When connect my Samsung S10e phone to my TV using a USB-C to HDMI cable, the sound normally comes thru the TV.  This works for apps like Disney+, YouTube, and any other app I've tried except for Zoom.     What do I need to do to make my Zoom audio work thru the TV using an HDMI connection? thanks,Tom 

Hi, my microphone volume is suddenly too low. I have a macbook pro. It's hard for all my client's to hear me. In audio settings the microphone volume is on max. However, when I test my microphone in audio settings my voice volume is much too faint.I tested the microphone on my computer itself, it is fine. I have done the most recent update.Please help! I have a problem with Zoom meetings desktop app.1)When I try to join a meeting, it loads, and a window appears asking if I want to connect the audio as always. Then I click connect using my computer audio. It just exits the whole thing by itself;2)When I open Zoom settings, there are menus, like Video, Audio, General Settings and so on. All the other menus work but when I click on audio, the settings closes automatically;3)I can join meetings through browser but it's uncomfortable;4)I have tried updating and uninstalling and reinstalling.

Cloud Recording is ON.Create Audio Transcript is CHECKED.I recorded a meeting to the cloud.The recording is in my list, but there is no transcript listed.

I can't install the latest linux client (5.16.6.382) on Ubuntu 23.04.  The install seems to work until ending with this error:   N: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/home/jima/ptmp/downloads/zoom_amd64.deb' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)    I tried installing using "sudo dpkg -i zoom_amd64.deb' and it seemed to succeed but the zoom client silently exits (with zero status) immediately without displaying anything.   Does anyone know what to do?     $ sudo apt install /home/jima/ptmp/downloads/zoom_amd64.deb Reading package lists... Is there a way to see all zoom attendees on a recording even if they have their camera's off?

Is anyone else seeing a 5026 error when adding or modifying a Zoom meeting in Outlook calendar?  Zoom is saying it's an iOS bug and that 100 requests per hour is what may be causing it.  Using the Zoom Outlook plugin to create a Zoom meeting, add recipient and hit send the error pops up befor it is able to send.  Doesn't go anywhere from that point.  Anyone else seeing this?  Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.Thank you To add:Outlook plugin 5.10.3iOS version for most is 6.2.11

Under Admin - Account Management - Account Settings - Meeting I only see an option to turn on "manual captions." How do I enable automatic captions for the tenant?

I had a Zoom piano recital for my students today which was the worst remote recital I have ever had; personally I'd like my money back for becoming a Zoom Pro member.  Even after guiding my students' parents to enable Original Sound, keyboards were not audible, some were sporadically audible and most had the worst sound possible.  Never again!   

We have some Administrative professionals that maintain email/calendars for various executives.  and in the last few weeks, they have been noticing odd outlook calendar issues with zoom meetings - If they cancel a zoom meeting from one of the executives calendar, the Admins outlook crashes, and when they reopen outlook , they get a message indicating that 'outlook has disabled the zoom plugin. - We've verified they are on the current zoom outlook plugin- So far this is happening to about 5 of our Admin. professionals.   any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi, In a meeting this morning I shared my screen as host and then assigned slide control to 3 co-hosts.  Later during the meeting we were joined by another co-host but I was not able to assign slide control to him.  His name did not even appear as an option.  Any tips on how to make this work or why it didn't work ?  Bit of a novice with this functionality :-).thanks

Habe erstmals Zoom benutzt und vor und nach dem Meeting lief eine bestimmte Meditationsmusik,danach habe ich am 10.02 nochmal ein Gespräch geführt im Zusammenhang mit diesem Meeting, wo auch diese Musik eingespielt wurde. Und seitdem fängt in gewisssen Abständen ständig wieder diese Musik in gewissen Abständen an.Hab schon alles mögliche probiert, Systemwiederherstellung, Deinstallieren von Zoom, vom Browser.Allemögliche Einstellungen in Zoom durchforstet und Systemsteuerung (Win 10).Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?Ein Fehler von mir kann gewesen sein Zoom einfach wie üblich oben rechts mit X im Browser zu schließen ohne abmelden.Inzwischen müsste ich eigentlich aber abgemeldet sein.Versuchte Support zu kontaktieren, klappt anscheinend aber nicht.

Since a month or 2 ago, my external screen turns black and flickers only when I use Zoom. The Zoom video (on the external screen also) is stable. It is everything else that flickers. This tells me that is it not the screen connection.Also my internal screen (laptop) is stable.I use my computer a lot and it only happens with Zoom. The problem is that I can't see my notes since they keep blacking out.I have updated to the latest version of Zoom Workplace. No improvement.

I am a teacher i deliver lectures on video editing to my student but when I open app like canva or capcut app my screen does not fully show the options I am seeing sidebars and additional bars where my cursor move not shown to anyone how can I set these which settings should I use. when I finish zoom meeting it automatically records and saves the meeting. It doesn't show the sentence that recording was not converted. But I turn off the computer and reboot it, and I click zoom it says recording was  not converted. So I tested it. First when I finished a meeting. It recorded the meeting as usual, then I renamed it. I rebooted the computer. And started zoom it said recording was not converted. When I clicked "convert". It made a new file. which was exactly the same as the one I recorded previously. I wonder why? When I don't turn off the computer. And start zoom. That phrase doesn't show up.

Hi, In a previous version of Zoom, we could view the meetings scheduled by other licensed users by "Display meetings scheduled for others" if we are assigned scheduling privileges for that account. However, this button appears to be gone in this new version of Zoom. Is there another way to view all meetings scheduled by other users in this version of Zoom or is that function completely gone? Thanks

I've been with Zoom for a long time but recently I started an online business (online store with Sellvia) selling highticket products to an elevated segment of the audience so I myself work not only as a CEO but as a salesmanI'm interested which plan is best for me if I make around 30-40 sales calls a week, each lasting about an hour? I'm just so tired of having to reconnect in the middle of the call, I'm loosing all my conversions plz help...

I have run into multiple instances now where I am the owner of a zoom call and another co-worker starts a zoom call of their own and it ends my zoom call.  The co-worker originally created the re-occurring meeting and transferred the call ownership to me a while back.  The co-worker is no longer on the call invites.  Anyone know why that would be happening?

Zoom notifications about new services and AI tools in the meeting home page UI are too frequent, distracting and annoying. Does anyone know how do we can disable them? We have disabled all the AI features for our organisation and just want to use the base meeting product we pay for. We are not interested in getting spammed about docs and AI assistants and new features constantly while we are trying to schedule meetings. AFAIK there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off being spammed by the Zoom team in the UI. Thanks for any info if I've missed some config and if this is baked into the code can a zoom rep address this one?

Can I edit a Zoom video on a MAC with Quicktime and if not, how can I get edited? Thanks

I'm trying to get some support with this - I can log into my Workplace Pro account fine on the web, but not through the app. How can I get some help with this please?
