Real time analytics

Hello- Looking for a way to see who is on the phone in live time. I have the Real Time Analytics and I can see how many people are on from the dashboard. Also if I do into specific queues, I can see who in that queue is on- but is there a way I can see everyone on my team and if they are on a call at that time?

I believe our Zoom Power Pack for Zoom Phone (ZP) might be the answer you are looking for as it will provide you with most if not all of the Real Time Analytics you will need in your day to day management of your ZP lines.

Here is a brief video that goes through its features by demonstrating the capabilities of this add on.

Thanks! Yes, I actually do that that but I cant see where I can view who is actually on the phone for all queues at once. Just the number of people on a call.
