how to change extension and also see call history and voicemails

Hello, 

I am honestly having the worst experience with this zoom phone thing. Calls do not show up in the history and neither do voicemails. I thought maybe I should remove the extension (thinking that might be the problem) and I do not see a way to do that either. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help? I am on the verge of just cancelling this thing.

Can you check to recording is turned on in the following places?

account management-->account setting-->zoom phone

user management -->Groups--> (related user group)-->Zoom phone

Everything seems to be enabled, and it used to show up on the zoom phone page. Now, on the Zoom phone page it does not show call history or recordings. Is there anyone to talk to about this? We are distributing marketing materials with this number on them, and now we have no way of knowing if people are trying to contact us. This is terrible.
