Calls from queue while on direct line call

When I'm on a call from the direct line, a call will blast through from the queue and interrupt my current call.  I cannot find any setting to fix this issue.

Hello @Jenny867 , you didn't mention the particulars of your configuration so I will assume your configuration has nothing out of the ordinary.

On the Zoom Call Queue "Profile", you need to verify if you have "checked" on the Business hours the option "Receive calls while on a call"; if you want prevent any "second" call from reaching you, you can also adjust your "Phone Settings > Call Handling > Business Hour" change the option "When I'm busy on another call" choose a different option other than "Call waiting"
