We are a medium size company with around 100 Zoom Rooms in the US - Trying to find out if Zoom Rooms fall under Ray Baums act for dialing 911.What I have tested and found so far Dialing 933 from a room that has not had a phone license assigned - call fails. most of our rooms have not been configured with an extension as dialing out would current count against zoom meeting phone call minutes - didn't require an extra phone license. If we assign a basic phone license it can dial 933 ( but then can not dial out otherwise ) - but it uses the default site address and does not follow settings for more specific e911 info ( I wanted to include the room number itself)   - even though there is an option to use a different address when you assign it a zoom phone license.I tried setting an unlimited license and it's still giving the programmed building address and not the address chosen in the drop down.Ideally I wou

I would like to create an app for zoom a phone, Book, also if you have the TV on it will alert you it can also do special rings to your home phone to let you know and maybe a beeper for your pocket so you never miss a zoom

My campaign was rejected for "Brand Inconsistencies" and I can't figure out why. The only thing I can think of is that my website and this campaign use the name of my DBA company name. But when I submitted the brand for approval, I listed my official company name AND my registered DBA, so that should be covered. My brand was approved, but the campaign (using the DBA) was rejected. My website uses the brand of my DBA, which is a common circumstance. So my campaign and my website match. But I think it might be looking for the registered business name that is tied to my EIN?? But I don't use that old name for anything so I'm not sure how to resolve this.  Please advise. I need to get SMS working becuase I use it for client communications and people are texting and I'm not getting them. 

Hi, I'm a newbie here. I purchased the Zoom Phone plan today and selected a number, but it is still pending activation. I checked online, and it said it usually takes no more than 2 hours, but it's been half a day now, and it's still not working. I wonder what I should do, or is this actually normal? I would appreciate it if anyone could share their experience with me. Thank you! 

Our office has some rotating staff who are sometimes (but not always) responsible for handling calls from one of our Call Queues. Right now, it's somewhat burdensome for us to manually enable/disable their Call Queue membership (or the "Receive Call Queues" user setting) repeatedly, or during certain weekend/holiday hours. Is there any way to set a schedule and/or time limit for call queue membership? So for example, if we know Employee A will be covering the call queue from Fri-Mon, we could just set that schedule somewhere instead of having them (or an admin) manually go flip the switch every time there's a change?

We have jus transitioned our organization, some 200 phones to Zoom Phone, now none of the inbound calls are showing Caller ID just the number, This was working fine on our previous provider then once the numbers we ported and we began on Zoom Phone it quit across all apps ... is this a setting?Thank you  We found the issue we added a line into a provisioning template:account.1.cid_source = 0account.2.cid_source = 0Fixed the issue.,

Hello, I am trying to connect a building alarm panel dialer to an AudioCodes 1288. No matter the settings I change the modem lines don't seem to synch up. I monitor the line connected to the legacy PBX and the communication seems the same. I know there is some delay which is probably causing the issue. I see modem settings in the Audio Codes, but the recommended Fax settings from Zoom seem to be interfering with them.  Has anyone had any luck when attempting this before. I have also tried with a Grandstream ATA with no luck.  Thanks,Derek

Hello - I bought the basic unlimited phone service, 1 line. I put in a request for a port of my existing phone number but failed to ask for a temporary number until the port is complete. Is there any way to get a temporary number added without having to purchase a second line while the port is happening?  Thank you.

If you get a sales rep that cares, good for you, but mines was horrible. His name was JL and he would not help with setup. He would just direct us to other people, so I dont know why he was hired. Then to setup, the process takes long and you have to keep chatting with others to get your phone system up and running. Then the biggest headache is setting up the SMS text messaging. It took numerous times to get it approved and you have to argue with customer service to help you with what is wrong with the SMS registration. After I got it done, which took two months by the way, they proceed to tell me that I must purchase another license and my team could not all text from the same phone number which is our main number for the office. At this point I am done with Zoom. I ended the subscription and you have to contact yet again customer service for this. Numerous agents have stated my account will end by this day and now they are saying it is on a soft pause and that I need to wait till

Was wondering if anyone can help me solve this issueOn all Outbound calls the voice prompt "Call may be monitored for Quality Assurance" comes on. We as a company do not have call recording enabled, so I do not understand why this prompt plays. I have ensured that the Prompt "play a disclaimer prompt to call participants" has not been selected for any of our monitoring participants. Is there something I am missing? Thank you! 

We are new to Zoom Phone as of this week. We had been with Ring Central a few years prior.  I am very surprised to find that Zoom is missing the most basic of things for the phone functions.  Paging - we have Polycom VVX 350 desk phones. The Keys & Buttons setting does not work for "Paging - Line". When applied to the user, it never appears as an option on their phone soft keys. Broken. Paging - You can get around this at least, by picking up the hand set and entering the Extension number assigned to a Paging group. But when you do, it still does not work right at all. Instead of hearing a Page across all the phone speakers, it makes the phones RING. If a person does not pick up the phone, they miss the page. For us, this is a major safety issue. Is there a way to check the call throughput (inbound and outbound) per licensed user on Zoom?

Is there a way to mute incoming calls from my phone while I'm on a call in my Zoom phone app? Context:I'm using the Zoom app on my phone to make a call.A call comes in from my phone (not zoom).It rings in my ear while I'm on my Zoom phone call. Can I mute it or send it straight to voicemail while I'm on another Zoom call? 

Has anyone gotten around to understanding Zoom analytics? For context, my role at my job is to export their analytics to then see how many agents were logged in on a specific day, total handling time, etc. But when I review the Call Queue Historical Reports, I'm presented with less-than-helpful statistics of 'Avg Call Handling Time' and stats that don't really outline how the day went. And when I export for multiple days in a given date range, the data is automatically aggregated? Exporting the Detail report just sends me down a rabbit hole of having to analyze data where 1 call has more than 1 record of data associated with it, when all I want to know is was the call completed or was it abandoned/overflow. Anyone have any helpful tips on navigating this? I'm used to having way more control in terms of creating reports within an existing system, but Zoom doesnt give me that option...

Good afternoon, I have an Axis A8105-E intercom door camera, and I would like to get it working with Zoom Phone. After entering in all the information for the manual provisioning, and enabling sips I was able to get it provisioned with Zoom phone. I can make calls to the common area extension assigned to the phone, with the device automatically picking up and two way audio established. However, when I press the button and attempt to have the device call a Zoom extension, or even an outside phone number, the call rings, and when the recipient picks up the call just ends. Are there any settings I am missing? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Within the last 3 weeks, we suddenly have multiple users report that the microphone on Jabra Speak2 75 no longer works. The odd part is, EVERY other app we test works just fine. Only Zoom is having the issue?  Any thoughts?  We did make sure they are on latest firmware.  - They have been in use for almost a year before we started hearing some issues. It seems like it changed in the last month, as we had not heard of this behavior and suddenly now we have 4 tickets open.- All of ours are using the wired USB going straight into either the laptop USB or the USB on the monitors.- Zoom Workspace Version 6.6.6 (19875)
