I want to use music.  When I go to the share button I do not get the options for video apps I want to use I only get questions about how who and how many participatts

At the beginning of a meeting, in the main room, I tested the zoom recording by starting and stopping a recording. Then, when we went into breakout rooms, it said the breakout room meeting was recording, but the local file saved of the recording is only my 3 second recording in the main room, not the break out room recording. How can I recover the breakout room recording?

how to turn off sound when muting and unmuting in basic. Sound for when member joins/leaves is toggled off.

i'm having issues with a number of Windows 11 laptops where i'm not able to mute shared audio from coming out of the laptop speakers, without it also muting the shared audio to the zoom call.  this was previously never an issue. meetings are being joined with or without audio and sharing audio for the video being played gives the same results.  the laptop audio is being picked up on another device and causing feedback if not muted. 

Hello -  When I am in Zoom chat - there are no up arrows next to the mic and video for me to choose settings.  When I go to settings and click on audio - there is no place to adjust settings for mic and speaker.   Thanks, Brian

For the first time I was unable to custom stream a zoom meeting, as I've done for months/years without issue before. Anyone else having this issue? Using restream to stream to Facebook and Youtube simultaneously, but when the page starts loading to "preparing to stream" it freezes about a quarter way through. Tried half a dozen times, and on multiple computers. 

In our weekly meetings I play Spotify as background music.  Participants tell me that when anyone speaks during the meeting, the music drops out.  Is there a setting I'm missing that will prevent this from happening?

I'm working on a course for Udemy with a colleague, and in my test videos, they complain about the border around the video. Is there a setting to get rid of that border, or does anyone have a fix using Adobe elements editing to get rid of the border?   Thanks!

I have reinstated my Pro Plan and am still having meetings cut off at 40 minutes like a free account. Can't find how to submit a web ticket. Help! 

Hi I have not used zoom now for ages, and when I now go to launch a meeting, 75% of my real estate is zoom ai companion - which I do not even want !! I am left with a tiny window top left showing the actual meeting !!!I have followed the instructions, logged in to web portal, gone to Admin section, then Account Settings and AI Companion tab, but the only options there are :- DocsWorkspace Reservation ResourcesWhitepaperGetting Started GuideOnboarding Centre There are no options related to meetings at all ??? I have a meeting tonight 1900 so would really appreciate if someone could help me to block, minimize, remove this awful addition which zoom have seen fit to add. Thank you

A pink virtual background or filter is on my Android mobile app, and will not go away.I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the latest version, to no avail.Choosing different backgrounds or filters does work reflects each new selection.However, choosing option "None" does not remove what seems to now be a default pink background. Interestingly, the "None" option works when switching to the forward camera.So, I can use my phone if I am comfortable not seeing anyone else nor seeing where I am in the shot. The "selfiecam" attached images show the pink background and the "Virtual Background" and "Filters" menus - both with the "None" option selected.The "forward" image shows that the pink background goes away when the other camera on the same phone is in use. Phone: "Galaxy S20 FE 5G"Model: SM-G781U1/DSOne UI Version: 4.1Android Version: 12Kernel: 4.19.113-2432854

Recently (past month or so) I've noticed the video feed for 1 specific participant in reoccurring meetings flickers. The flickering isn't noticed by everyone but it happens for more than one person. Said differently any time I'm in a meeting with Person 1, their video feed flickers (looks like it is quickly going back and forth between being mirrored and not mirrored). It doesn't happen for everyone but multiple people have noticed that Person 1's video flickers. I know person 1 has their camera set to standard definition. I don't think it's a hardware issue but something with software. I've tried checking and unchecking the acceleration and denoise options and it doesn't fix the issue. I'm on a Mac, but other people who have observed it are on PC. It's not a huge deal but it drives me crazy ha. Cheers!

Hi, I am not able to see raise your hand option when I join meetings. Zoom version 6.4.6 (53970) on MacOS Sequoia. I checked with the host and they have not disabled raise your hand feature on their side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Ravi. 

Hello,Last night we were attacked by a very aggressive zoom bomber showing very inappropriate video. I was unable to throw him out at first because he was repeatedly raising/lowering his hand at a hight rate. This resulted in his tile moving to the list of raised hands and back quickly, so I was unable to click his tile in order to get the popup menu to throw him out.The same occurred with the participants list giving me no chance to access the menu.Eventually we resorted to suspending all meeting activities which settled the situation and allowed me to access his tile's menu and remove him. When is was preparing a video for our other hosts and co-hosts the next day, explaining how to remedy such a situation, I noticed that participants can still raise and lower their hands when activities are suspended. Obviously, our bomber had given up when we suspended activities. He could instead have continued flipping his hand. Althoug

Hello, please can you helpI have just bought a new Asus Vivobook S15, running Windows 11 and using RealtecIn a meeting when i share music via spotify the participants can not hear the music.I have  the following..All my Zoom settings are correct.Updated the Audio driversI've switched the AI sound cancellation off in my Asus settings (a solution i found in the Asus boards)I've tried using the zoom browser rather than the AppConfusingly it worked once last week...Look very forward to any suggestions, this is vital for my work Thank you 

I teach zoom yoga classes and have a strange issue.  When using my hp laptop, spotify and my jlab wireless earbuds together everything is great for 5 minutes, I can hear the music and my participants.  Then all sound is muted only for me for 1 minute (the participants can still hear the music)  After 1 minute the music returns in my earbuds and the 5 minutes on, 1 minute off continues over and over.  I have timed it and it's always 5/1.   I've read that since I'm using 2 things  -spotify and my wireless earbuds - zoom does not support 2.  I've researched this for  many hours and found that I can use an app called Loopback (costs $99) to merge the 2 sources but it's only Mac compatible.  Any suggestions?

I am a yoga instructor. Zoom audio settings are suppressing my Omkar "AaaaUuuuMmmmmm" chanting. I tried with all settings of Original audio, removing background noise settings but failed to fix it. Tried with different microphones as well. I have ensured that the issue is not with microphone device/ system settings as using same device for other applications like Google meet is working fine.Would appreciate if someone can help with this ?Just to go in details, while chanting Omkar and pronouncing "AaaaUuuuMmmmmm", it only captures initial "Aaa" and then it starts blocking most of the sound.

How can I restore the possibilty to record on a coud after you have disabled it? I cleaned all the trash. It is now clean but I keep getting those mails and it is still disabled evan though I have deleated almost all the recordings. It does not acceed the limit now. please advise

I am using zoom pro and when I have people in the meeting it ends because I guess no one is screensharing or something I need help how do I fix the 40 minute idle time HELP

I have a Workplace Pro license which allows 100 participants in a meeting. If I start a meeting and 60 people join, then 10 minutes later 30 of those leave the meeting, how many more people can enter the meeting at that time? Would it be 70 because there are only 30 people still in the meeting? Or would it be 40 as 60 had already earlier joined the meeting?
