Since the last update, now when I create zoom meetings and copy the invitation to the meetings it no longer provides the meeting time and date like it used to. It now omits the name of the meeting and time, and just shows zoom link and meeting ID basically. Can anyone advise?  Thanks  

Hi, I recently signed up for Zoom, thank God I didn't pay for a full year (yet). Had a first meeting on Zoom with 2 massive issues:1. I could not record the meeting2. the transcript didn't work either Despite signing in as Host, Zoom didn't recognise me as Host on screen and thus prevented me from recording and getting a transcript. VERY handy when you agreed to send the recording to your client.... Had to revert to Quicktime. Already reported the issue last week but haven't heard anything. Looking for alternatives to Zoom... How do I get Zoom to recognise me as Host on screen and allow me to record and to get a transcript? Thanks!

When I turn on zoom my image don't show. It stays black. I can see other persons in the meeting, but my image don't show. What is happening. Does someone can help me?Thanks

Hi. I have an organization with several Zoom users.  All of us are able to join video calls in the browser (using the built-in web version, not the SDK). All of us are able to use virtual backgrounds except one person.  This person keeps getting the following error: They are using the most recent version of Chrome. Why is this issue happening? 

Does anyone know how to ensure zoom makes a noise at the start of a scheduled meeting as a reminder you have a call? I used to have this feature and now it's not working and I am missing calls because of it. Thanks

I have a intel i5-46xx CPU and 16gb of ram. Before the update I had been using virtual backgrounds with no issue. Immediately after the update they were disabled. The article has not been updated with any new requirements if something's changed. 

When I call Zoom to speak with technical support, I have to give my ID meeting number and my six digit passcode. Zoom says my passcode is invalid, however, the code is in my profile information. Why do they say it is invalid? How can I actually talk with Zoom technical support?

We have an AA meeting that is listed on the international site - we get people attending from all over.  We screen people as soon as they come on - they have to show their face and tell us their name and its been pretty chill until today.  Some person managed to get on and disable all the security settings.  They typed the N word about 1,000 times in the chat, even though chat was disabled.  They posted a gross video and it jumped from one person to another, so fast we couldn't even keep up with it.  In a vain attempt to kick them off we ended up kicking off several people who were just being hijacked by the bomber.  Even though all microphones were muted with the setting that no one can unmute themselves without being asked to, this person wasn't muted.   We can't make our meeting invitation only, it's open to the public, that's the very spirit of an AA meeting. Does anyone have any suggestions?  

Thank you for your response. It would be extremely helpful if the host/co-host could screen people (at least make them turn on their camera and introduce themselves) IN THE WAITING ROOM before actually admitting them to the meeting. We have a WOMEN'S AA meeting daily. Almost every day bombers use a woman's name with camera off to get admitted into the meeting. Once they are in they turn their camera on and say & do terrible things for all to see and hear. If we could catch them in the waiting room it would be SO much better!! We do not want to make the meeting private because we want to help alcoholics who need a meeting. Screening in the waiting room would be a beneficial addition to the zoom platform. Thank you

My video/audio is freezing for 2-3 seconds at a time.  I am a court reporter and cannot miss even a millisecond of testimony.  What can I do?

We recently upgraded our Outlook plugin to ver 6.1.0 and people are reporting that email invites that are generated from Outlook no longer include the "Join by Telephone" numbers/options. I uninstalled ver 6.1.0 and reinstalled ver 6.0.0 and the invite is now showing the "Join by Telephone" numbers/options.The main reason why we had to upgrade to ver 6.1.0 was because of the Outlook crashing issues with ver 6.0.0

I have a recurring meeting from an old subscription I was a part of, but I didn’t schedule it. I am unable to delete it. Anyone know a fix? I contacted organizer and waiting for a response. Thanks!

When scheduling a recurring meeting, the meeting ID cchanged from my personal meeting ID to a different ID. Is there a way for me to use my Person Meeting ID for recurring meetings?

Any meetings I schedule past September 24th disappear...I can save it in Outlook but the actual meeting in Zoom is not there....I scheduled about 20 meetings for the month of October....but they are not there

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit latest version on a PC. Lately, during Zoom meetings, I find I can no longer drag and drop the individuals in the Gallery to change their positions with respect to each other, i.e., they remain in whatever position they were in when the meeting started. I'm using latest Zoom version and am one of the participants, not the meeting convener. All the other participants can drag and drop. I can drag and drop when connected via a Win 11 laptop. Ideas?

Hi all, Sorry if this has been resolved. But whe I set a meeting in the Zoom app and it automatically asks me to send the invite to my Outlook Calendar on Mac, and I email someone the invite from the Outlook Calendar invite that Zoom has created, my client does not receive that invite.  I have to cancel Zoom's alet to send the invite to Outlook Calender. I then must manually set an Outlook Calender invite in the Outlook calendar, then copy and paste the Zoom invite details into the body of the Outlook Calendar invite I have manually created, add their email/s and send, then they receive it. Anyone have this issue and is Zoom able to fix this or is there a work around? Not the most convenient way to operate. Thanks 

There are no errors.Laptop.I don't see any indicators for an update. I assume my version is the current one and there is no process listed to check for current zoom version. When creating breakout rooms, Automatic and manually assigned shouldn't allow people to choose from existing breakout rooms. In my app version of zoom and in my browser version of zoom, participants are able to chose breakout rooms freely without restriction. Event when "Let participants choose room" is not the option chosen. 

After I signed in my Zoom account via Apple ID which already subscript Annual Plan of Zoom Workplace Pro, but it is not working at all. 

It doesn't matter whether I'm sent a link to attend a meeting or launching from my own account.In Chrome I get a popup that asked permission to open the link, however the link only says "Open URL: zoommtg.In Firefox, I get a popup "Allow this site to open Zoommeeting link with zoommtg. When I click Open link, I get another popup telling me that the file doesn't have an app associate with it. Screenshots attached.I used to be able to click the link and launch Zoom.Now I have to launch my desktop Zoom app,  go back to the invite, look up the meeting ID, go back to the app, enter the ID and password. HUGE waste of time. What has changed and what do I need to change back to be able to launch and attend Zoom meetings with relative ease?

I have auto-save enabled in my meeting settings and the windows folder of <documents>/zoom/<meeting folder> pops up when the meeting is over. I would like to disable this popping up of the folder. Can someone help?   Thanks

When I try to make notes in my Outlook Calendar Notes section, Zoom defaults to an invitation that doesn't save my notes.  A while ago I was able to make and save notes, but I think a Zoom update about 3-5 months ago disabled my ability to save notes in my Outlook Calendar.  Anyone have fixes for this?

Hi I am planning a Zoom meeting with some participants being from outside the USA -- primarily Europe.   Will these participants be able to join the meeting using the same invitation browser link?   Thank you 

We are pulling meeting analytics, specifically an attendee report for a session. We download the report that contains the "unique" attendees. That count is 201. This includes everyone. When we actually dig deeper into the report, the actual amount of unique attendees are 189.  To confirm the data, I downloaded the raw total users files and on my own in excel deleted duplicates. My own manual version count came out to 189 as well.  Why is the report reporting 201 and where are those additional attendees? We rely heavily on this data and now im not sure how long it's been inaccurate. Anyone have an idea whats going on? 

On my Zoom client for Windows, When I go to launch a new meeting, the option to launch with PMI is greyed out and unclickable. I have already been to Profile->Settings->"Use this ID for Personal Meetings". But this does not change anything. am I missing something about how to turn this on?
