Ogni volta che voglio avviare una riunione mi compare un messaggio che dice che devo aggiornare Zoom alla versione più recente e per farlo devo contattare il mio IT support team. Per questo motivo non riesco mai ad organizzare io stesso una riunione ma solo ad entrare in quelle degli altri. Non trovo da nessuna parte le istruzioni su come posso aggiornare tutto alla versione più recente per avere le tutte funzionalità di Zoom base.In più ho provato a fare il download di Zoom sul mio computer e quando vado per installarlo ogni volta mi dice che la mia password o email è errata, allora l'ho cambiata al momento seguendo le istruzioni indicate (e scrivendomi la password nuova e corretta) e una volta tornato alla schermata di accesso con email e password mi continua a dire che è errata; appunto per questo sono mesi che mi tocca partecipare a Zoom dal web e non  dall'app sul computer, non c'è nemmeno un servizio di assistenza con cui posso parlare con un operatore. se qualcuno

Recently (over the past week), when I click on the "Meetings" tab from the sidebar, it takes me to the screen but doesn't display anything. It sometimes comes back after I click around for awhile but today I couldn't find the meetings. Please help.  

Just finding out how appalling Zoom support is!I was trying to locate my previous meetings, and they are not all there. Tried to get help and got the complete runaround.Can anyone help me?

Hello seeking advice! New user of Zoom here (Google Meet prior). Each week we have a recurring All Hands meeting with all company.  The usual format is: I am the owner of the recurring meeting in Google MeetEach week someone different from the team hosts the all hands and shares the all hands google slidesThe host adds multiple presenters as "co presenters" which give them control of the slides and or they can share a tab if they do a demo How do we recreate this in Zoom? Is it using co hosts and can ppl share simultaneously and or can multiple people control the slides if shared by someone else?  I also wonder what happens if im away once week - If I transfer the meeting in google calander will I need to assign co host prior to the meeting. Can you do this without having zoom events license?  Thank you in advance for your help! 

Hi Team,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue where Zoom on my tablet is not routing audio to my Bluetooth speaker, even though all other apps and system sounds are working perfectly through the Bluetooth speaker. I’ve checked and confirmed that Zoom’s audio output settings are set to the Bluetooth speaker, but it still plays through the tablet’s internal speaker.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Checked Zoom audio settings to ensure the Bluetooth speaker is selected.Wiped the Zoom app, including data and cache, and reinstalled it.Verified Bluetooth speaker works fine with other apps and system sounds.Despite these steps, the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for this issue? I just had a meeting where people had to register to be a part of it. Several times it said that I was in the meeting room waiting ot be let in. I thought this was weird since I was already in the room. It turned out that every time it was a participant that wrongly had my name. This meant that only 2 people came to the meeting. What happened and how can I change those in the future so people have their own names when signing into the meeting?

Does anyone have experiences or thoughts about the roll of Zoom for "mixed" (=live + Zoom) high school reunions. I would add the fact this would be for a 60th high school reunion.

I have black boxes showing up during my screen sharing in zoom. I read the article shared previously, but I am still not sure what to do about this.

Under the Meetings Tab, I used to get a couple of buttons, one of which was "Start Meeting." Now it just shows that there's nothing on the calendar. I cannot find a way to start my personal meeting room anywhere!

The invitation is copied and sent out on Monday for a Tuesday meeting.  When I double-checked the meeting links, The meeting link in Zoom is different from the meeting link in my email.  Will the host button still take me to where my group will be?  Or should I use the same link in the email invite?   Also, Support asks for a profile number. I went into "Profile" but could not find one.     Thank you.

After a recent update (currently 6.2.0 on MacOS), I am no longer able to change my "Window size when screen sharing" to "Maximize window".  I have worked with our IT team to enable in their admin dashboard but there does not seem to be an option for them to control this. Defaulting to and forcing "Fullscreen mode" is very disruptive as I need to scramble to un-fullscreen so I can CMD-Tab between Zoom and other windows.

Help!  My recurring meeting used to have a quick start/connect button. I also use that meeting room at other times as well. I can't find the quick start button. In addition, I don't see it in my schedule and can't see a way to add additional hosts. Many thanks! 

I have a paid account and I'm wondering if the 30 hours is always a hard limit?  A few of us use zoom to share our screen and what we are working on with each other and sometimes leave zoom up and going into the night because someone works late and needs to see the other screen.If I forget to log out and back in, then the next day we get booted early afternoon for the 30 hour limit, despite actively using it.  Any way to avoid this?Thanks

Hi, We are trying to achieve HD (720p or 1080p) webcam video resolution for meetings and webinars. I have enabled the option for users, for groups, and also in the admin's account as we have a Business license. After completing all the settings, we still do not receive an HD feed. I am attaching a screenshot of my settings. Any help would be much appreciated.  

I am trying to do Shamanic journeys and meditations with my drum on Zoom meetings for my clients but i am struggling. Either Zoom completely cuts out the sound of my drum or it sounds terrible. ive recently purchased a Blue Yeti Nano MIcrophone hoping that this would help, but to no avail,  im obviously doing something wrong. If anyone can help, very much appreciated

My company conducts a daily huddle meeting and during these meetings, each team member presents an update on what they worked on the previous day. After a speaker finishes, they choose the next person to present.As our company has grown, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of who has already spoken and who is left to present, especially since the participants vary from day to day. We need a way to visually show who has spoken during the meeting, so the current speaker can easily select someone who hasn’t presented yet.Could you suggest any existing Zoom apps or features that can help with this? Alternatively, would it be possible to develop a feature that tracks who has spoken in real time, showing both the speakers and those who are still waiting to present? Best regards,Alex

I used my mobile phone to use Zoom Meeting. I have a video record and save recording at local recording. During Zoom Meeting video quality is clear but in recording is very blur. Usually i place my mobile phone vertically. Can I know what is the problem?

Since I installed the most recent update, the two or three recurring meetings that were scheduled, don't seem to appear anywhere.  They still 'work' but are not accessible from the zoom Home or Meetings links.     I use Zoom regularly but am far from proficient at it.  Can someone tell me where my 'old' recurring meetings live' now?  I'm very frustrated and get NO help from Zoom's Bot

I am having trouble discerning between a remote presentation link and a panelist link. How do you send a remote presentation link?

I have been screen sharing my iPad in Zoom meetings hosted on my Windows PC laptop for years. With my ipad and laptop on the same home wifi, I use "share screen"->"iphone/ipad", and then use screen mirroring on the ipad as instructed. This method no longer works. The ipad seems to mirror successfully on my laptop screen, but the green box that shows what I am sharing is black. Other participants see only a black screen. If I record the meeting and view the recording, I see only a black screen from the shared content. I have been in contact with Zoom support, but they have not been helpful. (Giving me pointers to options for Mac computers despite telling them I have a windows pc, walking me through every permission that has nothing to do with screen sharing, etc.) Clearly something in a recent update broke this feature, but I don't know what. Hi GuysShort to the point. I was signed up Zoom under my last company, which charges monthly from my personal credit card. Right now I can't access this Zoom account or my ex-company email. How should I do to take out my credit card from ex-company account. 

Good morning, Is it possible to stop users joining too early if a host is not activated?  Is it also possible to automatically end the meeting so it doesn't prevent the next meeting starting if users haven't logged out properly?  Many thanks Charlotte Bowen
