Connecting with Zoom Saudi Datacenters

Hi,

Can anyone help how can I connect with following zoom servers/datacenters for zoom meetings while sitting in KSA:

jed.zoom.us

hof.zoom.us

Reason is to reduce the latency and improve the quality of meetings.
