We're a new user to zoom.  I have signed up for 10 user licenses with unlimited canada/us calling.I've created my 10 users and assigned a number to each user. All working fine.When I try and setup my main company number, and try and get a "toll" number, i get a message "you need more phone number licenses".I'm trying to explain to my zoom rep, but i don't know if my account is setup with the correct user licenses.is a phone license in zoom (main company number) different than a user license?on my main phone number, i will have 3 toll free numbers attached to it. my rep sent me a docusign to add 3 toll free numbers, but nothing in regards to adding a phone license to the main company number.i hope i've explained my issue. I need a PHONE LICENSE to add a number to my main company number and than start porting my numbers over. (10 users + 1 company number). 

Is it possible to use Personal zoom account from Google without downloading the zoom App? 

Hi! We have experienced in our organization that when someone transfers an external call to another user, it marks as "potential scam". Do you have any idea how to remove this? Thank you.

I see there's an option for PARKED CALLS to Ring back to the caller after a timeout, but I don't see any option for calls on regular HOLD, or at least some sort of alert that a call has been on hold for a while. Is that an option? 

New to zoom, and as I'm sure you are aware the admin panel is super confusing and the menus are cluttered.  I went to support articles and figured out how to change policy and enable sms (not so obvious).  I can't send or receive texts and so I believe it might be at the user level, but the support topics I read don't seem to match up to the menu choices, so I have no idea how to enable texting for anyone. opened up a ticket, but not sure how long that will take ... thanks in advance for any help, 

I have a new Google Pixel 6.    I cannot locate the audio control button on the screen.  When I join a zoom meeting, I cannot hear the other person, but I can see them.  When I click on the "join audio" button, it takes me to a list of phone numbers to call.  It prompts me to enter my access code, and then tells me I have entered the wrong access code and hangs up the call.  Help.

Hi Everyone,We're a longtime paid Zoom Meetings user and we're looking at Zoom Phone.Hopefully someone can clear up the pricing -it is completely baffling to me!Let’s take for example the “Pay As You Go” plan at USD $120 “per year, per user.”I haven’t found any documentation on what that means.When I worked in a traditional office, no one had their own phone number.Now that I’m working from home for my own company, no one still has their own phone number (2 in home, 3 remote contract workers).My company has a main phone number for the public / marketing use, a “roll-over” number when the main number is busy, and a toll-free number.So with Zoom Phone pricing, does this mean that I need to pay for 3 phone numbers for 5 people?That would be $125 x 3 numbers = $375 x 5 workers = $1,875 per year? That is crazy talk.Would someone explain what “per user, per year” means and what I would actually need?Thank you for

I have one user with a T53 that has a voicemail indicator (icon and blinking red light) that will not go away. We verified on the web voicemail page that she does not have any voicemails. We dialed into voicemail and it says no new messages. The app on her cell phone also shows no voicemails at all. I rebooted her phone. The indicator comes back. I removed the phone from the user's account and added it back  with no change. I have not factory reset or removed the phone from the zoom corporate account yet, but wanted to ask here to see if anyone has any suggestions. Rick

I work in IT, and we want our users to be able to leave a VM for emergency service.  Then have zoom ring a group of users to "deliver" that VM 24/7/365, this way it will wake someone up in the middle of the night.  This was a pretty standard feature on old PBX systems, but I cant seem to find it in zoom.  Does anyone know how to set that up? Thanks

we are new to zoom phone , and our system go active tomorrow.  We have a few phones with an issue ,  we can't get pass the rebooting stage on the phones.  the phones go far as rebooting firmware then it reads unable to connect, bad url.   I have spoken with zoom phones and they are unable to help with this issues.

We're new to Zoom phone and it's been great but there's one thing my users have been asking about, We have Polycom VVX311s and with our previous provider when you dialed an extension it would resolve the extension and display the NAME of the person you were calling. I dont know if this is something that's pushed to the phone by the provider or if it's a setting on the phone itself. It's not a huge deal, but multiple users have brought this up. When they dial an extension it's nice to know you got the right person and you didn't misdial. 

Hi! My employer would like to add our common area phone to the company directory or the company contacts in Zoom. Any suggestion on how to do that?

Most of our office uses their Poly desk phones. A lot of people have asked if there was a way to disable call notification in the windows app because they wont be answering via the computer. We still want people logged in because we need the instant message feature.  Thanks

We went live on Zoom Phone a week ago.  We are having problems getting incoming calls from land lines into Zoom Phone - they continue to go through our previous provider's equipment.  Has anyone else had this problem after conversion?

I have a Polycom phone provisioned in Zoom. Since it is no longer configured on our PBX, so how do I reset the pin?

What are folks using Zoom Phone doing for those instances when calls must be received outside the commonly set business hours?   There will always be a case when calls must be answered outside the hours of a standard workday. Are users forced to reset the hours set on their account to accommodate this?  I'm not seeing any other way but hope I'm missing something simple.Thanks!

Got a call from someone who claimed they were with APEX and working for Frontier communications.  Since I don't have Frontier my scam radar kicked in.     How do I protect myself from a possible slammer trying to port my phone numbers?

I am trying to test the process for assigning phone numbers to users via API, but I am not having success. When I try using postman "200 OK" response with nothing in the body.  Attached are screen shots of what I am sending. Anyone able to spot what I am doing wrong or can send an example of a successful post? Note: other API calls are working as expected.  

If someone isn't logged into zoom, do they still receive a notification when a call comes through

All,I have a case open since April or May of 2020.Apparently, if you would like to route your calls using Call Handling, it does not work for t-mobile.Example:Call Handling 1: Zoom ApplicationCall Handling 2: T-MobileCall Handling 3: VoIP Phone If someone calls my direct number (Zoom), it will ring Max 15 seconds then it will (or should) ring my t-mobile number. If I don't pick it up then it will ring my voip phone. That's how should it works.Well...it does NOT work. After the Zoom app max ring time, it just skips Call Handling 2 and goes directly to Call Handling 3. It does not matter where I put my t-mobile in order using the Call Handling  feature - it just skips the t-mobile phone. For months I've been going back and fourth with Zoom support and finally convinced the Zoom tech support to find co-workers who has t-mobile phones and use the Call Hand

In this page that explains Shared line groups the following 2 seemingly contradictory statements appear.  Can you confirm whether a user can be a member of more than 1 shared line group/call delegation ?Members are added to the shared line group by your Zoom Phone admin. Each member can only belong to one shared line group.Note: Each member can belong to multiple call delegation setups or shared line groups.Thanks,Simon

I would like to ring my extension and cell phone at the same time.  This is a feature I had with Google Voice and 8x8.com.  Is this possible with Zoom Phone?

Just installed Zoom Phone and the desktop app does not ring/no notification appears and rolls straight to VM.  Been thru the videos and training. Reviewed my settings and all appears correct. How do I fix this?

Hello,I'm using zoom phone on my mac desktop computer.  The Zoom Phone does not ring when my computer is in sleep mode.  1. Is there a setting to allow Zoom Phone to wake my computer? 2. Will a desk phone ring if the computer is in sleep mode?
