I have two computers. I installed Zoom on one of them, and everything works fine. However, when I installed the software on the second computer, the camera image quality is poor, the software looks different, and the interface is a bit different with fewer functions. Virtual background support is available but it doesn't work well; only the head is visible.It's strange because both computers have the same version of Zoom, the same camera, and the same operating system, Windows. My zoom is integrated with my outlook. I use to get a red calendar icon when I had a meeting on my calendar (even meetings outside of Zoom example Teams).  My software was updated to Zoom Workplace and now I no longer see the 'activity'  icons updated to a red flag when in external meetings. Would anyone know how to fix this. Thanks!

When I click "Schedule" it brings up a window with a spinning icon and never gets past that. *see attached*I completely uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it. Same problem.  I tried logging in with 2 different accounts. Same problem.    I'm able to join meetings, but just not schedule them.  Any idea what's wrong??  

HI!  HELP!! Please!  Last week I was using the blurred background in my meetings and it worked fine. But Friday, I held up a book to show the cover and it was also blurred. Even though you could see my face to the back and side of the book and it was clear. So the background was blurred and the book in foreground was blurred. I was between them and I was clear!  What the heck!  Please help!  Thank you!!

One of my team members' recordings are not appearing in our shared cloud storage making his meetings opaque to the rest of the team. I have checked his user settings and am sure I have configured something incorrectly. The ideal outcome is that his, along with all of my team members, when they record customer meetings, those recordings flow into the "Recordings and Transcript Management" tab for transparent meeting sharing.  Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. 

Can we stop the annoying "Special Offers" pop up with our ZOOM Application?   See attached Screen.Is this a privacy setting ?Please advise.  

Hallo zusammen,mit der Zoom Workplace-App  komme ich nicht mehr in meine Meetings auf grund der Fehlermeldung: "Die Anmeldung über E-Mail ist deaktiviert". Eine Anmeldung ist aber nur über die Apple ID möglich mit der ich nicht bei Zoom registriert bin. Gibt es irgendwelche neue Konfigurationen, über die ich nicht informiert bin?Es hat bisher immer funktioniert :-(. Über einen Tipp wäre ich sehr dankbar.

With this new Zoom Workplace I cannot find recurring meetings. I have to access my recurring meeting theough a browser.  How do I start a recurring meeting?

I have used the same reoccurring link for a long time. I have not changed it. When guests click the link to join my meeting, it tells them "Host is in another meeting". I am not in another meeting. I am in the meeting they have the link to join. I don't understand why this is happening since the update. Can anyone help?

Virtual background and filters are disabled after updating ZoomVDI to 5.17.6 (24660). - Citrix on Azure VDI- Windows 10, 64bit- Virtual background and filters were available in version 5.17.5.

Hello - I need to cut 00:12:36-00:13:00 from a recording that is 01:36:57.  I cannot figure out how to do it.  I selected the scissor icon and when the blue bar appeared I selected these time codes thinking this portion would get trimmed.  Instead, the system saved on this portion.  I restored the original recording but I cannot figure this out.  Please advise.  TIA! 

I have the url and pass code but the same message comes up ' you cannot view this recording. No permission' . the host confirms all restrictions lifted. Five recipients have the same problem

Hi,I just recorded a live class (I'm a paying Zoom user) and the recording that was saved to the cloud is awful.  It's fuzzy and the audio/video is off.  First, why would this happen? (wifi is working and call went fine).  Second, is there any way to fix this so I can send it out in a viewable way to my clients?Thanks for any help.Nicki

Made no changes to my Mac or app.  Suddenly for no apparent reason, can no longer share computer audio in meetings.  I do this to share background music.     I've uninstalled, and reinstalled, and ensured that screen recording, and nothing.    Normal audio is fine.   In fact, If I play music and "share computer audio", the music stops.  If I "stop sharing" then my music can be heard again in my speakers only.         Very frustrating, and have yet to find a solution.  

I continue having a strange problem where zoom tells me the password is wrong when trying to join a meeting. The password is just 1 character long (not very secure, I know, but not my choice, and  it's a meeting open to the general public in my area anyways), so I'm not typing it in wrong. Additionally, if I open the meeting in the web browser (same computer, keyboard, etc) I can join, but only in the browswer, If I click to open the Zoom Client it doesn't work. Using the same account on my phone works too.Interestingly, in the meeting history drop down, the meeting will initially show up as usual (ie  with the name "Weekly Information Meeting"). Then after choosing it, inputting the correct password, and being told the password is wrong, the name changes on the history drop down to the generic "Zoom Meeting". I've tried the following:-Restarting computer-Logging out of zoom-Clearing the meeting history-Checking for upd

Ever since there was the forced new update late last week, there seems to be a few major issues with the new "Zoom Workplace" that's really causing delays and issues in collaboration. FIRST ISSUE - FREEZING EVERY CALL START For every call I now try to join in on - whether it's my call or someone elses - it now freezes when I try to join.It gives me a time/waiting icon.No buttons work.If I try to click anything, the whole screen goes white and locks up.If I click again, it gives me the failure drop screen where I click either "wait" or "close program".It usually takes 2 to 5 minutes for this to resolve, or I have to restart it all.I have to now plan extra time for all calls to make sure I can sit and struggle with this for a few minutes so I show up on time to the Zoom meeting. This is VERY INCONVENIENT. SECOND ISSUE - DEVICE DETECTION NOT WOR

Hi dear communityI run Zoom classes with multiple participants.In every class there is a part where I spotlight myself with another participant, so everybody can see only the two of us.Unfortunately, on the recordings it looks different: Instead of seeing the 2 spotlighted speakers, which is the desired outcome for me, we see only the active speaker at any given moment.Can this be configured?Thanks 

It does not let me use my hands free as stereo and activates the microphones of these even when in configuration is in stereo mode, also I have a professional microphone, and zoom when using both is continuously changing the input resulting in poor audio quality.

I scheduled an informational zoom meeting and found out that some people did not receive the passcode, they only received the link.  Is there a way to disable the passcode and let them in via the waiting room? 

When I move a Zoom meeting in the Outlook Desktop app It does not update on the Zoom website. Even though the dates are not the same is the meeting invite code the same? I'm not sure if I need to change the date on the Zoom website, download the iCalendar file and resend it and cancel the previous one?

Since I've done a Zoom update, the other participants can't hear me anymore when I don't use my headphones. I have checked that is is set on "Macbook Air microphones", did the audio test, which worked and I have checked in System Settings that Zoom is allowed in "Privacy and Security".

Can anyone help? I have my pronouns set to show at all times but when I record on Zoom the pronouns vanish.I can't find any information about this and would really appreciate any suggestions.
