Hello, I need a solution to make a one-shot webinar, with Replay-I do not know yet how many attendees I will get, because inscriptions are managed by a third-party. How do we add someone else's meeting to our zoom or bookmark them if they are reoccurring? I hate having to hunt down an email from weeks prior to click on their special button, which then opens a browser, then finally opens the app, just so I can attend. I want to open the app and go to a saved link or bookmarked meeting. I'd also be game to using a separate Zoom calendar that is not just giving Zoom access to my entire personal Google acct. I'd love some tips for ease of use and avoiding this run around. Thanks.

Is there a way to make registration OPTIONAL for meetings? I would like to offer participants the option of registering (as a sort of "RSVP" system), but still allow people to join last minute if they are so inclined. Is this possible?

With the November Update Zoom stated you could now access Meeting Summaries for an event in Salesforce, which was not possible in the past. I installed the Zoom for Lighting App and had a power user authorize their Zoom account from the Zoom Meetings User page. Once completed, we scheduled a meeting and used the "Make this a Zoom Meeting" checkbox. We hopped on a call using an external email contact, recorded it for about 5 minutes, and ended the call. After an hour, we checked the event page and looked at the Zoom Meeting Details panel, as the patch notes advised. Looking there, only the Meeting Details and Meeting Recordings were present—no Summary. We checked the user's Zoom account and they had transcripts for 3 other calls earlier that day, but not the one scheduled directly from Salesforce. We tried scheduling the meeting from Gmail, as we use Activity Capture to auto-sync events fro

I need to add a couple one off meetings in addition to a reoccurring meeting that is directly linked to a website that allows you to sign yourself up. I need the meeting ID to remain the same so it will cross over and be available as a choice on the website.  Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions to help? Thank you

Dear Zoom Support,I am currently using Zoom Version 6.2.11 on my Mac device and experiencing an issue where, after joining a meeting, everything works well until I mute myself. However, when I unmute, the connection becomes unstable and I lose connectivity.I have checked the network and tested on different networks, but the issue persists. Teams works fine with the same network.Is this a known issue, or could you assist me in resolving it?Thank you for your help.

I've been having an issue with my Zoom meetings ever since moving to a new laptop.When I am in a meeting and someone else is playing a video or audio clip via shared screen, I can only hear the faintest (and loudest) parts of the video.  For example, if it's a song clip, I can hear parts of the vocals fade in and out but none of the accompanying music.  Nobody else in the meeting seems to have this issue.I have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom program, and have tried fiddling with every single one of the sound issues, with no luck.  Has anyone encountered this?Thanks

Ever since updating to the new version of Zoom (Workplace), my audio volume is half as loud as before. My audio works fine in all my other apps and programs. This is the desktop version running in Windows 10. I have checked all the obvious things like drivers and Windows troubleshooting.

I purchased a Samsung smart monitor (M7).  The Samsung rep told me I could do Zoom meetings with the monitor and accessory camera by logging onto the internet function of the smart monitor.   (I have the chat conversation with the rep saved. )  I spent hours with Samsung tech support, it doesn't seem that I can access the camera in Zoom.  The camera only seems to work with Google Meet, so the camera is not broken.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Is Samsung blocking Zoom in favor of Google Meet?  On Zoom, I get an error that the camera is being used by another app.  I gave Samsung tech support remote access to my monitor, and they couldn't fix it.   I can't delete the Google Meet app as Samsung has blocked that action.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  Thanks!

I was recently prompted to update my Zoom version and now, on my desktop computer in my personal Pro account, I suddenly no longer have a blur option and my custom backgrounds have disappeared. Also, when I click my profile picture, no "settings" options is displayed and I have no way to access any background options. However, I still have those options with a separate business account, where I am not the admin. So the computer/processor is not the problem.  I think the system thinks I am not the admin even though it has me as the "owner." How do I get those options back?

Hello. Unfortunately I can't find the blur under virtual backgrounds. There is no soft focus/Blurring the Background to be found under Zoom Web either. I have Windows 10 and the camera is the Osbot Tiny 2k. I've already reinstalled the software, but it still doesn't work on any device. How do I get the blur background so that I can select it? I am in the process of a certification that requires moderators to review a recorded zoom session. As part of the moderation, they need to see both participants side by side throughout the entire conversation when recording. I did a bit of research to see what Zoom suggests, and found https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062314 which states that using multi-speaker view will show the speakers on the screen at all times. The recording however does not do this and it's still pinning on the speaker, making it very difficult for the moderators to evaluate things like facial expressions etc. Could anyone assist me with how to rectify this?

Hello! After the Zoom update it seems the interface has changed quite a bit and there are fewer available settings. For example, I cannot rotate my camera in 90 degree increments anymore, which used to be an option in video settings when hovering over the video preview. As a result, my document camera projects the image upside down and I no longer have a way to correct this in Zoom. I checked the article on Zoom's website already on Manually Rotating Camera which no longer applies because it was last updated in March 2022...but the updates happened after that. Any advice?

Please understand that I used a translator so the grammar may not be correct.We are currently using Cisco's SX20 equipment.I was instructed to purchase a CRC license to connect Cisco equipment and ZOOM, so I purchased the license.SX20 equipment was added under My Account -> Meeting Room Management -> H.323/SIP Meeting Room Connector -> Add H.323/SIP Device.After that, I don't know how to join the SX20 conference room via ZOOM.Please help.

When I am hosting a Zoom meeting and there are enough participants to span multiple screens, the person speaking is moved to the page I navigate to. I would like to stop that behavior. I want the participants windows to stay put no matter what screen I navigate to.

We have just recently noticed that Broadcast Messages which are sent to all Breakout Rooms are also being seen by people still in the main meeting area, which we didn't think was supposed to happen (and I'm sure it didn't some time ago). Please can you advise whether this is expected behaviour, and if there is a way to communicate with just all the breakout rooms without the other participants in the meeting seeing the message.We use the breakout rooms for individual interviews while retaining other candidates in the main meeting area. We use the broadcast messages to communicate with the interviewers between candidates so that they know what's coming next. There is no requirement for the candidates to see these messages, and essentially we would prefer that they don't see them (just in case there's any issues with a candidate).Equally, it doesn't help that the broadcast messages only stay on screen for a few seconds - are there any improvements planned to extend this

I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I used with previous version of Zoom meetings and on Windows 10 with no problems, but I have been having a hard time getting them to function as the speaker and microphone in Zoom. Pertinent System Information:Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 8OS: Windows 11 Home Edition 64-bitZoom meetings version: 5.9.1 (newest available)The headphones are recognized by Zoom meetings and are available in the drop-down menus in the Audio settings. I have also tried using the "Same as system" and "Bluetooth Headphones" options for both the speaker and microphone functions and have not been able to get them to operate correctly. The headphones do work fine with multiple other apps on my tablet, so  believe it is a Zoom meetings issue that is precluding my usage of the headphones. I have tried the following things so far to try to get these to work:Updated

Or create a meeting on behalf of another user, but be able to receive data about it, including a recording of the meeting?

I recorded a 30 minute Zoom meeting yesterday afternoon to the cloud. After the meeting concluded, I noticed a new Explorer window pop up (I have Windows 11 Pro). I assumed it was the transcript and recording but I didn't look at it but just left it. This morning, I accidentally closed that new Explorer window. I found my cloud recording in the Zoom web but I cannot find the written transcript. I checked the "Transcripts" tab but it is empty. When playing the recorded version, I see there is an icon at the bottom to the left of the Volume icon which looks like a half page document but it is greyed out. Does the written transcript still exist?

I have Zoom pro. I have "Meeting-HD Video Quality" enabled. When I record to the cloud, it records the gallery view in 720p and the speaker view in 360. How do I record both in 720p?

Looking for help understanding documentation on account consolidation.  we have acquired a new company and need to move their zoom account data from their old domain x account to their new account with us on domain y. Does this require the invite to organization and that part first? Really trying to move the data over in bulk from email 1 to email 2 even if those are 2 different email domains?Their staff have a lot of recurring meetings that we need to move to their new accounts.   Please help!  

Bonjour,Depuis la dernière refonte de l'interface, il m'est arrivé à 2 reprises l'erreur suivante.Je commence une réunion, je veux enregistrer et je clique sur l'icône "enregistrer"... sauf que rien ne s'est enregistrer car il faut aussi cliquer sur la pop-up "enregistrement dans le cloud".Ce n'est que la 2e fois que j'ai compris mon erreur et que celle-ci était dû à cette nouvelle interface.Avant, c'était beaucoup plus clair car il y avait un choix à faireEnregistrement sur l'ordinateurEnregistrement dans le cloudMaintenant, il n'y a ps de choix à faire et juste un pop-up qui indique "enregistrement dans le cloud"... sans indication qu'il faille cliquer sur la pop-up !!!!!Suis-je le seul à qui cela arrive ?  Je pense qu'il faudrait être beaucoup plus clair sur le fait qu'il faut cliquer une 2e fois.Merci pour vos réponsesRémi
