The Zoom Add-In for Outlook appears as an option to add Zoom meetings in Outlook 365 Calendar on the web, however, in Safari once you click to add a meeting, it asks to allow a new window for sign in. Once you enter your credentials it asks again to allow a new window and will ask for sign-in again. This is a continuous loop and will not allow you to ever actually add a meeting. The add-in functions properly in Google Chrome.MacOSX Ventura 13.2.1Safari 16.3

I can use Zoom desktop 6.3.x and Zoom extension with Chrome 131 on Win11 Pro 24H2.I'm in trouble that unable sound and microphone with desktop client, however via Zoom extension and Chrome is OK for any Zoom meetings. I tried Jameswalter's suggestion to divide this issue as follows link.The result is; sound and microphone test is OK before connect computer audio on Zoom test meeting site, but to be disabled them after connect audio.https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Why-no-sound-in-zoom/m-p/114037/highlight/true#M65612 I'm very appreciate if you have any suggestions for this issue. Best regard,

I need help solving a recurring issue of not being able to see a presenter's PPT when joining a Zoom meeting from the phone. If I join the meeting from my laptop I can see the slides just fine but when I join from my phone I can't see them anymore even if I change the view to gallery. The option to see the slides just isn't there. It seems to only happen in some meetings which leads me to believe the issue is in how the slides are being shared or in the settings of the Zoom account that is hosting the meeting.For example tonight I joined one meeting from my phone and there was no way to see the PPT. Then I joined another meeting and could see the PPT just fine. In both cases I could see the PPT on my laptop. In both cases the presenter was a "Co-host" and was spotlighted/pinned. When starting the camera its just a dark screen even though the laptop camera shows a turned on light. Camera is working in other apps but facing issue in zoom. Hi, Not sure if you can do this but we have a setting that keeps all participants in the waiting room until we start the meeting and then manually admit all in the waiting room to the meeting. My question is can you set the meeting to keep everybody in the waiting room until the meeting starts and we have allowed people to enter and subsequent people (Who are late) can auto enter the room as soon as they connect? Current procedure:Start MeetingAllow co host to enter and allow them to be cohostAt the advertised time allow those in the waiting room to enter.once the meeting is in progress manual allow late comers to leave the waiting room and enter. I want to change the last line to read once participants are allowed to enter (post the first manual authorisation) all late comers can just enter once they make an attempt to join. Thanks.

Hello!  I have the basic free version of Zoom. When I record on my PC, there is a voice that comes in saying, "trial". Why? (It hasn't happened on my Mac.) How do I remove it for my PC recordings? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I cannot open Zoom. I get an error message saying that an update is required.  But it won't let me update. It gives me error messages. When I tried to uninstall it, it would not allow telling me that I don't have admin rights (this is a personal PC).  I'm being held hostage by Zoom; I can't update it and I can't remove it. Help please.

I scheduled a meeting and set it to record in the cloud. I've received the recording of the meeting, but there doesn't appear to be a transcript of the audio. According to Zoom's info, the transcription is automatic if the meeting is recorded in the cloud. Where is it? How can I be sure I get a transcript of future meetings?

I am a college instructor and all of my courses are online. A typical lecture is 2.5 hours long. All lectures are via Zoom and my students join live. When the lecture is done and class is dismissed, it takes a considerable amount of time (30 minutes or more) before the Zoom recording is ready for viewing, which is OK. However, I want to be able to name the recording while the recording is still processing. At the moment, I have to go back at a later time when I get the chance, to rename the recording. I would like to name the recording as soon as I stop the Zoom recording and class is done.

Hi all, My desktop client (Win 11 machine) lost my personal contacts and the sync to gmail address book.I have re-created the contacts two days ago, they were visible in 'my contacts', but they have disappeared again.Any pointers as to what's needed in order to keep them in the app?

I belong to a group that has a recurring weekly meeting, of which I have been the moderator for about 3 months. I always start  Zoom, hit Switch Account and login with the Group's credentials. I always see a link  for a Personal Meeting  ( I believe this is associated with our group's first moderator,, along with our Group's recurring meeting link.This Saturday, when I logged in, our recurring meeting was missing. I was perplexed, staring at the screen, when suddenly that link appeared.My question is simply--how can this happen? Does it mean that someone who knows  the  Group's credentials was logged on before me, and when she logged off, that link appeared for me? Or am I just assuming someone else was in there? Hi everyone,I've got a question.I've got my main domain for g-suite. My brand name has changed so I've added an email alias and it's set as default in my gmail account. It works perfectly for sending emails. However when I send out an invite via zoom, it still shows my ''old'' domain. I've tried to change it in Zoom settings > Only show default email when sending email invites. So it still doesn't work.Maybe I need to change something with users? I don't know because with users it still shows my old email address. Thanks in advance! 

I am looking to see if I can download past meetings for quality assurance. Is this possible?

It would be nice if the settings page for video camera would allow the user to set the camera zoom-in/zoom-in setting. For example, I may want my camera to be zoomed in more. Also, although the video camera zoom is fine during setup with my green screen, it automatically changes during a meeting and zooms out to maximum width view. This shows background items beyond the left and right borders of my green screen. There appears to be no way to control it to make it zoom in.

We have a user reporting that when entering a meeting with another user via ipad ios Zoom client, when screensharing they are reporting they are not having access to the Annotate and request control button. To specify they see this issue when the person they are meeting with that is. They use a PC, HP specifically. We have a test meeting where they met w/ support to test this out and they provided screenshot of this function not working. Apparently it is by design that when an iPad is joining a Zoom meeting and does a screen share, the Annotation option is not there.  As of now we only have the following workaround for this: User can join via Mac client and then use the Advanced sharing option to share via Airplay —> iPad. This way the annotation option will appear.Users is not satisfied

I am a non licensed User in an account with a Pro license. The Account Owner has a Pro license and the Account Owner has 7 Users in the Account, all non licensed.  Three of these Users (including me) have the Account Owner Host key so that one of us can start our monthly Zoom meeting when the Account Owner can't attend. The account was set up in 2020 by myself. I set up a recurring, no-specific-time meeting which has been used since I set it up in 2020. I don't recall exactly when Zoom rolled out expanded chat options but at the time I set up this Meeting, I enabled the account setting which allowed the chat to be saved to the Host's local computer and the Host would email the chat out to our guild members.  Later, when other chat options rolled out, I enabled those advanced chat settings in the Account Owner Meetings tab and the Account Management Settings- Meeting Tab. All of a sudden nothing happens when I hit 'launch Zoom' button on my Lenovo tablet.  Have cleared cookies and restarted tablet and reinstalled zoom but no improvement.  Any ideas plz?

We have been trying to set up the customized channels for Zoom updates. We have created a few different channels and there is an option to set a channel to "No limitation" settings. What does that mean? We are assuming that it will keep our Zoom apps up to date without ever changing to any specific build but not sure. I haven't been able to find any documentation about it either. Does anyone know what that settings mean? Thank you!

Hi I am hoping you can help me with a problem that has just started. I am a long term zoom user and have not had problems with my camera during zoom meetings until about 3 days ago. Now I find that at varying times during zoom meetings my my zoom video suddenly stops. This is happening when I am not the host but streaming a meeting where someone else is the host. The times when this happen vary. When I try to go back into the camera I was using it isn't there. All that shows up is a virtual camera that refers to my smartphone as the camera. The sound isn't effected that come through a separate usb microphone. I am using a windows 11 HP 64 bite operating system 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100 3.30 GHz with 8 GB ram. I have tried two cameras a Razer kiyo and a logitech C270 but had similar problems with both webcams. I am able to go back into video using my smart phone as the camera. I have tried using the camera app when my camera is connected by usb on windows 11 to see if

Since last week, every time I enter in a meeting created by me or somebody else, I cannot listen to anybody, but they listen to me. The audio system is working perfectly and I can use Google Meet very well. It is just when I use Zoom meetings that I cannot listen to the sound.No errors codes.I use a desktop.The newest Zoom version. 

I recently bought a computer and my old computer (On a zoom meeting) would be able to pick up the sound of my guitar and a singing bowl.   The new computer does not.  I have gone into settingsand have chosen the option under audio profile and chosen original sound for musician and "X" high fidelity and I tried also  choosing Stereo audio.  I left echo cancelled unchecked.   Every time I test, I just get my voice and not the musical instrument or chime.   I have also left unchecked  automatically adjust volume.   Any suggestions
