Hi, My audio works fine with any App (like playing something on YouTube), but I cannot hear anything through Zoom. I have gone through all sorts of solutions posted online and none of them work. Can you please let me know what would be a fix ? I would be obliged if you could answer as soon as possible as I need zoom on a daily basis.

When I try to share audio during a meeting I get a notification that I need to download the "Zoom audio device". It then pops up and asks for my password to allow this. When I enter the password it says "invalid". It is the same password I logged in with so I'm at a loss as to why it doesn't work here. Also, I already updated zoom to the most recent version. It will show that I am sharing the video of the tab that has the audio but no audio plays.

I'm suddenly getting emails notifying me of lots of my recurring meetings being auto deleted.  I have to go in and recover them manually.  this has never happened before and I didn't do anything.  it's happening while I'm logged out of zoom.  I've changed my password in case it's being hacked but it's still happening.  Any ideas? TIA

I keep receiving emails daily for the last month (june) saying "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage", but that's not true, I have a basic account so that means I can't record in the cloud, I can only record and save locally.I did had a PRO account last month (may), but I stopped paying this month (june). I did use cloud recording, but when I stopped my membership, the emails notifying me that I have userd almost all of the available recording keep coming , DAILY!I hate it how do I make the emails stop??? Help.I can't go into cloud recordings to "delete" videos because I have a basic account, I can't see any recordings I only see this: https://i.imgur.com/oZmTCxb.pngI don't want to "block" the emails coming from zoom in gmail because I do want zoom notifications. I only want to stop being notified

We did configure the Zoom meetings. However, the sync does not happen irrespective of whether the invite's email address matches the user record in Salesforce.Thanks

When I view the Zoom meeting app in full screen, I can always see the Participants icon at the bottom of the screen. See the screenshot here, where I have circled in red, the Participants icon. https://imgur.com/a/z6SzvGr But when I click the Restore rectangles in the upper right corner, the Participants icon disappears. Hi all,I regullary take part to meetings opened by the same host/account, that set to ask the participants to give him the permission to activate their microphones.I always deny permission but one of last times I allowed it by mistake. Now all meetings consider that it is given, I am no more asked to choose yes or no.It already happened some years ago and then I found in my account a way to cancel the permission.Something must have changed meanwhile, since now I cannot find it any more.I hope that some of you can kindly help me.Thank you

Does anyone know how/where I can purchase a Zoom pro account and gift it to another person?

My background is constantly out of focus - even when I take it out of focus.  Sometimes I want the background to be sharp and visible when I'm creating flipcharts or don't need privacy. This is no longer possible, the background is always blurred. Thanks for help.

Greetings, I belong Darbar Academy,  an online school which teaches Indian Classical music using Zoom as a virtual classroom. Recently, fellow students have had difficulty turning on orginal sound for musicians when attending class via phone. This seems to be true for iPhones and androids. These students were previously able to turn on original sound easily from their phones. Please share any insights you may have regarding this problem. Thank You!

I purchased a new iPad (gen 10) and now my Zoom icons are along the side and top of the screen instead of down at the bottom. How do I move the icons back to the bottom of the screen?  Also, my RAISE HAND icon is now buried under the MORE (3 dots) and no longer easily accessed on the bottom of my screen. How do I bring my RAISE HAND feature back to the bottom of the screen as well?  Thank you

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. For big conferences, I am currently using the Caption API to display subtitles and would like each participant to be able to switch them to their preferred language. Because the Caption API has a “lang” parameter, I tried sending translated subtitles using different “lang” values. However, Zoom displays all of those subtitles for each language simultaneously. Is there any solution?

HelloI have been using Zoom successfully for the last 18 months at home.2 days ago I started having the problem where all other people are a black screen.  I can see myself but can't see others (when their video is turned on). This is the same problem across different devices (mac, android, PC)Same problem with different meetings in different parts of the countryThis is the same problem is wired or wireless.Same problem if I log in using different accounts. The statistics page shows severe packet loss on the Video -> Receive side (like 80% to 99%). I have created a group in Zoom to restrict AI Companion for Workplace to a specific group.  It doesn't look like I can do the same for Meetings.  It only seems I can enable or disabled AI Companion for Meetings for the whole organization.  Is that correct?  Does anyone know if that functionality is upcoming? Thanks in advance!

I just upgraded to Zoom Pro. I had a meeting this morning and I can't figure out how to get the transcript from it. I did everything that the support page instructed as far as checking all the right boxes under Account Settings. Can someone help?

Проблема вот в чем. При подключении к конференции изображение моих коллег начинает отставать. Изображение может на пару секунд перекрывать предыдущий кадр или как-то путается и тормозит. Для меня это очень важно, т.к. я общаюсь с глухими друзьями. Подскажите, как решить эту проблему?
