I want to use an ipad for a presenter to use on stage but want to view the participant list full screen not the little thumbnail to the right.  How can i accomplish this?  

Hi all,  I have been experiencing an issue with Zoom audio output - I cannot hear anything in Zoom meetings on my laptop, nor when I do an audio test on Zoom. My laptop's speakers/audio work fine for everything else; it is only on Zoom that I am experiencing this issue.  I have tried connecting other speakers and no such luck. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Since the last Zoom update I can't share the screen as I need. Let me explain, if I have two Chrome screens open (and I need to have them open) but I only want to share one, before the update I could select which one I specifically wanted to share, now the Chrome program shares and I don't know how to tell it to only share one of the screens, how can I select the specific screen of that application that I want to share so that both are not visible?I have zoom workplace pro.Thank you very much.  

I have a Dell XPS 13 9315 and I hear people speaking fine and they hear me fine however when they share their screen and the audio from that screen the audio is scratchy, it sounds distorted, and is not clear at all. The speakers are "intel Smart Sound technology for MIPI SoundWire" and the drivers are of the same name.  Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution? Does zoom even support these new intel drivers?  Thanks

Hi everyone ...   I am facing a very challenging problem. For the past few weeks, clients have received the message "the host in on another meeting", which is untrue. I cannot determine how  to solve this problem and have an account that does not provide phone consultation.    has anyone else faced this and resolved it?   Thank you.   Pat 

In our meetings we have non participants visible so that we see thumbnails with the name on. However the thumbnails of the non video participants do not show in the cloud recording which make it difficult to take notes from the meeting recording. Is there a setting I can change to make the non video participants name thumbnails visible in the recoding please? We use the desktop app on a Mac, and keep the app updated.

When schedule a new Zoom meeting the pop-up window does not show the "save" button and window can't be resized

There is some issue with zoom meeting reports.I did two meetings and there are no reports for any of that. I can't figure out whyPls help 

HelloAll scheduled meetings have been deleted while we still have the existing active link is valid. Is it possible to reinstall the meetings with the same link ? Thank you very much for your help 

Hello, I downloaded Zoom on my older PC (Windows 10 Pro 22H2, AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T, 16 GB DDR3 RAM), but zoom.exe does not start. I used all  possible tricks I found on internet (allowing desktop app for camera,mic, reinstallation,. cache cleaning...),but no way.  Other videocommunication programs are working well on this computer. Please help. 

I set everything up correctly to stream into a facebook group - Stream Key - Server URL/RTMP - Page link - but still get an error when trying to actually stream. It says: Error: Failed to connect to Zoom servicesPlease refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. If the error persists, contact Zoom support. I've cleared the channel and re-entered the info several times - all w/the same result. Anyone know what else I can try?On an IMac

Hi everyone,I have followed the great video instructions of how to connect Zoom to Facebook since the change in April . I have also changed in Advanced Meeting Settings the custom streaming button to be locked. Even with doing these things I keep getting a red Error message pop up in zoom when I'm in my personal meeting room trying to go live in Facebook saying: Error Failed To Connect TO Zoom Services, basically meaning I can't stream into my groups. Does anyone have any further solutions or work arounds I can try?  Many thanks,Anna 

I'm using Zoom 6.0.11 on my Macbook Air with an M2 chip. The OS is Sonoma 14.4.1. Also, I use a  Behringer UM1820 digital interface for sound. When using the microphone through the digital interface during a meeting the  others can hear me. However when I plug in a musical intrument, it can't be heard. How can the musical intrument as well as my voice when using the digital interface?

I recently hosted a meeting in my personal meeting room. The meeting wasn't being recorded. I was wondering if there is a way to access the chat history for that meeting even though it has been ended? Is it possible to still access and save the transcript from that meeting or is it lost forever?

I have an Accessibility question -- is there a setting that would keep all participant boxes in a static location on screen, rather than having the participant move to the upper left each time a hand is raised, in Gallery view?  For some people with visual processing issues, it's extremely difficult and jarring when everything shifts on screen, every time a person raises their hand.   Of course, it's not only a single box moving to upper left, but every other person shifting location as well.   In a smaller group, say 10 on screen, it's especially jarring and breaks the flow of a small group conversation.  And at the same time, it isn't really needed - we can still easily see the person speaking. From what I understand, even people without visual processing issues might prefer to keep everyone in one spot in smaller meetings. We do want to keep Gallery view, as it helps to maintain a sens

Hello, We are looking for a solution to an uninvited user constantly coming in and doxing our members in the chat.  This person is relentless and no matter how many times we close the chat, they return.  It is affecting our meeting as a whole and the safety of our members.  We can remove/report however this person uses a VPN and different devices.I can't give specifics as to devices as several people that run this meeting use all different kinds of devices.  I have tried using the "Chat Policy" to stop this user from posting the same thing over and over, however it only blocks the keywords for MY account and not the other members in MY meeting.  I have contacted Zoom with a ticket and they don't seem to have any answer for this.

Hi, using a monitor with 1920x1200 resolution, the gallery view takes up over 1/4 of the vertical space of the screen and there is no way to shrink it. I think it would be great if the gallery view could be resized so that it takes up less screen space? edit 25/8/24 – more info. The reason I want to do this is because I want to share as much of a pdf file as possible  while still being able to see the other people. What do you think? OS: Windows 10. Thanks,  😃 Robert

I was in a meeting today and they can see my location as they told me. How do I disable it, as I don't want people seeing my location. 

Hello, I recently recorded a meeting on my MacBook Air and the recording didn't save.  I am running Zoom Workplace version 6.0.11. I've successfully recorded meetings in the past and am familiar with where they typically land at Documents/Zoom. The variables I can think of that may have affected this are:- I was not signed into my Zoom account- The host had to give permission to record- The recording ended when the host ended the meeting; I did not stop the recording first Despite the above, I still think that the meeting should have recorded and saved successfully. Does anyone have any ideas what may have happened and if there's any chance I can recover this recording?  I tremendously appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you so much!- C.

I think it is unbelievably lame that every time you want to share high quality music in stereo you have to pull down that almost invisible carat and switch from mono to stereo, even though all the settings on my client are preset to stereo and hifi.  Very hard to remember this additional step, and in my organization we have a lot of non technical people leading events with music who keep missing this step.  I'm a tech and I keep missing it myself! Come on, Zoom, what are you thinking?  Default should obviously be stereo if you've already set up client for stereo hifi!
