I can't configure the functionality that allows you to charge participation fees on PayPal. I have the accountI have the 500 large meeting package I can't find the mention " charge registration fee" as presented in the tutorial, thanks for your help 

Yesterday, the Zoom Video recordings included an audio track embedded in the recording.Today I allowed the system to update, and the audio is not completely separate from the video, making any editing a nightmare!I also have to take extra steps to hide my video on a shared screen.Oh, worse, the shared screen recording shows MY Side, with the Zoom Garbage in the way! How the freak am I supposed to use that to teach or share content?!What happened? I just want the old way back! 

I have read the article on Scheduling a Meeting with Registration, but I'm not seeing the Registration Required Checkbox. I have a Zoom Workplace Pro paid account. Hi,Ever since an update a couple of months ago, Zoom always starts a meeting muted, despite the option 'mute when joining' being off. Happens for both meetings where I am host as well as participant. I also tried to set 'auto adjust mic volume' to off but no luck.This is incredibly annoying.Any thoughts?Miron Tech details:OS: Win10 ENTZoom version 5.14.11 (17466)

I imported participants using a CSV file for a Zoom Webinar with pre-registration. After that, some participants' names became garbled, so I want to correct them. Is there a way to edit these names? When I tried to import the file again, the information wasn't updated.

開催したセミナーの様子を録画すべく複数のデバイスで同じzoomにログインし、レコーディングを行ったのですが誤ってスピーカービューで録画してしまったようで録画データを見たところ、他デバイスで撮影していた会場の全体像が録画に表示されなくなっていました。録画を終えた今の段階で、会場全体を表示するためにギャラリービューに変更する等、何か解決策はないでしょうか？

I bought iPad Pro 12.9 6th generation last year. I hold online meetings with up to 50 members. During a meeting my Zoom disconnects 2 or 3 times in a 90 minute session. It never gives an error code.I am very upset after paying a lot of money for an expensive device and zoom subscription. But facing this embarrassing situation.Can anyone help how to deal with this problem?My iPad is up to date, Zoom is up to date.I have been facing this problem since the day I bought the iPad.As per my understanding this issue is with Zoom app for iPad Pro. which is not compatible with the device.Thanks

I have a recurring Zoom meeting and I am trying to add new attendees but keep getting the message "you are not the host"I opened the meeting and looked at the data and it does show me and my correct email as the host. I'd prefer not to cancel this standing meeting I've had for ~2 years, has anyone had this challenge?

I only have the free version of ZOOM but would like to set up a meeting where anyone can join without sending out individual invitations. Can I do that from the free version?

Hello My core objective for signing up and subscribing to my licence on Zoom is to hold more than one meeting concurrently. I paid for a pro, which I later discovered would not serve my purpose. Can I get assistance upgrading to Zoom business from my Pro account without making the full payment?  

I have searched and searched for a solution. My video filters are not working. When I use the Zoom app on my Macbook Air they are not present.  When I join a meeting I created via the desktop (without logging into my account), filters are there.  Others are able to access the filters via my meetings as well.  I had filters before I had the new zoom app as well.  ALSO, zoom does not let me log into any meeting without the Zoom app. It tells me that I must download the app on my computer in order to join. All I want are the features that I paid for.  I also know this has been a topic of discussion here and in other places. I am just looking for a solution. HELP

They simply are gone! My settings is turned on, but the filters are not showing. I can't get past the bot to get to technical support and  I'm teaching  tomorrow.  See the attachments.Can anyone help me?Sandy

New to Zoom, I inadvertently began the process of hosting a meeting. Attempting to correct my mistake, I found a boatload of options for meetings ... but no way to cancel. I thought it would disappear. However, a window continues to pop up for me to finish scheduling the nonexistent meeting. How can I delete this? 

As a newcomer attempting to familiarize myself with Zoom, an accidental click found me looking at myself about to host a meeting. I don't want to host . . . I want to attend! With a gazillion hosting options, the only one missing is how to cancel/delete my unscheduled non-meeting. (This may also be an obstacle for attending an upcoming meeting, as I'm unable to complete the required signup.) Please advise; thanks in advance.

Windows 7 tower box.  I want to use virtual background WITHOUT green screen.   I can't seem to get it working.  The background options stay GRAYED OUT.  Is there a workaround or not?   Thanks for advice~recommendations.   James July 27, 2024    #virtualbackground  #nogreenscreen  

I am DEAF and NEED captions. Zoom blantantly discriminates against the Deaf. I have spent hours trying to get captions working. I cannot get Zoom tech support to help without paying for it. This is BS, I refuse to pay Zoom for tech support to turn on captions when they obviously discriminate against the Deaf.

I just got a new Chromebook. I don't see an option to "touch up my appearance" on Zoom. Where do I find this option using a Chromebook?

Hi all, I am using Fedora 40 Workstation. I can give access to the mouse to Windows users, but when a Windows user tries to give access to the mouse, the remote control function is not shown to me. In the zoom settings on the site, both have remote control enabled. I have zoom rpm installed. I use Wayland session, before that I used opensuse tumbleweed Gnome with X11 session, same problem with zoom, I can give access to the mouse, but I can not give access to the Windows user. In opensuse there was a flypack version of zoom and opi zoom. I haven't tried the flypack version of zoom in fedora, but I think if the native zoom package has the same problem, it's not the zoom versionMy laptop: Acer Aspire 5 A515-52G-581S. I use zoom almost daily and EVERY time for the last few weeks other participants see me frozen (I can still hear them but they can't hear me) and I get kicked out of the meeting.  Within seconds I am automatically brought back into the meeting.  This is VERY bad as I lose Host status and am brought back into the meeting as a participant, even though it's MY meeting.  I cannot gain host status back myself, I lose ability to control the meeting and the recording is saved on the computer of whomever was randomly given Host status.  This is EXTREMELY bad. I need to know what is going on but zoom has referred me to the community for answers.  I use zoom through Obvio which I pay a lot for and have the upgraded zoom version with it.  I have spoken to Obvio and this is a zoom problem.  Can anyone help? But I am facing an Issue of Echoing sound during meetings and I hear my own voice after speaking. I have Zoom linked to my booking system (Wix) and when I try to open my meeting, I keep getting this message:  You cannot start the meeting because it is hosted by another userI have logged out/in again - tried looking at the booking system and linked the accounts. Nothing seems to work and my meeting attendees are also getting the message: Meeting invalid.  Does anyone know what I can do? Thank you!!!
