Hi Can anyone help me, I recently cancelled two re-occurring client calls via outlook, which were successfully cancelled and removed from calendars within my organisation, however these two meetings are still showing in my clients calendar as being active and causing confusion. these were cancelled over a week ago so I have no way of even seeing them to cancel them again - The client has sent me the zoom links so I have them, but no way to cancel them. Can anyone advise if this is even possible or if I will just have to ask the client to delete the links directly within there own calendars.Thanks for any help or advise.

Guest’s mic works normally during phone calls but guest’s phone indicates microphone is not connected during Zoom call.  Why not?

During a live screen sharing session (recorded meeting) I noticed that participants' faces are shown in the little box at the upper right. As the goal of the meeting is to take screenshots of the software being demonstrated, I would very much like this box in the upper right corner to disappear. At the beginning of the meeting I dragged this box off to another screen but was dismayed to see that in the recording it is shown during the entirety of the screen sharing session.  Is there any way to switch off this box entirely, so that when a participant is sharing their screen, we don't see the box floating in the corner in the recording. Today's meeting will not take place and will be rescheduled at a later date. 

Hi, We have been having an issue for some time now where our scheduled meetings are being cancelled automatically shortly after the invite being sent and accepted. When the invite & link is re-sent it seems to be ok but this is confusing clients so is not ideal ! The meetings are mostly 1-1, single date meetings. We use Windows 10. Has anyone experienced anything similar ? and if so, were you able to find out what the issue was ? Many thanks 🙂

I can’t join a meeting or start one. When I press the button to join, the screen turns white for a few seconds, and I don’t get the option to enter the code. The same thing happens when I try to start my own meeting or open the settings. I have the latest version of the app, and my system is Windows 11. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and switched browsers, but it still doesn’t work.

Hi everyone,Please help to explain this. I'm working from home by accessing the Company's hosted desktop through the Citrix Workspace app (v 23.3.0.55). Yesterday I have upgraded the Zoom Citrix HDX Media Plugin on my PC to version 5.14.0.23370 and I am have Zoom Version: 15.14.0 (23370) VDI installed on the Company virtual desktop. Since the upgrade whenever somebody starts sharing their screen during a meeting my PC goes instant power off. It is like pulling out the power plug. I can initiate a screenshare without any issues, but if others do it, PC goes off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the above listed apps and plugins and upgraded the graphics card driver as well, but the issue still persists. Thanks for any insight upfront.

I have ALL settings properly toggled to allow guests to share their screen during a meeting and it still makes me manually toggle it on EVERY time. Something is wrong, and I can't connect with Zoom support. Can anyone help me? After a few months of this, I'm really starting to lose my mind!

Whenever I start a Zoom meeting, especially for extended classes, my laptop’s Wi-Fi connectivity becomes inconsistent. The connection goes up and down, which significantly affects the quality of the meetings. Hello,I have the problem in zoom meetings that some participants speak very quietly or that their microphone is too far away. When I make my speaker louder, the other participants are far too loud.Is there an audio function in zoom that compensates for the volume (adaptive audio)?Best regards,fuzzy1 

Does Zoom currently offer recording and/or transcription of parallel breakout room discussions? We will shortly be running a Zoom creative/ co-design event where smaller groups of ~4 people will be exploring 6 different social problems in 6 separate breakout rooms for an hour. What are the options, solutions, workarounds to record and/or transcribe all 6 conversations?The data is to be captured anonymously, so there is no need to record who said what.Any/all ideas welcome. 

Hi, I am currently using Zoom under a license from an organization. The problem is when anyone but myself tries to open/host the meeting, the person will need a 6 digit code that is sent to the administrator via email. If that administrator is not available, no access and no meeting. My question is, if I withdraw from the organization license and purchase an individual zoom account/license, will I be able to grant permission to a select few to open/host meetings if I am not able to open the meeting?  We are a small (less than 40 members) group and would like to enable a select few to open meetings. Cost of this? Is it necessary for anyone who opens a meeting to purchase a zoom license?

Someone sent me a link ID for a meeting. They have not set a passcode, but when I try to join, I'm asked for a passcode. I can't get pass this. I've tried this on both my Apple Ipad and Android phone. I have Zoom Workplace. What do I do?

For the second time, an invited guest accepting a Zoom meeting invitation has somehow resent the meeting invitation as the organizer with duplicate zoom information.  How is this possible?  Why is it happening? 

HiI have a wireless mouse and keyboard and everytime I now go in to zoom I am unable to type a word with out having to click on the text box 3 or 4 times.the keyboard and mouse work ok on everything else but zoom can someone please suggest a solution -- i have already tried a wired keyboard & mouse and that does the same?  

I held a zoom meeting today and made someone else host who then started the recording for the webinar. The co-host function was not working even though I enabled it in the settings. That's why I made her host instead of co-host.At the end of the zoom neither she or I can find the recording. It was supposed to save to the cloud. It's not in her cloud for zoom. It's not in my cloud for zoom. It's not under recordings in my account. It's not under recordings in her account. Where is it?I have the pro account I paid for last night. Meeting was today.

Hi, I apologise if this has been asked before (I have looked and couldn't find an answer).  When I am presenting using a screen share it is frustrating not to be able to see participants (unless their video thumbnails cover my presentation).  My work around for this has been to join another device as a participant, for the presentation part of the meeting, which isn't ideal.  I am wondering if I had a second screen if it would show me the side by side view like when I join another device as a participant, or would it be different?  For example on a second screen could I see a gallery view on this screen without seeing the presentation that I am sharing on my MacBook?  It is a shame that zoom don't offer a side by side view for the presenter like when attending a meeting.  I am working out if it is worth me getting a second monitor or whether to continue with adding an additional device like I have been doing, unless of course zoom finally add the side b

I had to enable sharing because my teaching platform limited file size to the point I couldn't upload them.  As a temporary solution until I change platforms, I somehow enabled sharing so people could view only. However, as the owner and admin, I'm  now not able to download them.  I taught a class today and wanted to download it to my computer so I can upload it to a new teaching platform, but there is no option to do so in recordings.  Help?

I am responsible to look after the PC at a hall where Zoom meetings are hosted. I have received reports from 2 host users for 2 problems. 1- A loud annoying "Pop" sound after someone has finished commenting.2- A sound when someone raises or lowers a hand. Is there any way to stop these sounds? Hello,  I teach Speech and Drama on Zoom and the students take their exams that way too. Most use free Zoom on their phones for this purpose. I find that the background sound suppression kicks in if the kids go into high pitched talking or shouting as part of their Acting pieces. Is there a means of still having the sound in the room enhanced and yet disabling this suppression. If we use `natural sound`  then we cannot hear what they are saying properly.  If the free version does not allow this, then what level of subscription would parents need to support this please?

Is it possible to manage participant right individually during zoom meeting? For example, if I turnoff the possibility to turn on video or unmute yourself options for all participants, could I give it back to few OR only I could either activate for all or deactivate for all

When I am on screen in a meeting, the name I have set up in my profile is not the same that I put in my profile.   In my profile I have clearly input my first and last name, with the first letter Capitalized.   In my screen when in a meeting, my name shows up only as my first name with the first letter lower case. How do I fix this?
