i do not have a button to save a meeting as a template.  any suggestions? 

I am the meeting organizer but cannot attend, can I delegate so another attendee can open the meeting? Thank you

I would like to know if it is possible to have a single link for multiple meetings that take place on different dates and different days of the week.A client has asked me to organize this.I would like to know if this is possible and, if so, how do I set this up.

I am owner of my account. There is no admin listed. I should be the admin.  The use is basically for family. and a few small business meetings.  PROBLEM: I cannot remove the need for a meeting passcode. It says admni locked.Really?Last year I cancelled my nearly decade old account bc i could not change or remove admins and users could not enter meeting. I am on a monthly account now bc I wanted to see if the back office had improved before I commit to annual.  If this is not resolved, I'm out again. There are other choices to meet our video conferencing needs. I will be sure to broadcast this issue, though, if not resolved.

How do I save a meeting as a MP3? It used to do that but for some reason is not offering that anymore. Any ideas?

I need to invest in a newer model laptop to optimize my Zoom Workplace for online tutoring. I looked in the article to see the system requirements to run virtual backgrounds without a green screen but I'm still confused. It says I need it have a intel processor i5-3000 or higher. I think that means 3rd generation, but none of the laptops I see in the store have any with that number. I see one that says it's 12th generation core i5 but the model number says 1235 which seems less than 3000, but the generation is higher. Will the  12th generation work or not?

My system speakers and/or microphone works fine on all other apps, except on zoom (I cant hear anything either through wired microphone or through laptop speakers). And I have given access to Zoom windows app to teh camera and microphone, though camera works well. It was working fine till last week. Laptop - Microsoft Surface ProZoom version 6.1.11 (45504)

Hello all, I have the 6.1.11 version, my laptop system definitely meets the requirements, and I still don't see the avatar option. I have checked the web portals setting and do not see any avatar option, however, I see video filter option which is on.  I go into a meeting and there is still no avatar option. I have gotten rid of the application and redownloaded it multiple times and nothing. Why is it not populating at all?

Hi... I'm a therapist and at the end of my sessions I've been having an alarm bell chime to signal the end of our session but none of my clients can hear it. Is there a setting I can adjust that will allow them to hear the alarm bell that sits right next to my laptop on my desk? Thank you in advance!

We are using Large Meeting and trying to have 3 separate  zoom sessions at the same time using the same account, once the 3rd meeting starts people starting getting kicked out of the meeting.  We are using the 1000 person account and there are not 1000 people in all three meetings combined.

Hello! I work in IT, and we're a Microsoft shop. Many users rarely open Zoom, so Zoom doesn’t update unless users launch it for external Zoom meetings or training once in awhile and are stuck in an older version with vulnerabilities. Currently, we don’t manage Zoom installations; users have installed it themselves. I just saw that Zoom 6.1.0's changelog says it can now update even when the app isn’t running -- for the .exe package. If we deploy Zoom 6.1.0 and above using the MSI package, will it still handle auto-updates even when the app isn’t open? Is there a way to enable realtime transcripts of meetings such that only those who opt-in see the transcript? I don't want everyone to see it (as that would be annoying to most people), but a colleague is hearing-impaired, and has asked if there's a way that he (and only he) could read what people are saying. I was on a call the other day and my ipad just stopped sharing for no reason, now zoom wont recognise my ipad at all, updated computer, ipad, zoom, changed cables... nothing. its a critical part of my business and I cant get it to work, REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE 

While using Zoom meeting through the Mac app, I get a notification of an unstable connection, and during the meeting, the video and audio freeze temporarily. I have my internet with Starlink and connect to it via WiFi. Very annoying during client meetings. 

Tried to test camera before the meeting but it is gray. I don't know how to fix it . Kindly help.

This comment isn't really social, I'm just hoping someone can suggest where to send it that might actually be noticed. Haven't been able to find a suitable bugs/enhancements forum. The zoom linux installation documentation is seriously out-of-date. We're not talking about a couple of years, try a decade or so.. . This won't matter to those generally familiar with linux; it will matter a lot to new users. Probably need fixing. I'm most familiar with Redhat-based distros. The documentation refers to yum. On Fedora, it was superseded a decade ago, more recently on other distros, but I don't think anything current uses yum. Likewise, it refers to CentOS, which is now unsupported, but not to any of the successor distros. I have a recording of a Zoom webinar - the real time duration is about 4 hours, but the converted mp4 is only 30 minutes long. At 11 mins 50 seconds into the recording the audio becomes scrambled, as if it's playing in extreme fast forward.The zoom meeting was recorded onto computerThe '.zoom' file is 327 MB, the converted mp4 is 55 MB. The separate m4a audio file has the same error.I've tried reconverting the .zoom file multiple times but with the same results. During conversion an 'xcode_error' log is generated with [C1797], [C1536] and [S503] entries Can this file be recovered? Is there a 3rd party app that can read (and repair) .zoom files Any ideas on why the .zoom file became corrupt in the first place? (One theory is that attendees using OtterAI might have scrambled the recording?) Thanks for your help! 

I’ve updated Zoom, have the latest hardware, tried several locations, always auto update my computer & STILL have freezing, delayed & garbled speech.  Any suggestions?

I want my participant email address to match my login email address. Otherwise, I need to duplicate my database of email addresses. It's very easy to change my login email address, but that won't help me.  Many thanks,PatriciaPLB78

Hi.  I am setting up my first meeting.   I sent contact invitations to 28 Cloud Contacts.  8 accepted, but 20 have been pending for days.  What must I do to invite the 20 pending people to the meeting?  How will their experience differ from that of those who registered by accepting?   

I am more often than not serving as a host and rarely just a participant, so am wondering about something. I understand what happens when I spotlight an individual (or two). But, from the participant side, do they have the option to change the view back to gallery and/or speaker?  Or are they stuck on the spotlight until the host removes it? 

I have created a personal zoom link that people can use to login to our meetings. For some reason when people are scheduling a zoom with me through Calendly, zoom creates a new link for these meetings each time so my clients are getting confused about which link to join. How do I stop zoom from creating a new link each time and just use my personal link for the meeting?
