Very low resolution of my cloud recorded videos. How can I fix this?

Hello. I have been recording to cloud zoom of my team meetings or my own meeting for a training video.  Unfortunately, when I download the video, it shows up in a very low quality, often 640x350 resolution or lower and it nearly looks pixilated.  How can I fix this?

Please consult the article below for more info on recording quality:

Most likely, you do not have 1080p enabled on your account (formerly "Group HD", now "Meeting HD" - apologies that Zoom does not maintain their customer-facing documentation in an even remotely competent cadence).

Thank you.  I have PRO plan so I don't even think I can higher than 720p which I was now told I qualify for and will have turned on. (Apparently, you have to request it and can't do it yourself).

Thank you for this article. It is helpful. Aggi
