Using Zoom Phone.  I'm trying to phone an 0844 (lo-call non geographic number) and get the voice message "the person you are trying to reach is not available.  Goodbye."  Phoning from my mobile works fine.  What setting do I need to change to ensure we can connect through to these numbers?  Thanks, Mark

I have an edge case. I am using Zoom Phone on a desktop computer and android phone. I keep the Android phone with the Zoom app installed with me all the time. I am a pastor and take a day off. On my day off, people calling to talk to me will get an auto-receptionist with IVR and they can either press 1 to leave a voicemail, or press 3 to ring my phone anyway if it's an emergency. The problem is, if they leave a voicemail, I'll get a notification on my phone on my day off, and the whole point of this is to delay receiving non-urgent contacts until after my "Sabbath." Can I set it up somehow that my phone will1) ring (via the zoom app) 24/7 hour as long as the person follows through the phone tree to request it (this part is already set up),2) but only get voicemail notifications on my cell phone during hours I would otherwise be in the office? I've googled t

Looking for a solution or a ZOOM enhancement. Background.We have desk phones that are part of a call queue and phones outside the call queue can pickup a call to queue via a pickup code.Issue is a member cannot pull, reverse transfer, pickup (whatever term you wish to use) a non-call queue extension when it is ringing.  This was a feature that was used extensively on our former phone system.Solutions or ideas are welcome. (The person with the non-call queue phones does not always remember to forward their phone to the queue.)

Hi Community,I have two users whose names are suddenly not appearing on their desk phones. My name appears on their desk phone when I try so it's not the phone. Anyone see this before and can assist? 

I have a basic zoom plan and have a zoom meeting scheduled. I want to send out a SMS reminder for the zoom. Can I do this or do I need to upgrade my plan? 

Ok I have we have (1) number coming in. I have Grand Stream 2604p desk phone at my shop and (2) Cell phones with the zoom phone app on each. One is and android (mine) and the other is apple (My wife's. With the Line 2 service and calls coming into our number would ring all the phones. We could also call out on all the phones, and it would show the main line.Now when we login to the zoom apps it just displays the extension number, and we cannot make any calls out.Is there any way around this?  This is the most important feature we need.

When we get an incoming phone call during normal business hours, it works fine. After hours it does not display any incoming calls. Is there something I need to do to get this to work?Thanks for any help.  

Hi Team,  Can anyone explain me how zoom/Poly desk phone bootup process as - 1. Once we only configure the MAC in zoom admin portal, how phone gets registered? 2. How zoom finds the phone with MAC in network means using protocol and gets registered. ? 3. In zero touch provision once poly vvx phone bootup does it send any traffic to zoom ? Can anyone explain me phone bootup process? Special for VVX and zoom phone ?

Hello, I am a self-employed service provider. I need SMS service and that is why I choose Zoom when I started looking for a softphone for my practice. I have not yet been able to set the SMS service up.Here is the recurring error : Tax id does not match with the company name or business type.Please help ! I am registered as an enterprise in my province of Quebec, Canada, under my own name. I added my restration #, but nothing will do. Thanks.

when calling some numbers with zoom phone, they returned as not in service. when calling with other phone, these numbers are  in fact  working numbers.   Anyone had the same issue?  how to address this?

Hello there, I recently Installed Zoom App in my laptop which has windows 11 OS. I'm using Zoom Phone feature but people cannot really hear me. I thought it was my mike issue but my mike is working absolutely  fine with other applications. Can someone suggest me a way to resolve this mike and audio issue? TIA.

Zoom has the option to modify the listening port range.  Is anyone using this feature? What is the best practice? Do you allow for one port or ten ports? How many ports should I open for p2p?

Hi! As the subject line portrays.  I have an existing Zoom Phone number but I was informed it was showing up as a potential spam when I call people.  I plan to change the Zoom Phone number to a new one.  My question is if people leave voice messages for that old number will the messages roll to the new number I assign in Zoom Phone? 

Hello everyone, I am hopeful to receive feedback from the general community here in addition to Zoom employees as well.  I'll break down my questions into two parts: 1.  Within an IVR, we are wanting customers to be able to press option 1, hear some text to speech general information about one of our locations, then give the customer the chance to press star for replay the message or press one to return to the main menu of the IVR.  In testing this, I have Auto Receptionist 1 (AR1) with an IVR (IVR1.)  Option 1 of IVR1 being the option for general information.  I ended up creating a second auto receptionist (AR2) with it's own IVR (IVR2) and when a customer presses option 1 in IVR1 it sends the call to AR2 IVR2.  Within IVR 2, I have a text to speech IVR main menu audio file play the general information message with customers being able to press star to replay the message or press 1 to return to the main menu of IVR

We have had several reports of inbound calls dropping after 5-10 seconds. This has happened in different parts of the US and for employees in the Philippines. Employees have updated their apps, restarted their devices, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. They have switched between Wifi and Data, and since these are happening in all areas of the globe, we do not believe it is a service issue.  The Dashboard data reports good quality MOS >4, but there is no data for sending/receiving. I have sent tickets to Zoom support, and they took days to get back to me. I have emailed our sales rep and am waiting to hear back. Our customers are starting to think we are hanging up on them. This is ridiculous that it hasn't been resolved yet. This is what we are paying for. I'm completely flabbergasted that this isn't being treated as a priority.  This has been going on/off for the last 7 days. We need Zoom to look into this asa
