Hi all,I have made a recording which is saved to the local recordings. I now need to download this and can't seem to do that. It downloads in .zoom extension which I can't convert into anything and therefore can't view the audio-video recoding back. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

I just spent hours recording multiple recordings in Zoom under 1 meeting. I can't find any of them. I checked my zoom folder on my computer, and recordings folder on my zoom account. Only 1 recording is coming up, when there should be 4 of them. Where did they go? PLEASE HELP! I worked so hard on this project.

Updated to newest version as prompted on 07-21.  Everything was fine until first person joined: my picture went out of focus.  Background was OK.  Logged out and back in: myself was now in focus, but my background did not show to me even though the others could see it.  Proceeded with meeting for about an hour and I locked up solidly and had to use the power button to shut down.  Logged back in and everything seemed fine, but I moved my hand in front of the camera and I went blurry to myself and everyone else. Linux Ubuntu 24.04, Logitech HD camera, Ryzen 9 7900, 32 gig RAM, RTX 3080. I never ever had a problem with Zoom in way over a year.  There must be a problem with the new update?  Please help.  No error codes appeared, but the is a dump file in the folder that I cannot view the contents of.

Does anyone know how to find the button to update to the latest version of Zoom.  I just installed Zoom and it downloaded version 6.1.5 but there is no option to update in the drop down menu.Thank you.Connie

I recently switched from a PC to a Mac. I downloaded zoom and logged in. Last Wednesday night my meeting was there but tonight it is gone. It's a reoccurring meeting but it's not there, not even under the previous tab. HELP! 

I recently recorded a meeting and one of the participants periodically appeared in the meeting despite my not seeing this while the meeting was taking place and being recorded.  I believe I pinned the screen that we wanted to record.  All participants were muted.  I did forget to end recording prior to ending the meeting, though I was able to retrieve the meeting from the cloud later, and I don't see how this  would relate to that problem.  I  just would like to know what I did wrong so that it doesn't happen again.  

Does anyone know how to disable the raining down birthday cakes that show up when you type "Happy Birthday" into the chat box? I need to stop them from happening! Thanks 

Hello, is there a way to rename participants based on a pre-defined spreadsheet?There is a group of helpers to ensure all participants rename themselves using a pattern appending their roles to the names.The desired flow could be:Read the name of the participantIf the naming convention is not followed, attempt find out the desired name from the spreadsheet.If the attempt above does not succeed, (i.e. some logs in with a name of "iphone" or "ipad"), prefixing with "000" because participants' names in the list are jumping up and down rapidly; helpers would need to manually fix the renamingWould there be any API (or Zoom Apps) to help implement these? Recently, I had to join a few important conferences, and found that people do not hear me.We see each other, I can hear them, but they do not hear me. It was not like this in the beginning of 2022.We moved to Meet, and everything worked. I tried Teams and Skype. Again, everything works.I tried listening to Mic input from the Windows Audio Mixer, and it worked smooth like always. Then I went to Zoom config, and found that the Mic level bar was waving for one second only, and went dead.I changed the Config page, and activated Audio config again - now clicking "test mic" as fast as possible. And I could record my voice for one second. Then it went off. Something is wrong in ZOOM for Windows. I have a HP Pavilion Air 13 laptop, based on AMD chipset, with preinstalled Windows 11, which is regularly updated.

When I add the Zoom meeting link to my Google Calendar, it shows the host as my boss's account. It should be mine. How do I fix that? I cannot find this information ANYWHERE online. I have my own "PRO" account under our company and in the profile settings on my boss's account, it shows that their Zoom account is only linked to their Google Calendar. But, it is also linked to mine!! This is so confusing and means I cannot host meetings. Please help! I am desperate!

The background of my video is burred even though "none" chosen.  I see posts related last year that indicate it may be on windows not in the zoom app.  Is there a fix for this?  I have uninstalled and reinstalled without a change.

Zoom video was working in our Microsoft Teams Rooms yesterday (01/23/23). After today's "update," the video in Microsoft Teams Rooms is not working. This occurred in all of our conference rooms. The camera works for Microsoft Teams meetings, and when we hook up our laptops to the conference room camera directly. The video only freezes and then goes black during Zoom meetings connecting through our Microsoft Teams Rooms systems. No amount of restarts and settings changes have fixed this. 

The "copy Invitation" tag which normally appears on the right side of a zoom invitation after it has been saved, is not appearing as usual. I have no way to copy the invitation so i can past it into an email.  This has been going on now for about 2 weeks. Anyone know what to do?

I've a zoom setup on my Mac Studio (2022) running macOS Monterey on Apple M1 Ultra chip. I've external camera (Logitech Brio Pro Ultra HD Webcam) and microphone (audio technica ATR2500x), both connected to my Mac Studio using USB-C connections.    During my zoom meetings, my audio & video suddenly drops and it comes back automatically after a few seconds. This is a serious issue and I've done everything that I can do to troubleshoot it but it continues to occur. My internet is a high speed (1GB) fixed line connected to my Mac Studio using an ethernet cable.     Has anyone experienced this and any advice on resolutions?

I have a Windows 10 computer. Galaxy Book Flex 2.  I do Zoom two times a week. All of a sudden I cannot test speakers on Zoom. No sound. Microphone works fine on Zoom even when testing. Speakers work great when not using Zoom app. I tried my husbands computer (Same computer) except he upgraded to Windows 11. I tried his Zoom. Speakers not working when testing on Zoom. His speakers work great otherwise as well as his microphone just like mine. Is this a Zoom problem due to Microsoft? This problem just started after the outage. I am at a loss right now. I am going to take my computer to a repair shop to find out what is causing this issue, Can I just purchase some speakers  as a work around and plug them into my computer for Zoom. Will that work if I am using my big screen TV that is plugged into my computer as well? I really need the TV screen. The Zoom speakers are the problem. Thank you for any answers you may have regarding this issue.

I recently updated a scheduled reoccurring meeting.  However, the meeting has now disappeared and does not appear to be searchable.  Any ideas how to search or find the reoccurring meeting? 

I have been using zoom for years and have a paid account with settings set up originally and I have confirmed they are still valid, that host and participants can share their screen during meetings.I have a reoccurring meeting that today when I joined it myself (host) and participants were not able to share their screen. This is not the first meeting in the series and settings are the same as they were previous weeks. There is no screen sharing icon available while in the meeting. I have confirmed my settings are set for all to be able to share. Anyone experiencing this issue? I need to get it corrected ASAP so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

I am not sure if someone can help with this: The sound during the meetings I attend is now very faint since I purchased a new laptop, despite the fact that on the bottom right hand corner the sound is set at 100%. I also went into my laptop's settings, system, sound, headphones, and this is also set at 100%. Only when using zoom is the sound impaired, i.e. faint, whereas when listening to YouTube directly from the internet with my headphones on, the sound is really good. When I take off the headphone, my laptop allows me as well to hear YouTube very well.I am not sure what to do any more and I wonder if someone kindly would know the answer.Thank youBland

I do no use Zoom calendar.  I have an ongoing meeting that is lingering on my calendar that someone else attached me to.  I have contacted the company and asked them to cancel that meeting and or remove me.  They have done that.  At the same time, while trying to get some support from Zoom, a new "Delete" button appeared next to this meeting.  When I click on it it warns me that it will be permanent.  I acknowledge and then get this error:  "Cannot delete this meeting. Error code: 200"I am baffled that I cannot "exit" a meeting and get it off my list of recurring meetings in Zoom.   Zoom told me I needed to contact the owner of the meeting and I have done that.  Yet it is still there.  Please help if you can. Device type: Windows AppZoom Version: 5.17.11 (34827)

Himy guests could not connect to my session. Their screen showed that I was connected to another meeting. What does it come from?Thank you for your help

I often set up Zoom meetings where I require participants to register. Many of these events have presenters who are outside my organization. Is it possible to send the presenter a meeting link without requiring them to register for the event? 

I recently changed my Zoom login email address. When people register for meetings, the registration notification is still being sent to my old email address. Where do I go to change which email address meeting registration notifications get sent to?

Hi. How can I allow everybody to join my new meetings without asking for my permission or a code?. I need them just to be able to join by default.

I need to create a transcript of a Zoom recording that timestamps when each speaker changes.  Currently, the timestamp attaches almost at every second, which renders the transcript unusable.  How do you set the timestamp to appear only when the speaker changes?
