Is there a way to TURN OFF the Raise Hand Feature all together? I already removed the reactions button on settings, but now a lone Raise hand feature remains. I would like to remove this because we have some questions with selected people ready to answer and if the atendees raise their hand, the selected people will move out of the "host order" and place the people who raise their hand at the beginning on "gallery view". Thank you!

We as Hosts experienced that when we clicked Start Schedule Zoom, and clicked Join Audio,a message appeared in the Join Audio box with country/region, meeting ID, participant ID and Password,so we couldn't continue using the Zoom application, usually it immediately opened,set up and tested on Miq and Speaker are correct, can anyone help?Thank You.

I could not find my Simultaneous Interpreter recording audio file on cloud even though I enabled this.Can anyone help with this?

I have a paid Pro account with one additional license, meaning I pay around $32 a month. Yet I am not entitled to actual support except from a useless bot.

Our advanced security settings for our pro account are set up to allow a user to be signed in on two computers at once—a significant convenience. However, twice recently a second computer signed in during a meeting and caused issues, either ending the meeting completely OR one computer "booted" the other (contrary to this setting) and disrupted the meeting. Can someone help? This has not been an issue previously. Do we need to open a ticket? (Not sure how to do that!) Thanks.

Having trouble with "sound activation"? I can't hear a participant until after they've said a few words or when they project their voice. There are some participants who speak softly that I can never hear at all. I've tried changing Zoom's background noise suppression level but there is no option to save changes and when I go back to check, it is back to auto/default. I facilitate a weekly support group and it's really awkward when I can't hear someone. I've tried using cc but that is delayed. I've updated the audio drives on my computer but that hasn't helped. Zoom technical support is not available with the level of service I have. 

I have a strange occurrence, When I use by Bose NC700 Bluetooth headphones while on a call on my laptop, my bandwidth will get really low and in many cases drop the call. Is this common for Bluetooth headphone users? Currently using the latest version of zoom out there.  Could this be hardware related?

For the last few years I have scheduled a weekly meeting. It has now dissapeard from my list of upcoming meetings so I am unable to see how many meetings are scheduled. I would like to keep programming the same meeting with the same ID and the same password. The meeting has been taking place but I know that sooner rather than later I will run out of "scheduled meetings".  Please help me.

I am trying to watch a recorded lecture from my instructors, but when I view the video on my laptop, the screen is flashing green and the audio is fine. If I view the video on my phone, it works just fine, however, I prefer to watch the video on my computer. Is there a way to fix this from my end rather than having to go to IT? I should note that I can't watch the videos on the web app, it comes to me as a link that I can only view from the browser.

Hello, im trying to record an interview on Zoom, but it keeps recording side-by-side. Im trying to record the speaker/ interviewee only. Please let me know what the best solution is. Im on a basic plan right now. Another issue is that the dimension of the record keeps changing to 360px360p. The interviewee's video is not HD, it's blurry on the recording.

If I now change from a free account to a paid account can I now access the PRIOR 12 months of usage reports? Or just access usage reports from the date I transferred to a paid account.  

If i leave the computer audio while recording a meeting in the cloud, it would affect the audio on the meeting? i can´t find this information anywhere.

I logged in to copy a continuous reoccurring meeting that is weekly. I cannot find the meeting any longer to copy the link to give to a new participant. Super frustrating. 

Just checking: If I leave audio while a Zoom meeting is recording on my PC, does the recording contain audio or not?

I am currently having this issue: I need to open breakout rooms for my participants while hosting a meeting using my phone. Is it possible to open breakout rooms from our phone? Because I don't see the Breakout room option when I host the meeting from my phone or tablet.Is there anyone having the same issue? Please share your tips! Thanks a bunch!

I have my Zoom account integrated with my High Level account so that when someone books an appointment with me on High Level, a unique Zoom meeting and link are automatically created. The problem I'm running into is, when the appointment gets confirmed through High Level, specifically through the workflows, Zoom is deleting the meeting and link, rendering the meeting link invalid and removing the link from the appointment reminder emails that get sent out after the appointment has been confirmed. Has anyone else dealt with this? Why is Zoom deleting the meeting and link after High Level updates the status of the meeting to confirmed? What's the best solution to this?

Hey all, I've scheduled a meeting as the account owner and host where registration is required. The meeting is 2 weeks out and I want to be able to email the registrants a special email each week leading up to the meeting. I am unable to 'manage registrants' in the registration tab. The only thing I can do is view the list of registrants.  Is there an issue? or is there no way for me to export emails of registrants from an upcoming meeting. Thanks for any help or insights

Hello, I've been wrestling with this weird problem for over 8 hours now. I have a live session with nearly 20 people tomorrow and can't seem to figure out how to resolve this.The problem is basically this, when I share my screen and audio of Ableton Live so that participants can see and hear what I'm doing, Zoom seems to glitch/suppress the audio when it plays quietly. It's inconsistent when this is happening but in general, it seems to happen when there are less sounds playing at a time or the sounds are quieter. It seems like it would be the noise suppression that's trying to remove the sound coming from Ableton when it drops below a certain loudness threshhold? Sometimes when I stop sharing the screen this glitch still happens for a while.I'm using original audio for musicians' settings, tried any combination of audio settings I can think of, I've tried routing the audio through Windows 11 drivers and my Focusrite audio interface, also tried VB Cable and V

I am a Zen meditation teacher who uses Zoom to reach my group. On Sundays during services, we do meditation for two 30-minute periods. It is during that time that traditionally, the teacher meets with students for one-on-one interviews in private. Breakout sessions seem like a good way to do this, but as I understand it, even if you have a session with only one person, it needs to be set up in advance. It would mean having all students at least assigned to breakouts, one-on-one with me. But, I don't understand how to 1) start as session during the silent meditation period without disturbing attendees, 2) signal to the next student that it is his or her turn to join me in the breakout session, and finally 3) given that my teacher may want to also occasionally offer such meetings, how to set him up as the host of those sessions that he would take part in, one-on-one. 

After updating to "workplace," Zoom is unusable. When I join or start a meeting, the Zoom window disappears. This means I can hear the meeting, but I cannot see it/unmute myself/turn on my camera/see shared screens/leave the meeting. When I right click the zoom icon in my taskbar, it says there are no available windows. This is not a problem of having too many windows open and losing sight of it, the window disappears entirely. Has anyone encountered (perhaps fixed) this problem? I have updated the app multiple times after the original update to workplace, and the problem persists. I have also deleted and re-downloaded the Zoom app, and this did not fix it.

I have been unable to share a recording of a meeting with the external attendees of the meeting.  Although I have checked the box to allow everyone with a link to the recording to view it, they are getting an error that says:"Due to organizational policies, you cannot access this resource from this network location."   Does this error mean that it is MY organization's policies or their own policies that prevent them from accessing the recording?
