Currently, when making the Zoom screen smaller, the 'host tools' button often drops off the screen under the 'more' button. This is obviously super annoying as the host needs the host tools to have tools to host. So, can the 'host tools' button please be moved to the left of the screen? My suggestion is (I've disabled all AI buttons): Audio  |  Video |  Host tools  |  Chat  |  React  |  Raised hand  |  Share  Screen |  Participants  |  Record  |  Captions The buttons Participants, Record, Captions are used in almost all meetings, but often only once (when setting up). Of course, it would even be better if the host can decide themselves which buttons are visible and how / in what sequence they are visible. Ideally for everyone. 

Zoom meeting is not ending after ending the meeting and it is getting stuck at the preparing meeting when I try to start new meeting 

Hi all When I save my meeting transcript, the statements the attendees made are transcribed but they are not matched to the attendees as I can see during the meeting. They are simply date and time stamped. Does anyone know the functionality that enables the transcript file to identify the attendees against their words and what they are saying?  Thanks

I know the ability to livestream to FB Groups is gone, but it seems it can be done to Pages or a Personal Profile. When I'm in a Zoom meeting and get to "Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook Live" it gives me the option to "Choose where to post your Zoom Meeting" - I select "share to your page." Then under "select page" I should see two Pages that I have, but only one is listed. (Of course it's the other one I need to stream to!)  Any ideas??? 

I have a Windows 11 laptop. When I join a meeting via web browser, everything works fine. I hear the sound through the speakers and when I plug in wired headphones to the headphone jack, the sound comes through the headphones. When I use the zoom app. the sound won't come through the headphones. It comes through the speakers fine, but when I plug the headphones in, the sound still comes through the speakers. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.

Wondering if anyone can help. When I start or join a meeting, I have no camera option available.  Does anyone know how to resolve that?  I access Zoom via Citrix.

I have a Pro account and set up our Meetings as relatively open. People join when they wish. I would also like anyone to be able to share their screen. When I try to regain screen I get an error saying that I do not have permission to share my screen. Very frustrating and getting direct assistance is of course impossible.Two questions then: Does anyone have suggestions for what I'm doing wrong? Secondly is there a multi-platform product that is more transparent than zoom out there?ThanksCW

Even with all background effects disabled, it appears that Zoom automatically deploys an effect to reduce depth of field considerably - far more that the native camera actually displays. This is clear to me as if I simply turn my head (with no background effects enabled) my glasses and the side of my face go out of focus. In looking at the camera via its native app (or even in Teams), this is not what the camera itself is creating. Is there some way to disable this annoying effect in Zoom ?

I'm setting up my meeting to make Last Name not a required field, plus I have created a question.  I hit "Save" and when I go to test the registration the question not there and the Last Name is required.  When I go back and "edit" the registration settings it hadn't saved any of my changes.  How do I fix this?

I have an important zoom recording that I recorded to my mac. It didn't convert properly, and I tried to convert it with any app that would work... I forgot it was a video (I meant to just record audio), and opened it in the music app to see if that would work. Of course it didn't, and now it say it's a "music document" and opens my music app when I try to open it, but doesn't play anything. I tried using converico online but it didn't recognize the input file. I went back to zoom, but since I put it on my computer, it tries to open it from my desktop, and it opens the music app (but nothing appears). Did I just completely blow any chance of listening/viewing it? Is there any way of converting it to something I can use? The extension still says .zoom

Hi, does anyone know if there is capabilities to customize the immersive view in zoom meetings? Would like to incorporate some branding as well as change the amount of seats to max of 16.

Hello I am using zoom to give an english class to one student. We are both using free plan so we should stick to the 40 minutes time limit. And I was wondering when does the 40 minutes time limit actually starts? Is it based on the time when the host starts the meeting or when the participants actually enters the meeting that is already opened by the host? I tend to start the meeting like 4-5 minutes prior before the student enters. So I am concerned I might be wasting the time limit by starting off early.

I'd like to be able to communicate (Via a form) to those people in the waiting room that we do NOT recognize.I'd like to ask for their e-mail - who invited them etc

Hi all,  In the old Zoom version we were able to create a single recurring Zoom link.  I work with clients and it was very handy to send out a single recurring link.  During our work together we could use this link if we wanted to work online.  Now we the updated version,  we have to set up how often this link will occur if working with a new client.  I find this annoying as my meeting list is full of links.  My question is can you set up a single recurring link in the updated version of Zoom , where you do not have to set up how often the link  will occur or end date for the meeting?  Thanks Dermot 

I'm teaching online yoga classes via Zoom. Attendees register via the Zoom registration link with their name + email address and automatically receive the link to join the class. I would like to include the option for registrants to say whether they have signed an electronic waiver or not (maybe a checkbox?) and then add the waiver link for them to sign. Can I add additional fields to the registration process so I can keep track of who has signed the waiver and who hasn't?

I am able to use emojis 😊 in the chat feature while in most meetings, but there are a few hosted by others in which I am unable to do so. Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can help or provide guidance.I ran a webinar training session with 'Local Recording' and on playback, the session during the morning was fine, but I paused the recording at lunchtime and continued recording after lunch. What the recording shows is that after resuming recording, my video (me) was frozen and there was no screen share recorded for the whole afternoon session. What was recorded was the audience video placeholders and nothing else! Clearly, I was screen sharing and I wasn't frozen during the live session. Audio was fine throughout the entire recording. Help!

I worked a meeting today on my android and I selected record meeting in the settings options. However, I am unable to find it online under recordings. Is there any way to retrieve this recording or meeting, If it didn't record is there any way for me to pull this meeting up?? Thank you for any help with this matter.

I always find that seeing a cursor fly all around the screen is distracting and annoying.  Even when I try to remind myself not to move the mouse around while I'm speaking, old habits die hard.  Is there a setting that will allow me to prevent my mouse from being recorded as part of a Zoom Meeting or Webinar?  I mostly use PowerPoint for my presentations and would prefer the recording does not show the cursor. Thank you!!

Hello guys. I'm having a problem with zoom.Every time that I share my screen (choosing an specific window), the window that shows the participants gets in front of their screen(black) and they can see clearly what I've shared.And when I'm sharing, If I alt+tab, appears a orange border on my screen and it blocks the file that I decide to share with them.What can I do to solve it?Thank you very much for helping me
