Does anyone have a fix for my text messages disappearing shortly after they are sent? I need to have access to them in the future, so is there a fix around this? 

In the last hour I have not been able to send any SMS.  Is something down?  Issue is in my account, can't send from computer or phone.

Does anyone have lldp working with windows 10 and the zoom client? looking for the zoom client to detect the switchport/mac-address to help comply with the new e911 regulation. I know that the mac machines need a LLDP helper agent. Thanks! 

I bulk added many users via csv.  A bunch of them are in the wrong time zone.  I'd rather not have to edit them individually.  I could use the API but that's way above the scope of this project.

Is this Yealink model compatible or is there a workaround to make it so?  If not does anyone recommend a suitable wireless conference phone?

Newbie. When using desktop client to call a cel (non smart phone)  or analog landline phone number I get voice alert;"Sorry. The requested service is not available in your calling plan." How do I use DT client to call cel or analog numbers?Can Zoom Phone service receive cel and analog calls?

My call queue members are receiving queue calls while they are on video calls. Is this expected behavior? Do they need to manually remove themselves from the queue when they have a video call? We have the queue policy set to a rotating distribution, so if they miss a call due to being on a video call, nobody else has a chance to answer the call. I have the config set to disallow receiving call queue calls while taking a call.  EDITED: I actually put myself in the queue today, and it does not ring through, but it does send me calls while I'm on a video call, that then are just missed and go to our auto-attendant. (My call isn't interrupted with ringing, but after my call is over I see that I've missed 3 calls from the queue.) Since it's in a rotating distribution, nobody else has the opportunity to pick up those calls while I'm in my meeting. Again, is this expected behavior, therefore I will need to remember to remove myself from the queue when I am on

Hello,I just went live with Zoom phone and am having an issue.  When I call out or from ext. to ext in the office I get an error of poor Network connection and no audio.  Then about 10 sec. later I get audio.  This only happens in office.    VPN to PSTN or VPN to VPN is fine.  Any Ideas?   Thanks

We have a user that wants to download call logs for her team but not access all other call logs; only from her team. A call queue should work for her but she wants each person on her team to have their own individual phone numbers? What's the best solution here? Thanks

I need to forward to an external number and an extension. Normally I would use ,,, between the number and the extension but it the admin interface does not allow for commas. Any idea how to accomplish this?

We are converting to Zoom using Polycom phones.  We were trying to use the save a line feature.  When we save the contact it shows on the display and works but the next morning it is gone.  Has anyone experienced this and how can we fix it. Thanks for the help!

I just upgraded to zoom pro united and established ability to use zoom phone to make private calls. However, zoom was only able to give me a new number. I spoke with the phone team at zoom and they told me I would need to go to verizon. Verizon told me only zoom is able to do this. Zoom is able to port my verizon number onto zoom. but then I would lose that number with verizon. has anyone tried to have the same number with verizon and zoom once you have already had a verizon number?thanks for the help!

HelpWe can't make outbound calls this morning, internally or externally - and external calls can't reach the auto-attend.Desktop, mobile and Poly deskphones all affected.  We're getting ewrrors on outbound calls that users have reached a maximum number of concurrent calls.  We've tried signing out of all devices, unplugging the Poly deskphones and no success. It then raises the question how I raise a critical error on the support pages, I can't foind where to quickly raise a ticket... Thanks Craig

Hi all,  My meeting has a registration link which when clicked on says ‘Meeting Registration Approved’, but it doesn’t send a confirmation mail or shows them as registered participants. Please help.

I want to connect a party who has no internet, to a zoom webinar, by telephone. I realise I call the Zoom telephone number, enter ID and password etc. then place the call on hold and add the call to my third party. That works fine, however I want the third party to be able to mute and unmute. Pressing *6 on their phone pad doesnt mute or unmute, pressing *6 on my phone pad doesn't mute them or unmute them. What do I have to do to allow the third party to mute or unmute themselves?  Note that while I organise the conference call, I am participating in the webinar on my computer. It is just that the third party has no internet, so I am using this telephone method to connect them to the web meeting. It would be nice to know how i can get the third party to participate in the meeting. Many thanks.

Hello: On both my iPhone and my Mac, incoming Zoom calls do not ring and instead go directly to voicemail. This just started about a month ago. I do not think anything has changed except for Zoom upgrades. Any thoughts from the group? Thank you.

I am wondering if I need to purchase a desk phone for my receptionist?  Or can she just use her computer to transfer and track calls?  

I am in the proces of moving our phone system to Zoom Phone but I am unable to find where to view the call quality. All i can see from my search online is to view it from the dashboard but this is not enabled for my account as we are not using paid Zoom Meeting plans yet. Surely I'm missing something? I shouldn't have to purchase a plan for a service I don't need to see the status of a service i'm actually paying for?!

Hi After 3 hrs it's time to ask the experts! 2 x small businesses at the same location, each with its own phone number. Basically for branding purposes. Each one is answered by a receptionist (one of 3 staff) using the business name (This doesn't work with auto receptionist because we don't know which phone no. is being rung into) When the phone is not anwered, it goes to voicemail audio that includes the name of the business. So far I've set up: Shared line for both phone numbers - this lets us see which number is being called into and therefore how to answer the phone .... but can't seem to set audio message for one of the two businesses. Thanks Richard

We're a new user to zoom.  I have signed up for 10 user licenses with unlimited canada/us calling.I've created my 10 users and assigned a number to each user. All working fine.When I try and setup my main company number, and try and get a "toll" number, i get a message "you need more phone number licenses".I'm trying to explain to my zoom rep, but i don't know if my account is setup with the correct user licenses.is a phone license in zoom (main company number) different than a user license?on my main phone number, i will have 3 toll free numbers attached to it. my rep sent me a docusign to add 3 toll free numbers, but nothing in regards to adding a phone license to the main company number.i hope i've explained my issue. I need a PHONE LICENSE to add a number to my main company number and than start porting my numbers over. (10 users + 1 company number).
