Hello, We have everyone go to waiting room prior to admission. Currently we place a "contact form" link in the main room chat for the attendees to fill out and receive a list of all attendees connection info. The issue: as people arrive in the mail room after the chat link is provided to "everyone" they do not see that chat. I have to re-enter the chat as people arrive in the main room. Suggestion: It would be great if we could place a text message with a live link in the waiting room for all to see while waiting. This would save a lot of our meeting time!  Question: Is it currently possible to place a live hyperlink in the waiting room to direct attendees to fill out the form? Thank you! 

We have a simple Logitech C170 Webcam that is able to change perspective by zooming in and out etc. It should be used to transfer a session from a conference room. Since only some people in the room were shown in the video, we put the camera further away to cover all participants. However zoom ignored this and instead zoomed the camera in to show only a small section of the room.I tried the Microsoft Webcam Settings Tool, but it can't run concurrently with zoom. Does any of you know eitherhow to change zoom factor for my logitech camera during a meeting ora cheap camera that does the trick? We use the conference room once a month and don't want to waste money on expensive equipment.

Since buying a MacBook I keep having audio issues. My audio tests fine before a meeting but when someone enters the meeting they can't hear me and I can't hear them (the video is fine). I tested it with my daughter a few times (via mobile and her Mac) and every time it was fine so I thought it was the person specific (their error). However, this has happened three times now. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

HELP!! How do I set up for my recordings to always record with the following happening throughout the recording: SHARE SCREEN WHEN I WANT TO SHARE SCREENRECORD IN GALLERY VIEW WHEN I HAVE US ALL TOGETHERRECORD IN SPOTLIGHTED SCREEN WHEN I SPOTLIGHT I have tried so many different settings and it never offers BOTH/ALL to occur interchangeably.Please help! Mirror video works as I see it on my side, but the other participants don't see my video mirrored. Also, the recorded video does not show my video mirrored. Please, advise. Thanks.

I am trying to use an external microphone in a classroom setting on an iPad. The microphone enabled those on ZOOM to better hear the classroom discussion, but those on ZOOM were not able to join in the classroom discussion. Is there a way both to boost the voices in the classroom and for those on line, on ZOOM to participate? The microphone is plugged into the earphone jack.

Some people have told me how they can mute their audio on their cell phone when they connect to a meeting. They say that when they lower the volume they can't turn it down to 100% so it sounds soft and they want to turn it off completely. How can you turn the volume off completely on a cell phone? Thanks

Hello! Hope someone can helpt me! I make my Education lessions with ATEM Mini Pro und Zoom als Client Software. After the Update, I have some troubles: 1.) I need a high video quality, fast internet is availible.Before the Update, I used the document camera for the highest qualityAfter update, the Share-Button with Dokument Camera hast gone.  2.) I have 3 monitor.  1. Teleprompter   2. Main screen with working tools   3. Presentation Screen, which will be streamed.Now i musst choose one of the the 3 screens.   I only want to share the Out-Signal from my Video Switcher ATEM Mini Pro.  How can I bring it to work like before this awful Update.     I don t need this nick-nack, zoom offers now.My main wish is a high quality resolution 

Hi Everyone!My zoom meetings have started to freeze, throw me out of the meeting and then re-process and having me rejoin and other party as well.  I'm setting up the meetings myself using my account.I've tried conducing zoom meetings in several locations using different internet providers and it is still occurring.Does anyone have any advice?TIA

I am looking at the meeting usage report and only one meeting is showing with 22 participants, all others with only one, even though that most meetings had between 20 and 100 participants. What is going wrong here?

Each month I need to set up a Zoom link and passcode for next month's meetings. Our group meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The times for the Tuesday meetings stay the same for the month. The times for the Thursday meetings stay the same for the entire month, but are not the same as for the other days. Finally, the times for the Wednesday meetings stay the same for the month, but differ from the other times. I think that the way to set this up has changed once or twice over the past year and it is confusing and not apparent. Can someone give me a step-by-step guide to accomplish this task using the current Zoom interface? It will be much appreciated.Thanks!

I think the transcription program has gone off its rocker.This is the Zoom AI overview of the last part of a Rotary meeting. I can assure you that this has nothing to do with the meeting, and no one said the F-word. 'Whisky Awards, 'Are You' Awards en het 'Fking It'-concept.The speaker discussed various topics, including whisky awards, the "Are You" awards, and the concept of "fking it." They also mentioned the "Are You" awards in Baltimore and the "Are You" awards in parallel. The speaker touched on the idea of a "f**king issue" and the concept of...' It goes on and on. The text transcription includes all sorts of F-bombs and other strange things, none of which corresponds to the audio I hear. Has anyone else run into this issue before?

Hi, I am running a weekly series of sessions which involves screen sharing a video. The second session last night had issues where some participants had shadow blocks on their screens, and were also aware if my mouse pointer moved. This did not happen the first week. I tried ticking and unticking the Optimise for video check box which did not seem to help. Any ideas?     

I have a Pro account.  I have set the recording settings to record both gallery and speaker views separately, so that I can share only speaker view (for privacy).  But the recording today was only gallery, which is useless.  I can't see any reason why the speaker view wasn't recorded, especially as this has worked in the past.

Hello all, I had a recording and for some reason it is only showing speaker view (probably by design). Is there any way to get both individual video streams?  KJ

My Chat Window now appears in the middle of my meeting screen as opposed to the right sidebar

My subscription has ended, hence I do not find option to download the cloud recording. Is there anyway I can download my cloud recording now also.  

I need to record a Zoom meeting for an educational video, and I'm required to use an external mic for a better quality of sound. I have a fine and working USB microphone, which Zoom does seem to recognize as a speaking option.However, whenever I try to choose this option, an audio test prompt jumps up, I test both audio and the microphone, all seems to be working fine, but then Zoom asks me again which option I want to use, I choose the USB mic again and am again directed to the test box, ad infinitum. Am I doing something wrong?

So I was just sitting on my phone with my computer screen idle. I was surprised when my screen suddenly changed with the Zoom app opening and starting a meeting. I was the only person in the meeting, but I didn't have anything planned, and my app has never done this before.  I noticed that an update was available. Could this have triggered the opening of a meeting? This is weird.  Anyone know what's going on or experienced this? 

How do I hide the speaker's thumbnail image from those attending the meeting, while sharing a image or video etc?  This is especially needed when using the share screen alongside the speaker two images side by side) or when the speaker is superimposed onto the shared image. In these share modes there is still a floating thumbnail of the speaker on a mobile device or they appear at the top of the screen along with other participants. It looks silly having two views of the same speaker.How do I hide the thumbnail view, when the other screen share views of the speakers are being used? 1

Im attempting to export all my upcoming schedules meetings to a csv. Information I'd like to have includes Meeting name, date/time, meeting link, password, and host. Doing it through Reports > User Reports >Upcoming Events only provides half of this information.Thank you
