Echo during screenshare

Hey so I have been facing this issue for 2 days now. The problem is that when I am screensharing a video from my device, the audio of the video is getting echoed for the audience. I tried it with my mic turned off while screensharing but that was of no help. @ZoomZoom . I've looked up on google also regarding this issue but no one else had the same issue.
