Hi, I just found out that my ZOOM Pro subcription does not provide audio transcripts of recorded meetings.    I am writing my dissertation and I need those transcripts for academic ends. Should I upgrade to Businness? If so, will I lose my cloud recordings?   What should I do? Thanks, P   "Audio transcript setting not found" 

I open a calendar entry, the background is white, then I add Zoom Meeting, then the background turns black. How can I change this?

We have a pro account; we have been successfully recording meetings to the cloud. Our Annual meeting on Wednesday morning did not record properly although it said "recording". The recordings section has only 3 files with no content. We have not yet had this experience and the recorded meeting needs to be submitted to our board.  Our meeting summary has the note "A summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript". I see other meetings in the recent past have 2 or 3 entries in the list of recordings and transcripts, but not the one I need.  Is there any way you can help me recover the recording of this meeting?  

Hi there, we noticed in our monthly Zoom reporting that it has started included Zoom calls with only 1 participant. We've reached out to some of our users and have found majority are user errors where they've joined the call, no one else shows up and they forget to disconnect. We can't think of any other instance where a call with only one participant would be considered a meeting that went ahead.  We are considering excluding these calls from our tally of monthly completed calls.  Has anyone else encountered this or have any background info on why these have started to be included in the reports?  Thanks!

Had a horrible experience today with Zoom and I'm working to avoid repeating that experience.Seeking how to access registration report and resend and access confirmation emails.Using Zoom version 5.17.2 (both Chrome and Opera on Windows 11)As today's session was getting started, I received several emails asking me to allow registrants to enter. Inside the meeting itself, I could find no way to allow entry. Later, I discovered this is supposed to happen outside the meeting and prior to the start. (why not from within the meeting?)For tomorrow, I've uploaded a csv with all the names and email addresses. Uploading worked beautifully. Yet, when I attempt to generate a Registration Report, the system searches for the date and finds nothing. The meeting is listed in My Meetings, but the Report generation interface states 'no data' for the meeting ID or the date of tomorrow's meeting.I searched for how to resend and access confirmation emails. 

How can I fix this without having to restart the phone everytime I log out of zoom meeting, which is multiple times per day?New phone is a Galaxy S24. Didn't have same problem with previous phone. Galaxy s8.Thanks for any ideas. 

hello i have to attend 20 hours worth of classes over the weekend each class is 4 to 8 hours long. will the 40 minute limit kick me from the class?

I'm based in Russia. If this is the case. When I start a conference (usually with 1 guest) it works all right. But as soon as more than 1 guest wants to join, any video whatsoever stops for all of us. Presumably, only 2 guests can speak and the third is lost...video gets lost for all of us. Sound can remain sometimes, sometimes not. Very poor service.

Last night, I began a Zoom meeting from the app on my phone. A classmate who joined the Zoom was supposed to be recording it for us. I granted permission for the Zoom recording, the class went great, and now we are unable to find the recording. She says it is not on her computer or Zoom account, and I was using Zoom from my phone, and am unable to find it on my phone or Zoom account (which is a basic account)Please help! This was a big assignment that is Due tomorrow!

I'd like to add a user so I can set up "accountability pods" for my course members to hop into... that I won't be attending.  I understand I need to set up a user that's attached to a different email address. I did that, but it's not showing - it says I have to wait for that user to register. But it's ME. And I have not received instruction on how to register my other email address. HELP?

If a notable public figure attends a Zoom as a guest speaker to a larger corporate Zoom conference and has their own direct link to the meeting / are there any dangers to having their underlying contact info exposed to the 'civilian' attendees?  I presume the attendance functionality for owners/admins would be able to maybe capture that but ... for the general attendees, they're just seeing that Display Name in Zoom? No way to reverse engineer and 'discover' that person's email address?  (celebrity stalker prevention strategy)                  

I have a meeting that occurs every week at the same time for the last four years.  The meeting was all listed under the "Meetings" section under the "Upcoming Tab".  The meeting is no long listed, even though the currently scheduled meeting is set to expire at the end of Dec.  How do I get the listing back?

Hello, I am looking to teach Zoom by mirroring the Pro Create app on the iPad, which is linked to my MacBook Pro M1 through Zoom. Please advise me if this is possible with clear instructions.

Dear Team,I was in a breakout room, recording the meeting with different Zoom users (let's call them "guests"), which I let in the room two devices at a time. Once the meeting was over, I converted the video. When looking at the video all the other guests' videos look alright, except for one, that has a black blurred frame all around themselves (I'd attach a picture but I don't find the upload button??).Thing is: they looked alright DURING the meeting, no filters were on.  Has this ever happen to anyone else?Since during the recording I saw them fine, would it be possible to re-convert the file in a way for it to NOT have that blurred frame? Hope it makes sense, otherwise just let me explain again. Thank you for your help,EAS

I have just created a new meeting that requires registration. When I test the registration link, I find that it is autofilled with an alien name and email address I have never heard of. I deleted the meeting and created a new one. Same problem with same name/address. I forwarded the link to my partner and she found that it correctly autofilled with her data.  Can anyone explain what is going on and how I can fix this? Thanks, Neil

All of my recorded meetings are gone. I did not delete them. Also I signed into my acct via my phone and I cant open a recorded meeting from my phone bc its not the computer the video was recorded on; However this is my account. Why cant I access my recorded meetings/videos from my own phone when signing into my own account. In addition all of my videos from 2023 and 2024 are gone!Where is the option to select, record?I cant access my previous files

In our company, we bought Polycom Studio x50 for VC solutions. The main provider is Team, and they have a Team Meeting Room Pro license. also, the Zoom meeting invitation is accepted as a third-party meeting. according to the Microsoft article below command is ranSet-CalendarProcessing room email -ProcessExternalMeetingMessages $True -DeleteComments $False -DeleteSubject $Falsewhen the Zoom meeting is scheduled I can see it on the meeting menu and can join. after a few seconds, the room user is kicked out eventually. there is no error command. firmware is up to date

According to zoom bot, this should be a straight forward switch, but I'm not seeing the option convert to webinar. We have a zoom pro account and a webinar license. However the host of the meeting receives now the following fault message: Unable to Join the meetingThis meeting is not accessible from Germany at this time All the participants of the meeting are people in Holland. What can be the reason of this fault mesage? Thanks for your reaction in advance Kind regardsAndré Bubberman

Hello there. I am currently enrolled in an ASL class where there is no talking prohibited due to respect for our teacher. I have no issues with the app besides the video having roughly a 4 second delay on my end even though the audio is fine (when i've been able to talk with people). I've restarted and deleted the app multiple times but nothing seems to be changing the video lagging. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please help me.

Recently, I have encountered an issue where I am not given the option to start meetings that I have scheduled through my Zoom account. The meeting shows up in my Zoom workplace app, but even though I am the host and logged in as the host, no Start button appears next to the meeting. This appears to be an issue for meetings scheduled through Squarespace but it has also happened with meetings that I have scheduled directly through the Zoom workplace app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but that did not solve the problem. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

I have multiple google accounts, and I sometimes use another account for work I do with that team.  When I am in the Windows app, I click on the profile to the switch accounts and it automatically switches to one of my google accounts, but doesn't let me choose which one and it keeps choosing the wrong one. I searched the knowledgebase for this and it said it would open a browser to let me choose which google account, but that isn't happening.  How do I switch to a different google account?
