Hello, We have a few common area locations that have active mailboxes.  They also need to change the greeting quite often.  Right now, the only way I know of changing the greeting is by me uploading a new file.  I would like the end user to be able to change the greeting on the phone that is sitting there. 

We have a small, flexible workforce with a few specialist call queues. We would like to be able to forward all calls to another person in another department (queue) during lunch. There is no set lunch time, it varies from day to day depending how busy we are, so we need to be able to turn it on and off on the fly. We are using the Zoom app on PC with headsets. For example: Enquiries queue:Person 1 (on lunch)Person 2 (not working - day off, PC/app turned off) Events queue:Person 3 We want to be able to forward calls from person 1 to person 3, only for the lunch duration. We don't want to add person 3 to the enquiries queue or any sort of overflow on a permanent basis. On person 1's PC app, when forwarding is turned on and directed to person 3, calls are not forwarded - I'm assuming it is still trying to call person 2. I had a meeting today, so we used Zoom app for it. However, the audio and video were breaking so badly that we couldn't continue our meeting. We had no other option but to wrap it up earlier. My boss gave me a mission to fix it. Would you please give me any advice to make the audio and video back to normal?

I evaluated Zoom Phone (with a paid seat for a few months) for my company previously. During this time I provisioned some Polycom phones to Zoom Phone for testing. Even though the devices were deleted and the Zoom Phone service was cancelled, Zoom still has the mac addresses registered to Zoom in Poly's ZTP service preventing registration with another provider. This is unacceptable considering this was a BYOD case, not zoom purchased devices. Zoom support hotline and sales do not answer the phone, after 2 days of attempting to reach anyone at your company. Can anyone help or have you given up on supporting SMB customers completely? The ridiculously poor support (circular chatbots, IVRs that lead to nowhere when calling zoom's toll free #, and unanswered emails) only reinforces that our decision to go with Dialpad was the right one.

Hello,   We are converting over to Zoom phone.  We have a call box at our loading dock.  I have an analog line from an ATA going to that device.  That extension has a phone number assigned to it also.  I have 3 members in a call queue that the call box dials.  The queue is set for sequential order. It is set to ring the following way:ext 100- receiving person's extension- User with unlimited packageext 200- Common area extension - unlimited package, set to not ring and fwd to an Auto Reception that in turn is set to call forward to a cell phone.ext 300- Common area extension - unlimited package, set to ring a poly desk phone for 15 sec then fwd to a call queue that will ring 2 other extensions, then fwd to an ext that is fwd to a cell phone. When I press the button ext 100 rings for the set time (35 sec) then skips over ext 200 and rings ext 300.  I am not able to get th

I've assigned a US/CA Unlimited Calling Plan / Pro Features · Unlimited Domestic license to a user, but the user is still getting a message sorry you cannot place this call, your calling plan does not support calling to this destination. They are placing an external call via a desk phone (Yealink T54W) I've already tried to remove the license and readd it, I've also tried deleting the user and recreating it. Still getting the same results. It's been around 12 hours since I setup the new user and am still getting the same results, so I dont believe it's because the system hasn't synced or anything. I've also tried resyncing the phone.

Can someone help me figure the issue with my one tap mobile? For some reason when scheduling this meeting the one tap mobile isn't linked. How can I make it linked so people can just tap on it in their emails? Thank you so much for any help y'all. BTW I already tried copying the invite, and still nothing! 

I just setup a phone plan plus an extra number. I am trying to figure out how to setup the caller ID name when calling out. I'd like to have our company name display when calling from either number. How can I set this up?

Hello, We are receiving Inbound calls through Salesforce. Once the call is done, we have a record in the object "Zoom Call Log" created, including a signal status (You can see that in the screenshot enclosed). My question would be here, does anyone know how this is triggered? I mean, how zoom differenciates status end, answered, missed, rejected. Thank you 🙂

We recently setup Zoom phone for our Corporate HQ in Singapore and we are having issues with Inbound audio on a physical phone will receiving a call from an external Dialer.  I am going to summarize and can provide PCAP if helpfulProvider : SingtelConnection Type: Provider Exchange(OTT Private Data Center)Physical Device: Poly Edge e100/220 We have an open support case with Zoom but hoping to have community support to assist with faster resolution. We have checked all firewall port settings required for Zoom phone and validated they are opened as needed. We have swapped to new phones of the same model but having the same issues.  We moved the phone number from a Common area account to a user account(logged into a computer) and they have ZERO audio issues. I know I might be missing some helpful details but can fill in the blanks if anyone has thoughts of things to check. 

We have a call queue where we'd like to restrict who is able to call it.  It's a technical support escalation queue that we want to restrict to managers having the ability to call it.  Zoom support tells me that they have no way to accomplish this.  Does anyone have any ideas on how we might do this?

We have our inside sales agents making outbound calls to our opt-in leads from our website and every 3-5 days their numbers are bad and show "Potential Spam" to the caller. Obviously our answer rates go way down. How do we get this fixed?

Good day,We are attempting to reuse a phone number from a departed employee to a new hire. The extension and all is working as expected, when calling as the user the caller ID is displayed correctly on Zoom desktop and mobile, however when it comes to our physical Yealink MP56 devices.. the caller ID still shows the new user. We tried rebooting the phones, signing out, updating app versions, and checking all configs but could not determine where this old caller ID data is cached. As a last resort I decided to factory reset my Yealink MP56. Once up and re-paired with my Zoom account I observed: 1) The caller ID information from previous calls that showed the old user NOW shows the new user.2) Any new call now shows the new user.Does the above help to determine if the issue is a Zoom or Yealink issue? Hi. How do I get my caller ID not to show as Spam when I make calls? 

We are a company that is moving each of our locations to Zoom phones, location by location. It will be an environment of locations still on the old PBX, and some on Zoom until all stores are migrated. The stores will need to be able to use a speed dial in order to quickly reach each location. Is there a way for a desk phone to be programed for a prefix speed dial? Example, the prefix could be something like *0 - and then whatever 3 digits are dialed next after that *0 speed dial is created would correlate to a number outside of Zoom - so if a user hit the *0 speed dial then dialed 100 it would translate to XXX-XXX-XXXX, if they hit *0 and dialed 101 it would translate to XXX-XXX-XXXY, and so forth. We currently do this on our old platform, but i'm not sure if it's possible to do this with Zoom. If there is a different way to accomplish the same goal for desk phones, let me know.
