When I’m in a zoom meeting and join a breakout session, my screen auto rotates to vertical. I am able to turn my phone and turn it back for it to go horizontal, but after the breakout session I’m the main meeting the screen auto rotates to vertical again. How can I keep it from doing this? I am on an iPhone if it matters.

Na 2a prestes a entrar com a tela da reunião ao fundo abria uma caixa de diálogo para selecionar o tipo de audio e ao clicar nela nada acontecia e quando clicava de novo em qualquer lugar dessa caixa aparecia uma mensagem na parte de cima entre parênteses dizendo não respondendo e então sórestava fechar o programa. Enfim não consegui assistir a live do Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente do Clube de Engenharia.E agora a pouco num aoutra live Ordem Rosacruz, prei na caixa que diz que o anfitrião já estã na reunião e então deixá-lo aber que já estou ali faltando a permissão dele. E mais um vez nada acontecia e quando clicava em qualquer parte dessa caixa paarecia de novo a mensagem entre parenteses dizendo não respondendo restando somente fechar o programa. Uso o Windows 10. Alguém poderia me ajudar? Desde já muito gato!***********

We are non for profit organization and paid an upgrade to Business.  Updated settings to enable language interpretation. When opening zoom meeting, I could not find ASL interpreter.   We thought zoom provide language interpretation without cost to us. Is that correct?  If so, how can we request ASL interpreter?

We use an Ipad on the pulpit at church for zoom meetings. We have a microphone on the pulpit in addition to the one on the iPad. We also have a wireless microphone and mounted speakers. We have had to mute the iPad at times due to feedback which means those remotely connected have no audio being broadcasted. What do we need to do?

When a second Co host connects it kicks out an existing Co host and takes on the name of the previous Co host?

Since yesterday, the Zoom app has closed the meetings window by itself after a few hours without using it, making me reopen it by using my email etc... it was ready to be used before yesterday whenever I wanted. I just needed to open my computer and the Zoom meeting window would be there, but now I have to sign in again. It has happened in the morning, when I start using Zoom. Is there anything I can do to have the Zoom meetings window permanently open in my laptop status bar?

I need to be a co-host for upcoming meetings or hand-offs and I am showing as an External contact. How can I resolve this issue?We tried Alternative host too, and I'm still not able to join. Why am I an External contact within my own org?

I hosted a meeting and recorded local. When it needed to be converted  it took awhile and timed out as I was slow to get back to it. Have I lost that recording as I do not see it? 

Hello everyone. There is a question about converting videos after the conference. The task is to convert the video according to the script. But there are a number of problems:1. Linux. We write in bash:/opt/zoom/ZoomLauncher /home/zoom/double_click_to_convert_01.zoomThe conversion stay at 0%. I tried it on Ubuntu and Manjaro. Only 0%. That's all. Why?2. Windows. We write in cmd:C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\zTscoder.exe C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Zoom\double_click_to_convert_01.zoomThe error "Files from unknown sources" appears. I click Convert Anyway. And everything works, but pressing this button every time is not automation. How do I disable this unknown sources verification window?

The options, even the advanced options, available in the Zoom Outlook plug-in does not have the creation of breakout rooms available. Is there someway to toggle the feature to allow it as an option. I find myself having to log into the Zoom browser to edit the event and create the breakout rooms there, rather than doing it in one fell swoop through the outlook plug-in. Please help, thanks! 

Hello! Is there a way to disable the screen minimizing/maximizing button from being permanently on when utilizing Zoom Meetings via Zoom Workplace? Any way to make it only visible if the mouse hovers over the right side of the screen instead?  Thank you!

For the past two years--until two months ago--I had no trouble starting the meetings I had previously scheduled. I run them once a month. Last Saturday  I clicked "Start" and I got the routine pop-up menu telling me to  "Launch Meeting". I  tried but nothing  happened. I struggled for a half an hour trying to get the meeting going.  Finally I succeeded, to the irritation of the participants. Zoom chat doesn't help. They won't let me talk to a live body. What do I need to do to get "Launch Meeting" working?  

Hello! it would be very useful if Zoom had local volume sliders for individual participants, a feature I find to be very useful in Discord. Oftentimes there is one person who is very loud and another who is quiet, and they do not always have the technological proficiency to figure out their own volume controls. It would be a HUGE quality-of-life improvement to have this kind of control on my or anyone else’s end to be able to lower or raise each person’s volume as needed, rather than waste everyone’s time asking each person to fiddle with their settings, often clumsily, and with everyone else having their own preferences and local volume settings. Yes, it is good etiquette to have a working knowledge of how to best use microphones and other video conference equipment, but not everyone has the time or technological savvy to get good at this sort of thing. I truly hope this is a feature your wonderful devs are working

During meetings, Zoom always put me out and in of meetings, this is so uncomfortable, including my school time. I requested assistance of the local net provider but untill here not solved. I understand when i browse other sites all is good but when I get in zoom there too many in and outs. Please, help me to get my situation regular.

I have been using Zoom very successfully for online teaching for the past 2 years and am a great fan. I am starting to teach a new course tomorrow. When i did a trial run today, I found that something had changed: When I started screen-sharing from a second camera (a document camera I use to do math on), the participants' videos suddenly disappeared and did not return after I stopped screen-sharing. All my settings and hardware are exactly the same as for the courses i taught before. Can anyone please advise me how to get my participants' videos back? I had no problem with this before, and have not done anything differently.  Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.

I have been trying to get into Zoom for the past week several times. My meeting is this coming Thursday at 5:00.This is not a company meeding

 We have our accounts setup to use the built in live transcription but it's not working, The settings are turned on, but click on the enable auto transcribe button and nothing happens. I am able to still manually input closed captions.  Thanks  

We do not have access to the the email or phone number for our Zoom meeting. The person who originally set it up passed away.  How can we close/cancel the old meeting. Thanks!

Hi there, I've been searching Google for an answer to my question but can't seem to find anything about it. My problem is that when I'm in a Zoom Meeting, sometimes I get outside phone calls on my Samsung Galaxy S23+ or FaceTime request calls and after declining the call, the Zoom volume drops to a much lower level. Even when I have my phone's volume turned all the way up, it still is a lot lower than before and I can't seem to find a solution without having to leave the meeting and then rejoin. Sometimes I have to then break my Bluetooth earbuds out just so I can sort of hear better without needing to leave the meeting, and all my meetings are mostly group therapy sessions so I don't like to bother the host if they have to add me back in manually during the session. Is there any possible way to fix this?

My daughter is in a zoom class. Before I set up a free account, it would automatically default to the teacher and if she would share her screen it would transition to that and then back to her when she wasn’t sharing. Simultaneously, all the participants were in smaller boxes at the bottom. However, since I created the free account, I can’t, for the life of me, figure out how to get that back. I’ve tried doing gallery with speaker view but that doesn’t work. And the floating option.

When in a Zoom meeting, I only see a white screen when another attendee is sharing their screen.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked for updates.

I have been using Zoom to hold daily lessons, and I use Blackmagic Atem Extreme ISO and Rode podcaster pro through. The Atem is viewed as an active camera, and I have had almost no issues for the past two years, regardless of updates. This time is different. Nothing on the hardware side has changed other than zoom was updated. Since then, when live lessons are done, sound effects from the podcaster are not clear and mostly not heard from the client side. When music is played, only the spoken voice is heard, and almost none of the music can be heard, which is freaky, to say the least. I understand that there have been several audio changes, including options for musicians, but no amount of tweaking has fixed the issue to the point where we are now considering having to change the delivery software. Our classes rely heavily on zoom, so I would like to fix this issue ASAP.  Here is a video showing the issues that are plaguing us. Both with the live zoom feed and i
