We have this class that requires the camera to be on. The host said that Zoom can track how long your camera is on. If I upload a short video of myself and use it as a background while pointing my camera at a white wall, so in this case other people will see my pre-recorded background with me in it. Will Zoom be able to track if my face is not actually showing in my camera, even though nobody is there and only my background is visible? Will the host have access to this info?

I am a host in zoom. I have not used it for a few months. When I try to open, it says : Your app version needs t be 5.3.0 or higher. I seem to have 5.0.1. I went to upload and it seems like it uploaded, but still it does not open. It only says the same again. I have zoom on my laptop. How can I get it to open (notice that my first language is not English so simple explantation is needed). 

Designing my first single-choice poll for a meeting I am to host.   Meeting will have at least two participants who will be phoning in.  What audio sequence will the phone-in participants hear when the poll is launched (I want to be able to brief them in advance)?

Hi All,I've recently received a zoom link from a potential client that sent through an enquiry form on my website. After several emails she sent through a zoom meeting link , when i click into the link it shows up the zoom page with launch meeting option. When i click that, all it does is to auto download a ZoomInstaller-x64.exe I traced the download link on Chrome and its from https://zoom.us5oweb.com/j/ZoomInstaller-x64.exeHere's the meeting link that now only redirects to zoom's homepage when i click onto it:  https://zoom.us5oweb.com/j/40213211626?pwd=XHekTa2Sb9FD0LHPn4yJJwvVrT3WPC.1The meeting did not happen due to me being too suss about the situation. The option to turn off my avatar has disappeared from my account. Previously, at the start of any meeting I had the option to click the up arrow next to Video and turn off the avatar. The option has disappeared. The instructions to "enable" (and hopefully disable) avatars under Settings/Meetings/InMeeting(Advanced) don't work because it is showing InMeeting(Basic) and there are no options. I just want to turn off the avatar. Right now, in all meetings, the avatar is permanently on when my video is on. How can I fix this?

I can't use my zoom app to join a meeting or just sign in to my account. It always says "unable to connect" error code: 5003. I can only use zoom via browser to either sign in or join a meeting. Please help me, i need to use zoom

As of today Zoom has decided to default to the Teams video which is useless to me. I have had a meeting today where I could see and hear the other person but they could only hear me.Please help! 

We have a Zoom business account. We have more than one meeting scheduled at the same time, and would like to be able to use Zoom Music during our meetings. Would having two concurrent meetings using the Zoom Music app be possible?

With recent Zoom upgrades my users are finding that the setting to share computer audio during a screen share is no longer saved as it used to be. I'm wondering if this is now the default that cannot be saved between meetings or if I'm missing the place to change things in settings. My users are on new M series Macs if that makes a difference.Zoom 6.2.x

Last year, my hearing loss support group met twice:  May and November, yet we paid for Zoom the entire year.I heard another group paying for Zoom meetings when they needed them.  I don't see Zoom offer this option with the billing.  Can we be billed for when we need it, such as two meetings a year?  I don't see anything in the billing options to do this.

Trying to live stream my zoom meeting to a FB group.I have entered the streaming key, the URL and the Live streaming page URL. Yet I am still having no luck.Anyone else tried to do this? Not sure what I am doing wrong!Thanks

I have a Zoom Workspace Pro and Zoom Webinars, but no access to them and no access to support. I cannot assigned the license to a user. It says I have exceeded the limit. I do not have access to Zoom chat or phone support because it indicates that I have the Basic.  What do I do?

Hello, We are based out of India and supporting our client based in USA. Client has provided us Zoom accounts but have not enabled India dial-in number (global dial in). They do not want the additional expense of the plan. Can we procure plans for our team in India from our organization where we get India dial in number and use that to dial into client meetings set up with their accounts? Connecting the meetings currently through VDI is throwing audio issues and we are not allowed to install zoom in our local systems.

Hi all!Steps to reproduce the issue:- Move second zoom window to another screen, put it into full screen mode.- Move also any other window (i. e. picture) to the other screen (on top of the second zoom window), put it into full screen mode, too.- Share the second screen, stop sharing and bring the second zoom window on the other screen to the top.> The second zoom window lost its full screen mode.How can I make the second zoom window keep its full screen mode, even after screen sharing?Kind regards,Gerald

I don't understand why it's so hard to get help on zoom. I was trying to log into a meeting that I signed up for, but no matter what I kept facing the issue that I was already logged in on another device when that wasn't the case. I cleared my cache on my phone and laptop browsers and shut them both off for 5 minutes. They both still didn't work and only showed something when the meeting was over.  What is wrong? I'm also facing trouble with getting help and reporting this problem.

HI,Just installed zoom on myu new mac pro m1.The camera zooms in and out and isnt' the wide same angle as on my previous computer. I teach yoga online and need a wide angle viewthanks 

In gallery mode when someone speaks it it outlined in green.  Sometimes we see pink or purple outlines, do you know what it means ? thank you

I'm trying to record course videos by myself while screen sharing a PPT. It doesn't allow me to record using the side by side feature (me on one side, my shared screen (PPT) on the other). I've tried all the options and still just end up with my video as speaker in the top right corner. 

For the past week, I can not enter meetings - and I don't get an error message.  I just end up in a loop where after I click the link (or even enter the ID number/password), I get to the launch page and nothing happens - except for the pop-up "open zoom meeting."  I click on that and I'm back on launch page. I know the links/ids are good because can join meetings on my phone, but not on my desktop.  I updated Zoom about a month ago, and no problems until a week ago.

Since upgrading to Windows 11 (regular end-user track--nothing Insider), I've found a Zoom session (using the Zoom client) often eventually produces a "Low system resources may affect your audio quality. Try closing some applications to improve performance" Windows "overlay" error warning/message (attached). I'm using a decently powerful PC (obviously powerful enough for MSFT to say it's fine for Win11), 32G RAM, TB4 to 5K monitor, gigabit internet, 100mbps wifi, so I don't really think there's anything about my system which should so easily be actually overstressed. If I ignore the warning, my audio will start to stutter. If I close an application, the problem's better for a few minutes, then returns. It only happens "well into" a Zoom (at least a half-hour in). The Zoom session need not be anything special; today's was only five participants. I can't (or don't know how to) know that it's actually Win11-related, or even that it's Zoom-related, but it started immediately after

The "Edit Next Session" is a useful feature. However, the problem is that it resets the breakout rooms settings instead of using the same settings already in use for current breakout rooms.The Options are reset for no reason - not even to my default options. E.g. the timer is reset to 60 seconds, even if my default is set to 10 seconds.This is confusing and unnecessary.  

How can we spotlight and/or pin presenters while being the person who is sharing the presentation.  

I recorded a meeting that I hosted (MacBook Air M2, 2023). All of us heard it say, "recording in progress" and "recording stopped." I ended the meeting and it started to convert. I touching NOTHING and walked away for a moment. When I came back, there is no recording anywhere to be found. Please help!
