Hello, I teach fitness classes via Zoom, however I have been unsuccessful in sharing both my music through Spotify and using my AirPods as a microphone.  It seems Zoom can only recognize one or the other but not both.  Has anyone had any success with this or have a creative workaround ?   Thank you! 

I have paid PRO version.  On logging in, I am blocked by a message saying I need to upgrade to the latest version and I should refer to our 'IT team'. But like so many users there is no 'IT team'. All paths in self help lead to circular non-solutions and blocks. This should have a simple answer. I don't know of any other platform provider which blocks a free system upgrade.

Since upgrading to version 5.16.2.22807 the video option is greyed out although audio works fine. My video camera works in another app. I am always a client but I need to see and be seen. I am just about to uninstall Zoom and reinstall.  I have tried changing settings and rebooting my computer but this did not help.

Hello,I completed a zoom meeting where I interviewed someone for a school project. The interview had to be videoed. I recorded the meeting but when it saved to my computer, only audio is present on each of the saved files. Any advice? Is it possible to get the video or am I going to have to redo my assignment?

Someone sent me an invitation to have scheduling privileges for their account.  However, when I try to accept, it says: "No pending invitation, or you have already accepted it before."  But when I look in settings it says that I have scheduling privileges for no one.

Since reinstalling zoom now automatically connects with outlook to set up a zoom invitation and schedule it into the diary.  I can't seem to stop it doing this.  I have the box unticked in the general settings area which mentions integrating zoom and outlook but I can't see what else to change.  I realise there is probably quite a simple solution but if anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Hello Zoom Community - Before the update I could make the Zoom meeting smaller on my monitor, about 1/4 of the monitor.  In the smaller size I could expand the view of the meeting  in the smaller window I created so I could see what the room speaker was writing and his charts.  Now I cannot expand the interior of the view?  Does anyone know a fix for this?  I used to make it 100% or 50% now I have no option.  This is bad as now I cannot enjoy the meetings.  Does anyone know a fix to this problem?

zoom screen sharing has worked for me under Linux for some time, both under the native client and using the web browser.  I recently upgraded the native client, and screen share stopped working in the native client.  The button is present, but when I use it and designate an application or a screen, I get a black rectangle over the window or screen.  The black rectangle appears in the screenshare and also over the application or screen.  If i drag the application window, while I'm dragging it, I can see the contents and the black rectangle stays in the old location, but as soon as I release it, a black rectangle covers the window again. More detail: the version is zoom 6.2.3.  Note that this is the "zoomgov" release, latest zoomgov version as of this writing, amd64, for Ubuntu 18.04+.  This is under kubuntu Linux 22.04. edit: looks like this is a dupe of 

My organization set up a meeting and selected 'waiting room' under the Security option. Then our supervisor made an edit to the meeting and selected both "waiting room" and "passcode" entry methods. My questions:1) Does Zoom even work with both entry options enabled? 2) If I deselect "waiting room," keep "passcode" selected, and copy/paste the updated Zoom link (with passcode included) to wherever we include the Zoom link for people trying to access the meeting, will it cause any issues? The reason I ask: on a previous meeting where we had "passcode" selected and then changed the setting to "waiting room" only (and had the 'passcode' deselected), people who had the original Zoom link kept getting asked to put in the passcode (even though we had deselected it).I hope this makes sense, and thanks for any help you can provide! 

Since I updated Zoom from a much older version yesterday, my Zoom desktop app no longer displays upcoming events from my Google calendar. In fact, I only receive an "unable to load" message in the calendar tab. However, I still receive desktop notifications of upcoming meetings. I cleared my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled zoom, and reconnected the Google calendar -- to no avail. Does anyone have a clue what's going on and how to fix this?

Hello, I am a employee at Harvard, I can sign-in zoom website with my Harvard account. However, I can only set up a meeting with 40 min time limit. Shouldn't scheduling meetings without time limit be free for Harvard account? Best regards 

Am using the latest version of zoom as of this posting. During a conference  call with a few participants after about 30 minutes my entire PC locks up and I must reboot.This only happens on Zoom during meetings. My PC is new an Intel i9 13900H, Iris XE Graphics. Happened about 5 times now always on zoom not Skype or Teams. I've turned off acceleration etc cleaned zoom and reinstalled and to no avail. Fast internet about 50 mbs. I had a conference call on Teams last night which lasted almost 2 hours no crashes. I monitor my specs and hardly any GPU load or CPU load during the call. Have the latest drivers for gpu. At a loss here appreciate a fix.

Since the latest update (6.2.3 (2056)) on 2 October, I have been unable to start the Zoom desktop client (no screen that displays any error code; it just doesn't start); I am using the browser client in the meanwhile. I use Manjaro Linux (an Arch variant).

hey, I just scheduled my first zoom meeting for next week; and I have included all of my attendees. Now how do I send the actual invite? My only invite options are "start, edit, delete". I selected start, but no invite was sent to the attendees, all it did was start my meeting, but it is not scheduled now. Please help. thanks

Hello to you all.  A few days ago I installed the Zoom app (latest version) to try taking drum lessons. I have a Macbook late 2013, 2 sound cards. Xr18 by behringer (I have 11 microphones for my drums on it) And the Behringer mc204hd sound card. With both sound cards I face the same problem and now I believe that something is to blame from the application.  I can't understand is that when I talk to the microphones (11 microphones) the zoom app normally gets a signal. As soon as I tap with my finger, the microphone only signals on the first tap and then the app stops signaling. If I speak again to the microphones it signals again until the next hit with the finger I can't get a tip unfortunately. Unfortunately the sound of my drums does not pass to my teacher 😢

Hello,I am looking for an app/system to conduct a vote during a Zoom meeting. I will be presenting a certain number of designs during the meeting, and then I would like for attendees to be able to rank these designs in their preferred order. I would also like there to be some sort of points system, in order for the results to be calculated straight away and for the winning design to appear at the end of the vote. Is this at all possible?Thank you for the help!

Today I suddenly stopped hearing anyone on video conferences. I tried all the speakers that work, but all in vain. I can't hear the sound at all. It's not my laptop problem, because I can hear any other sites just fine, but not Zoom. I checked my speakers several times, but to no avail. My camera works, my microphones work (all), but I can't hear anything from Zoom. The version is the latest.Reinstalling didn't help. The only way to get Zoom to work today is to connect from my phone, which is not very convenient. How can I fix this, because I really need Zoom for my studies. I've never had this problem before, but today it just doesn't work at all.What to do and how to fix it?

When I send a meeting invite the email does not go thru. She does not receive the invite. I CAN send her a message from Gmail separate from Zoom so I know our emails work. ???

I updated Zoom on my personal laptop a month ago and lost the microphone capability, and the app. I now use a USB attached microphone for my Zoom calls, and have to open a downloaded Zoom folder when I want to use it.I updated Zoom a week ago, and when invited to a Zoom my camera was not working, in addition to having to use a USB microphone.How can I get my microphone and camera features back?Can I ever get the App back, so it's easily accessible?

Anyone encounter this issue with not able to enable the video function using my Macbook with Ventura version?  It show three selections  1) Facetime HD camera ( buildt in)2) X desk view camera3) X cameraBut when you select one, it remain disable it. I will need to enable the video for my work. Any solutions for this?
