Hi, I am writing to let you know that I want to integrate zoom meeting with my website etna wellness its health related website. I record my lecture on daily basis related to health and fitness I want integrate zoom meeting link or clander at my website for all user by which user will be able to join meeting also will be able to see recording of video. Simply is can I integrate zoom video with my website?

i recently started facing this issue. also unsure why. i'm on mac os15 and updated zoom workplace 6.2.5tried testing with the network testing tool and realised that my service status has this error message. however, there's no resource online to share how to fix this issue. kindly help!

We are interested in a Zoom package for a single user that supports more than 200 participants. Is it possible for one user to utilize the Business package, or can we adjust a package to fit our requirements? 

One of our members is experiencing an issue where a meeting participant isn't popping up in the waiting room, even though they are on the same meeting link. There seems to be about a 5 minute delay where the participant is waiting, but our member (the host) is not notified that someone is waiting, and it doesn't show anyone in the waiting room. We have ensured that the member is using the most updated version of Zoom on the downloaded desktop app. This is happening for all of her participants. We have not seen this issue occur with any other members on our account. What can be done to resolve this issue?

When my meeting recording it transcribed, the transcription is extremely slow. A 45 minute meeting was transcribed to 3 hours. The meeting in question was recorded on September 24th this year. Have been using Zoom since 2019 and never had this problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,  I'm having a strange problem with an external microphone from Røde and Zoom (Meetings and Webinars).  My voice gets a somewhat robotic effect, it sounds a bit like i'm running it through a flange effect. This only happens when I use the Røde Mic, and it only happens on my M1 MacBook Pro. I've tried »everything«:- the microphone works well with other software, no distortion there- the microphone works well with other computer, even with an iPad- when i use the computer's built-in microphone, it sounds ok. - it only started this year; i've been using this microphone since 2022, and old recordings sound fine. - i've reset zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, tried different adapters (the microphone is USB-A, my computer has only USB-C)- i've played around with the audio settings in Zoom, eg. using original sound, turned off automatic volume, fiddled with echo cancellation, etc

 I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with Zoom. Due to some unresolved issues, I have lost $2,630, which has caused significant disruption to my online business. Unfortunately, this has left me with no choice but to discontinue using Zoom for my business operations. As a motivational speaker in Nepal, I had high expectations from your platform, but the lack of adequate support has almost collapsed my online presence. I believe Zoom must offer localized support to better cater to its users in Nepal. Going forward, I intend to work with government officials to raise awareness about the importance of ensuring that support agents are available within Nepal itself. In the meantime, I will be exploring other options such as Webex to meet my business needs. Thank you for the services provided thus far, but it is time for me to say goodbye to Zoom.

I have a problem with my mic and camera during Zoom meetings. the mic and video do not work. I can hear and listen to the other people in the meeting but they can't hear and see me.

Zoom cannot be installed on my Linux/ Ubuntu laptop.   Hi its been a terminal failure over months and hours trying to install Zoom on my Ubuntu laptop. Trying to install zoom using native ubuntu/ debian is a total fail downloads via the browser timeout about 10% into the download (6 attempts). Via ubuntu apps, thats a fail also. I tried to install via Wine (Windows for Ubuntu) that successfully installed, but then took an hour on top of the brand new download to try and other update. After that the software had made it impossible to Sign In, the blue button was greyed out. After some to-ing and fro-ing I eventually Signed In, but then the entire thing crashed! Please update all your Ubuntu install procedures and the windows ones also fail! Cannot successfully install via ubuntu, cannot login via windows version (Wine on Ubuntu)

I used to be able to start an ad hoc meeting immediately off this page. I see the Start Meeting button on the dashboard page and it allows me to use my ID, etc. but the button does nothing.There are other more cumbersome ways to start the meeting but I'd like to fix this one.  Zoom also logs me out between uses and I have to login manually each time. Maybe all of this is related somehow. Zoom does seem to be suffering from bloat.  Mac Sequoia, Zoom 6.2.5

Hi everyone,We are currently using LearnWorlds for our e-learning platform and upload our recorded sessions directly to the Zoom Cloud. Despite recording in 1080p, the video quality often appears blurry and pixelated across various devices.Here are the main issues we are facing:Blurry and pixelated replay sessions, even though they are recorded in 1080p.No option for learners to adjust video quality in the video player settings on LearnWorlds.Considering using a DSLR camera for recording sessions to improve clarity.Can anyone provide advice on how to enhance the video quality? Are there specific settings or best practices we should follow when recording and uploading videos to Zoom Cloud?Thank you for your help!Best regards,Désirée 

 I have several meetings that I want to record and share access to at points throughout the year, but once a meeting is recorded to the cloud, how long is this recording kept on the cloud before it is automatically deleted? I've searched and can find no details, Delete cloud recordings and transcripts after a specific number of days is not active in the settings, but there must be a 'max' amount of time they are kept?

I prefer the older version, the one without all the icons at the bottom of the screen which shift around and are hard to press if you have a screen protector on your iPad, but what is even more annoying is zoom keeps reverting back and forth from old to new. Maybe it depends on whose zoom I am in. Maybe it has something to do with the tides. Who knows? One time I ran a friend's zoom for him, typing in his host key,  and when I tried to start up my own zoom I had to get my own host key. Upon doing that, it switched to the old format, which was nice. What gives? Any way to have the old format all the time? Any way to stop the switching nonsense?

Hi, how can I improve I would like to upload zoom recordings to a youtube channel, but as we know the quality is reduced in zoom.  I only want to record myself.I have a paid version of zoom, I have selected HD, I use a logitec brio 4k, so how can I get 1080p? Someone mentioned I can email zoom and they can adjust something from their side?? Any help appreciated. What are the prerequisites for SSO configuration? I found information in the account section and it mentions I need a minimum of 10 host licenses. Is what I found accurate?  So all I would need is a business plan and only 10 hosts licenses? Would large meeting or webinars licenses differ?

Hi everyone,A client of mine would like to use the Closed Caption setting to save a copy of the meeting transcript. Due to the nature of their business, they will not be recording the meetings, they only want a transcript for reference.  We need to know if Zoom retains a copy of transcripts that were created using the closed captioning function when meetings were NOT recorded.  Does anyone know the answer to this??  Thanks in advance! 

On a regular basis the video pauses for a second or is delayed. I also get a message that my internet connection is "unstable". Any ideas? I've had Spectrum come out and they say the internet connection is ok. They even gave me a new modem.

Can the team please look at the log in page. Every time a user is typing their username, the cookies box pops up and interrupts the input. It is extremely frustrating.

Hi Team, I am looking for some support around an issue that I am facing -  recently I downloaded the latest version of zoom on my MAC laptop and from thereon I am seeing a strange behavior, let me explain the scenario step by step :-  Step 1 : I am in a group meeting and the zoom host put a spotlight on me. Step 2: The host then put a spotlight on one more person. Lets say Person 2. Step 3: Now I am in the speaker view on my zoom and I see myself and Person 2 in spotlight and it appears "vertical" in my laptop, I see myself at the top and Person 2 is at the bottom. Step 4 : However, previously under this same situation (as mentioned from Step 1-3), I was able to see myself and Person2 in a side by side view when spotlighted. I want the old view back where I can see myself and the Person2 in a side by side view. What is the setting I am missing? How can I go back to my old view since it's

Recent versions (currently running 6.1.1) of the Zoom application (both .deb and .rpm packages) took over window decorations. Specifically, they took over the window title bar and its pop-up menus. It is a problem with the main window, as without special shortcuts, one has no place to grab and move the window using a mouse or trackpad. It is a problem both in the main and meeting windows, as I no longer have access to the window manager's functions, like "Always on top," which are especially handy for the meeting windows. Interfering with standard environment features that users are accustomed to is not a winning strategy and is a questionable interface decision. May it be that I missed how to re-enable the old interface? Currently on Fedora 40, Wayland, Gnome 46.

Hi, I can use Zoom with two different email adresses. One is my private Zoom account (email1), the other is the account of an association (email2). The association's admin granted the roll member for me in the associations account. If I log in with email2, I can verfify by my email2 that I'm definitely in the correct account an not in my private one. Nonetheless I'm not able to see meetings the association's admin planned in the calender that is displayed for me then. Why is this and what can the admin or I do? regards, Andreas
