Hi ...  Is there a possibility to have a registration form attached to a zoom meeting? Or is that only a function of the webinar? thanks

Hi!! So i send out my calendar link and try to join the meeting but i keep getting "waiting for the host to start the meeting" but I am the host. Why is this happening? How do I fix this?

Normally when I view my meetings I can see next to the recurring meetings that the next meeting is 4 of 20 (for example). This feature has now completely disappeared and I have no idea why or how to get it back. Can anyone help?  When I view my meetings now it is impossible to see if they are recurring or just one off meetings.

I am planning to integrate with a LMS provider for online classes. When I tried they want Zoom Email Id *Zoom App CredentialsApp Client Id *Zoom App Client Id (as specified in the Zoom Application)App Client Secret *Zoom App Client Secret (as specified in the Zoom Application) So where can I get these details? Kindly help me out guys!

Our Zoom account has a maximum number of 1000 users per meeting. Is the host or co-host of the meeting counted in the 1000 users? 

Almost all 300+ users are on version 6+.  All Remote.Seeing a high # of Warnings for Meetings.While we are trying to identify causes and remedy, are there any community gurus that have any tips?Computers are all decent specs (mix of Win/Mac, mostly w 16gb+ RAM, recent models).The stats on Warnings are about the same in the past as well... so not a new thing. 

#1: Stop with all the AI crap! #2: Stop with the UI garbage! I have recurring meetings and now they are 100% INACCESSIBLE unless I "Join" then manually or go through the web site????? Second, I have local recordings and first, they didn't show up!  Then, when they finally did, I CAN'T CONVERT THEM WITHOUT DOUBLE CLICKING A .ZOOM FILE?!?!  Seriously, WTH?  Did your design team just boot up with new firmware?  Who are you making this crap for? Yes, I'm pissed!  YOU'RE WASTING OUR TIME!!!  These stunts have increased my workload and time more the 3X!! Put back the list of meetings.  Period.Put back the list of recordings so we can "Convert".  Period.This is NOT brain surgery.

Many times, when someone is sharing their screen, I cannot see some details because it's too small. It would be great to have a feature that allows you to zoom in/out, like a magnifying glass.

I only have a Basic plan so that I can attend those that have Zoom meetings.  My system is telling me I need to update the app, but the instructions seem to only apply to those with Pro Plan or higher.  I need to update the app in order to attend Zoom meetings when asked.  I do not see a prompt for Check Updates in my profile as the instructions allude to.I do not want to purchase a plan when I only use Zoom when I am invited to meetings.

Hello,I have two meetings scheduled and the links are already sent out to participants. I realized only afterwards that I have to change some features in my settings. I want these setting changes to apply to these scheduled meetings. Is that possible without having to create a new meeting/link address? Thank you.

For quite some time I am experiencing problems with my Bose QC wireless headphones that they don’t pick up sound from my phone, when connected to both phone and MBP.  After some research I have found out that it’s caused by Zoom which - even after ending meeting - sometime keeps sending no sound/white noise to the audio and therefore the headphones think that MBP is playing sound and don’t switch to the phone. This happens even hours after last meeting has ended.When I exit Zoom the quiet noise noticeably disappears from the headphones and things start working normally. I asked my collegues and 3 of them are having the same problem, so it seems like a common thing. Is this a bug in Zoom? Could it be fixed? Or is there some setting to avoid this?

Hello,I can't figure out how to set the default language for audio transcriptions of my recordings. Every time I have a transcription, it's in English and then I have to change the transcription language to regenerate it. I schedule meetings for multiple people, but I am not in the meetings myself.  If I schedule two meetings at the same time for a different groups of people, one of the groups won't be able to get on because Zoom says the host, i.e., me, already has a meeting in progress.  What's the way around that?  I am not in any of the meetings; I just set them up for others.

Hello, having a problem with black output from camera Apple iMac 27" 2020 Bootcamp Windows 10.  Everything is up to date, tried x64 and x86 Zoom. Other programs get video from camera no problems. What to do?

Hello - First time poster and happy Zoom customer.  I ran a zoom meeting today for my client that presented to parties both live and via zoom.  I have been using Zoom and screen share for years without issue and fully tested all video content that was to be played during the meeting.  All was going smooth until we were about 1 hour into the meeting with and down to the last few slides when the remaining videos would not play and giving the message "Can not play media".  I tried using the player bar on the clip but received the same message.  I opted to not stop the share and reshare since we were so close to the end.  One of the four videos did end up playing but it glitched in and out with a green screen.   Any ideas as  to what may have caused this and how to avoid in the future?  Does Zoom place some type of bandwidth restriction when you go over the 1 hour mark in a meeting?  If have not had anything like this ha

Hello everyone. This thing began last Wednesday. Mid-meeting, I suddently stopped seeing and hearing other people - first in the breakout rooms and then in the main meeting too. I was using the desktop version. I tried reconnecting to another network but it didn't help. Rebooting the internet, the laptop (Lenovo 720) and Zoom didn't help either. As of this moment, I can use the desktop version only in the main room, and as soon as I send people to breakout rooms and enter them myself, I stop hearing/seeing them. They can hear and see each other all right, but they can't hear/see me too. The browser version seems to work. The desktop version I'm using at the moment is 6.2.0 (46690) - I've updated it today, but the problem persists. It was the same with the previous version I had, the number of which I don't remember. Could anyone please give advice what could be done about it? I use Zoom in meditation sessions. When we sing a mantra with a group the sound arrives distorted at the side of the receiving people. What can I do about that?

i'm attempting to record the screen and the audio during a meeting on a mobile device.  I'm using the virtual background effect with green screen to show my logo.  Then tried to start a meeting and record myself thru screen record .  As soon as I started the meeting the audio gets squashed.  I can still seen video and the background, but no audio gets recorded.  I used many other apps to see how the speakers and microphone work and no problem,  When I start the screen record before opening the zoom app, the audio is clear and normal, once the meeting starts no audio, once I end the meeting the audio returns and is recorded as normal.  I have a basic account??? 

Hello, I've been having a trouble when connecting to group calls from my laptop for almost a week. Whenever I create or connect to a group meeting, I can't hear or see other participants or the host. There are just black rectangles instead of the videos. Today it lasted for the whole session of 1,5 h. At some point the sound and the picture might come back, but after coming back from BORs it's all over again. Rejoining the session, reinstalling Zoom didn't help. hi,I already read your settings manual. It has to go to account management, then account settings. but I can't see that option under account management and I want to enable the group HD option. 

Please i need help! I have scheduled recurring meetings for the season for my yoga lessons and i made the mistake to make the recurrence more specific (ex. once a week 8pm-9pm)  to SOME meetings. Now i can see only the ones i made specific recurrence and not the ones i clicked "no fixed time" . I have given the link to all my students and now i attend my own meetings with the meeting link since i cannot have access to the whole list of my meetings.it is a big confusion to delete the meetings i cannot see.Any chance to be able to correct that? 

I run Zoom on Linux, both Ubuntu and Oracle Linux, using Gnome Desktop. I run multiple workspaces and I used to be able to click on Zoom's toolbar and select "Always on top" and "Always on Visible Workspace" - now there's no toolbars so its stuck to which ever workspace I'm currently on and it looks like a crappy Windows app, and crashes like it too.Please restore the functionality that will allow "Always on top" and "Always on Visible Workspace" And... at the very least... allow some choice of window decoration rather than forcing us to look at a horrible Windows10/11 style!thanksTim
