allowing web links. That being said, what kind of verbiage should we be putting out to our Faculty and Staff that are going to be leveraging SMS to students?I am hearing that we may be required to add "reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages.   Beyond that what or how should we "train" our users to send SMS the correct way so as to not create an issue.

I would like to have automated text respond to people who text us when the office is closed.For example, "Thank you for contacting Flex. Inbound texts are not currently being monitored. If you received this message during the hours of 8a - 6p ET Monday - Friday and need further assistance, please email or call."How do I set this up?Thank you!

Looking for the admin option to turn off that controls the Display Name.  We have people changing their display names and I'd like to block that access off. Any ideas? Joe

We have had users who recently experienced the Caller ID setting change from our company number to their individual number. At least 3 of us have had this happen, but none of us changed the setting on the Zoom platform. Is there something that can be done to ensure it doesn't keep happening?

Good day! I'm wrapping my head around the Zoom Call Log report to understand how best to accurately filter the data for our company's needs, and I was wondering if someone could please shed some light on a few things: 1. What is the difference in the Event tab between "ring to member" and "incoming". Which means that the person took the call? 2. What does the "operator" column tell us? Is it the person who dialled? Or... I'm not sure? We've got groups set up too, but occasionally in the data I see the person's individual code rather than a group and I'm not sure why. 3. We need to filter the data to note all answered calls that were incoming rather than outgoing. What is the best way to filter the data to achieve this? I have some ideas, but I'm not 100% sure... Any feedback or assistance in understanding this would be greatly appreciated!

I am new to the whole Zoom phone platform.  I've been circling for days trying to find the answer of how to add two new users to the auto receptionist greeting. The new users are set up in the IVR menu, but the auto receptionist only reads the original names to callers... how do I add the new options?

I get the calls on my mobile app, but I don't receive the voicemails. My zoom phone on my mobile device and my desk phone are connected, so I can see from the desk phone (which isn't in use) that I've been receiving messages. On my zoom phone app, it shows that I have not received any voicemails. Can anyone help me on this matter?

Hello, I just forwarded one of my DID still at VoIP.ms directly to my zoom direct line and those calls goes directly to voice mail. The call will appear as "Missed" in the history. Do you know why? Kind Regards,  -- Benoit

I have a desktop phone that does not ring, but the app on my mobile phone rings. I would like to have my desktop phone ring a couple times and if not answered then my mobile phone rings. How do I set this up? And also set hours for calls to be answered. Desktop phone: Ploy WX-250Apple iPhone 14

We are in the process of porting our numbers over to Zoom Phone. One of the phone numbers has an update status of FOC under "Order Status" . What does FOC mean? Thanks

I'm missing something.I have ZOOM phone, multiple locations with total of 50 Auto Receptionists that require holiday schedules to be updated. I chose 1 site AR to create the template, updated the template with the holiday changes.  This modified template is only showing for the site I created from.What Have I missed?

Hi I need help. our company has a zoom phone system where I am to receive sales calls on my iphone. I'm finding if I use zoom for a meeting on my home desk top or on my macbook it apparently logs me out of my other devices and I miss these calls.  My phone will to ring.  And I'm unaware I'm getting calls?  How can I fix this.  It's very frustrating.  My phone is not ringing for these sales calls. thank you!

We have just moved over from RingCentral and Zoom is working good but we have this annoying issue when you get a call, it freezes your screen so that you can deal with the call and in essence it "hijacks" the screen and it won't let you type into another program until you deal with the incoming call.  We have the latest version as of today.  The program is working but there needs to be some kind of Bring to Front but just the opposite, where the Zoom window won't take precedence over other windows. Joe

I perviously uploaded a CSV file with our employee's personal cell phone numbers to our business account. I now need to add some new numbers and remove others. What is the easiest way to do this? 

Hi There,I am looking to see if there is a way that we can setup our office managers on the main auto receptionist line so that they receive the calls when someone calls the main office line. I was hoping to achieve what Shared lines can do, but instead of assigning a new number for our two office manager, we could just add them to receive the calls when someone calls the main office line.I have explored the Main Auto Reception options and realize you can forward calls, but I would like both of their phones to receive any calls we get to our main office number. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Hello Everyone, We have a few users that our experiencing the "Unstable Connection" error in zoom only in the contact center causing their status to be set to not ready and missing calls from the queue. Normal zoom calls and zoom phone calls work with no issues. I have tested with the zoom network tool and the meeting and zoom tests past with minimal packet loss and latency. As far as I cant tell, the users have not experienced any other disruptions due to internet. This will happen on a wired and wireless connection. After updating zoom, drivers, and windows it still is occurring. Wondering if anyone else has pinpointed a cause. I'd rather not swap laptops over an issue only in zoom if possible.

My firm is using the T54W Yealink phones and for whatever reason, one of my users keeps having the problem of calls going straight to voicemail. I've double checked all call settings, and nothing out of the norm stands out. I've even compared their profile to other users, all settings are the same. Also, this user doesn't use the desktop or mobile app, so there are no settings being set on those apps, outside of the phone. This has happened before, and a simple reset fixed it, but that did not work this go around. I was able to fix it today by turning the phones auto-answer feature on, testing it with a call, and then turning it back off. Not sure why, but turning this feature on and off made their calls start working. Before that, I removed the profile, unbound the phone, and then added everything back -  none of this worked either. So to recap, out of nowhere, all calls to this person randomly stops, and they're unable to receive inbound calls. Hi all - we have the Zoom mobile app installed on an iPhone. When the iPhone is locked, either by the user locking it or by the iPhone timing out to the lock screen, incoming calls to the Zoom app are silent. Personal calls to the iPhone still ring when it's locked, just not Zoom. It shows a missed call, but there's no audible alert. If the phone is unlocked, the Zoom call rings. Any ideas? 

Two different users have called us from the same company and each time it rolls through our queues (without ringing) to our answering service. There are no records of their calls in the call logs. We have confirmed that they are calling the correct numbers and we have tested the queue as well and it rings fine. Thanks!

Hi all,  I'd like my default transfer on yealink desk-phones to be "assisted" i can do this by changing the "Transfer Mode via Dsskey" in the yealink web interface but is there any way i can provision it in zoom for all users ? thanks

I am setting up my Zoom phone account for the first time and getting ready to port my phone numbers.  We have bought several businesses over the years and currently have multiple phone numbers call in directly to our auto-attendant. Does anyone know if I will be able to have 3 or 4 phone numbers go directly into my main auto attendant?  I am afraid to initiate the porting until I know that we'll be able to do this either directly or at least have some workaround. Thanks in advance!

Hey there community,The way I have the system configured is through 1 x phone number, with 3 x extensions (Reception, Clinician, and Support: 2 of which have calling packages) and the Yealink IP Phone is assigned to Reception. When Reception is on a call and the Clinician starts a call, it disconnects the Receptionist. Vice versa is also occuring. Any help is appeciated. TIA.
