Hello, having a problem with black output from camera Apple iMac 27" 2020 Bootcamp Windows 10.  Everything is up to date, tried x64 and x86 Zoom. Other programs get video from camera no problems. What to do?

Hello - First time poster and happy Zoom customer.  I ran a zoom meeting today for my client that presented to parties both live and via zoom.  I have been using Zoom and screen share for years without issue and fully tested all video content that was to be played during the meeting.  All was going smooth until we were about 1 hour into the meeting with and down to the last few slides when the remaining videos would not play and giving the message "Can not play media".  I tried using the player bar on the clip but received the same message.  I opted to not stop the share and reshare since we were so close to the end.  One of the four videos did end up playing but it glitched in and out with a green screen.   Any ideas as  to what may have caused this and how to avoid in the future?  Does Zoom place some type of bandwidth restriction when you go over the 1 hour mark in a meeting?  If have not had anything like this ha

Hello everyone. This thing began last Wednesday. Mid-meeting, I suddently stopped seeing and hearing other people - first in the breakout rooms and then in the main meeting too. I was using the desktop version. I tried reconnecting to another network but it didn't help. Rebooting the internet, the laptop (Lenovo 720) and Zoom didn't help either. As of this moment, I can use the desktop version only in the main room, and as soon as I send people to breakout rooms and enter them myself, I stop hearing/seeing them. They can hear and see each other all right, but they can't hear/see me too. The browser version seems to work. The desktop version I'm using at the moment is 6.2.0 (46690) - I've updated it today, but the problem persists. It was the same with the previous version I had, the number of which I don't remember. Could anyone please give advice what could be done about it? I use Zoom in meditation sessions. When we sing a mantra with a group the sound arrives distorted at the side of the receiving people. What can I do about that?

i'm attempting to record the screen and the audio during a meeting on a mobile device.  I'm using the virtual background effect with green screen to show my logo.  Then tried to start a meeting and record myself thru screen record .  As soon as I started the meeting the audio gets squashed.  I can still seen video and the background, but no audio gets recorded.  I used many other apps to see how the speakers and microphone work and no problem,  When I start the screen record before opening the zoom app, the audio is clear and normal, once the meeting starts no audio, once I end the meeting the audio returns and is recorded as normal.  I have a basic account??? 

Hello, I've been having a trouble when connecting to group calls from my laptop for almost a week. Whenever I create or connect to a group meeting, I can't hear or see other participants or the host. There are just black rectangles instead of the videos. Today it lasted for the whole session of 1,5 h. At some point the sound and the picture might come back, but after coming back from BORs it's all over again. Rejoining the session, reinstalling Zoom didn't help. Please, assist me in this issue, I can't work this way. I have a paid Pro plan.   Best regards,  Anastasia

hi,I already read your settings manual. It has to go to account management, then account settings. but I can't see that option under account management and I want to enable the group HD option. 

Please i need help! I have scheduled recurring meetings for the season for my yoga lessons and i made the mistake to make the recurrence more specific (ex. once a week 8pm-9pm)  to SOME meetings. Now i can see only the ones i made specific recurrence and not the ones i clicked "no fixed time" . I have given the link to all my students and now i attend my own meetings with the meeting link since i cannot have access to the whole list of my meetings.it is a big confusion to delete the meetings i cannot see.Any chance to be able to correct that? 

I run Zoom on Linux, both Ubuntu and Oracle Linux, using Gnome Desktop. I run multiple workspaces and I used to be able to click on Zoom's toolbar and select "Always on top" and "Always on Visible Workspace" - now there's no toolbars so its stuck to which ever workspace I'm currently on and it looks like a crappy Windows app, and crashes like it too.Please restore the functionality that will allow "Always on top" and "Always on Visible Workspace" And... at the very least... allow some choice of window decoration rather than forcing us to look at a horrible Windows10/11 style!thanksTim 

What happens to the webinar meeting if the Zoom license expires? For example, I have a meeting set on the 30th, and the license expires at the 29th. What happens to the webinar meeting then? Will it still work?

As a host or co-host, the audible "sound" when someone raises their hand is particularly important when speaking or presenting. My users are having difficulty hearing the "Raised Hand" sound and are asking for customizations. It would be excellent to have a list of sounds we can choose from.

Can the Claim Host feature be used if the host is not present and the meeting is set up to have a Waiting Room? If so, how would a member enter the Host Key?

I pay for the Pro plan. My meetings keep getting cut off after 45 minutes. Can anyone help me figure out why? 

New to Zoom. Bought a Logitech Brio 500 webcam. Camera has a USB C cord but no C port on my computer. Instructions say to make sure USB Adapter will support video. Stopped at local Best Buy and they told me no C to A adapter supports video. Huh? Need a female C to male A adapter. Suggestions?

Windows 10でZOOMをするとき、カメラはミーティングオウルプロ(連結)、マイク、スピーカーはYAMAHA-yvc1000で丸いマイクとハンドマイク2本を使用してのハイブリット会議を録音せねがならなくZOOMの録画録音では録画のアナウンスが出て困るため、PCのボイスレコーダーに録音しました。こちら側のマイクの声は録音出来ましたが、参加者側ZOOMでの別会場の人の声が録音出来てませんでした。次回これを解決するには、サウンドの録音にステレオミキサーを有効にすればよいということでしましたが、これで大丈夫でしょうか？ハウリングやマイクも正常に使えるのか、又両方の声、ｐｐｔの音楽や声もきちんと録音できるのでしょうか？お伺いします。又、無料で使える録音のアプリなどあれば教えてください。有料アプリでもかまいません。宜しくお願いいたします。

Hi,After a recent system update on my computer, Zoom now indicates that my device no longer supports the virtual background feature, which was working fine just yesterday. I am using a Microsoft Surface with the following processor details: Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X1P64100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHz.According to the compatibility list provided, my device should support virtual backgrounds. Could you please help me identify what might have changed and how I can resolve this issue?Thank you for your assistance. 

I was on a zoom call over a three-day period. I was not the host. How do I see a log of the time I spent on these days of calls. Usage only seems to show time when I was host of meetings.

Hi, after an update here we go again. Zoom tried it last year and now they did it again: the meeting list is gone. Instead, there is a calendar. I work with a Mac computer, I don't want to use outlook or google. The meetings don't get syncronise with my Ical any more. And the List of the meetings is gone. I want the old features back, otherwise I am going to quit! Christina 

At our recent event, we had a great ASL interpreter which was visible throughout our webinar. However, when I downloaded the ASL recording it had only sound and a black picture and there was no ASL on the main downloaded video. What did we do wrong?

We recently hosted a Zoom meeting, regardless of the fact that there is no LIVE support what so ever even on the PAID plan, it didn't go as planned. 1. There was no way of separating Speakers from Attendees. Guys before you even built Zoom, this should have been a "common-sense" part of the plan. So HOW do we assign ROLES during the meetings?2. Where do we find the list of participants which were BLOCKED during the meeting?  Thank you

во время выбора динамиков, тестовый звук звучит приблизительно 1 секунду и обрывается. и в конференции я не слышу собеседника.ошибок никаких нет.ноутбук ASUS VivoBook S15версия ZOOM meeting 6.1.11(45504)проверили колонки, микрофон. физически все работает. проблемы именно в ZOOM meeting, в других программах работает и микрофон и динамики. проверили уровень громкости, чуствительность микрофона.
