How can i increase my sms limit 

Our company has already set up our Brand when we started with Zoom. We received notice about the Branding by 5/31/24. Do we have to start a new Branding?

We just finished installing the Zoom integration for Dynamics 365. It looks to have a lot of features we like! But some we don't.  Is there any way to change some of the settings within the integration? For example, our phones ring to multiple people at the same time.  While ringing to those people, it redirects everyone's Dynamics 365 to the contact page of the person calling, even if they don't answer the call.  That interrupts anyone who didn't answer the call. Could we change a setting so it doesn't redirect anyone's Dynamic webpage? Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks! 

Apologies, but I've looked through the power pack articles regarding this and haven't been able to find this answer. In the Call Queue Member Historical Report there is a column marked 'Total Inbound Calls'. In my case every member of this call queue has a wildly different number there. I guess I'm not sure why this number would be different as all are in the same call queue. These are not extensions that anyone dials directly. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.  

I'm not sure if this is the right "location".With the Android App, you are able to long-press the icon to see three quick select options: "Start my personal meeting", "Join the next meeting", "View today's meetings". How can these long-press options be changed to what I use the most?I use the app for phone calls and I would like a long-press option to go directly to the phone and show the keypad or pull up contact or history. Can this be done?

I left a voicemail message using Zoom phone to another Zoom phone user.  I did not press a number on the dial pad after recording the message, I just hung up the call.  The person I called told me afterward that the voicemail message was "...45 seconds of nothing".   Do I need to 'press a number on the number pad' after recording a voicemail?

I want to purchase the Zoom Phone Unlimited US & Canada option. However, when I proceed to the checkout, the verification section asks for a phone number to verify. Unfortunately, my country, Bangladesh, is not listed in the dropdown menu. Strangely, Afghanistan is included, but not Bangladesh. Due to this, I am unable to complete the verification process and finalize my purchase.I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Please take a look and let me know how I can resolve this issue. Attachement 

Hi everyone, Has anyone experienced total Trio C60 provisioning blackout starting in May 2024? That was the last time when C60s were able to register: Last Provision Date: May 8, 2024 (UTC) -- needless to say nothing has changed whatsoever on our end The usual remedies do NOT work such as factory reset; reboot; re-provision; delete and re-add device etc This appears to only affect C60; we have ton of other Poly devices (VVX250s) and those are working just fine; I do have a ticket with support; waiting to hear from them but wanted to run this by the community in case there's an on-going issue with wider scope than just our tenant ThanksBoyan 

New Zoom User here.  I am looking for recommendations on how to set up. We have 2 physical VoIP devices that will in common areas and office manager that will be used, and the rest will be Personal Mobile Phones.  Couple of questions. Do the Mobile Phones have to have a Phone Number Associated with it or is the Extension sufficient enough? Will the Mobile Users be able to call using the Zoom Mobile App and if so, will the company phone number (which will be ported) display in Caller ID? Will I be able to add the Mobile Phone Users to a caller queue if VoIP calls don't get answer and then add Mobile Users in priority to who gets the call next and then so on even if they don't have a phone number just an extension, or do they need a phone number too? Thanks 

So a user is having a phone call using the mobile version of Zoom workplace and around 8mins in, they receive a phone call totheir personal number from their Zoom workplace number. When they tried to end that call it ended up hanging up their current call with the other person. Her phone is an Android. Any insight is welcome, as this is my first time encountering this problem 

We have a fairly complex AutoReceptionist tree with multiple mailboxes for different teams, in addition to individual mailboxes. I can see records of incoming voicemails in the phone log, but as a phone system admin, is there a way to simply show all voicemails in the system which have not been viewed/answered?

Hello! My company just switched from phone.com over to Zoom Phone, and people are loving it so far, but we've run into a major snag. We used to have two-factor authentication set up everywhere to send a text message to our company number, which would then forward to an email address, and then that email would auto-filter into our company's Slack, in a specific 2FA channel. With the switch to Zoom Phone, I can't figure out how to even set up text messaging so that more than one person can access these messages, and this has become a problem. I currently have an auto receptionist set up for the company number, but when I assign a user to the Power Pack license that we have to test, text messages still do not come through to that user when texting the company number.  Please advise!!

I just added Zoom phone to my plan and I have a board meeting this Friday where I will use it for the callers to call into the meeting. I am not 100% confident I have this feature set up to do so. I have received several emails and its a little confusing at this point. How can I check that what I intend to use the phone system for is set up correctly?

In Phone System Management >> Logs >> Recording I am only able to search for calls covering a 30 day span.  That means given a legal discovery situation where we needed to recover every call to/from a specific customer we would have to search one month at a time?  I've opened a ticket with support but wanted to bring this to everyone's attention in case there's an easy fix, or to raise awareness off an inconvenient limitation. The workaround I've found is to run the call log report to find when the calls happened, then move over to the recordings section to actually download the calls.  It's still searching for recordings one month at a time, but at least the call log report (which does not have this limitation) will advise which months contain recordings that need downloaded.

Employees from outside call an extension - no one answers and gets voicemail - anyway they can call another extension instead of leaving voicemail.?     old Avaya system use to be *T to get be able to call another extension  

Hello! I have three users with Zoom Phone licenses but when a call is placed to the shared line number, it only rings one person. It should be ringing all three by default. I checked with the instructions to setup a shared line group and everything matched the suggested setup.

Hello Zoom gurus. Our users recently started getting errors when sending SMS (or replying to SMS), they still are able to receive SMS. I do understand this part: 10DLC Compliance for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Centerbut to me it sounds like that policy should be related to the programmed messaging only and telemarketing. Do regular users/phones need to be added to SMS Campaign in order to send just regular SMS? 

I do not and will not use SMS with my Zoom Phone service. Do I still have to register a campaign, or can I ignore all the threatening emails?

I would like to enable Zoom Phone in Microsoft Teams. To do so, Zoom requires Enterprise Consent for Microsoft Azure/Entra. There are a few things I'm not clear about I wanted to see if someone could help with. 1. The consent is asking for permission for Zoom to see Chats. Why would Zoom ask for that for Zoom Phone? Just because Zoom Phone would be in Teams it should not need to access Microsoft Teams messages.2. How exactly does Zoom consent work? Even for Calendars with the Microsoft integration. Can Zoom read the content? I would assume so so they can display it in the Zoom App. When I use the Zoom app and I have my calendar appointments, what is Zoom storing on their end related to my M365 data?

Hello,We've a BYOP integration during our migration stage in order to permit short numbering between Zoom phone and our current phone system. Everything is working except for the forwarding. Indeed, we don't allow external forward, so we've checked in Call Handling & Forwarding => Medium restriction (external numbers and external contacts not allowed).=> The issue is BYOP numbers are seen by Zoom as external numbers instead of onnet internal number. What is the solution in this case ?

I'm constantly getting called out on the accuracy of the phone reports we get form Zoom.  It's to the point that our management wants to switch phone systems and at this point I don't really care.  At least I won't have to deal with any of this anymore.  Anyone else see the disparity of reports and subscriptions?  It's crazy
