I am host, with mac, pro zoom account with all automatically recording meetingsYesterday meeting with the team as part of training material did not record - just vanished. I download all the daily meetings end of day and all other meetings were there (cloud recordings) apart of this one . Checked the trash, asked the team if they seen recorded meeting, just to confirm if I pressed stop recording by accident - they all confirmed it was recorded as they accepted the message on entryChecked in my mac docs and downloads, and zoom files.Just vanished - cant find anywhere Can you please help

I wanted to record a meeting/podcast where each speaker is recorded on a separate track. Before the meeting, I went to Settings - Recording - "Record a separate audio file of each participant" but when I go to access my recording in the cloud I can only find audio recorded combined on one file. Why is this? Problem description:I am the organizer of Zoom meetings and use the web interface. I usually have no issues accessing meeting summaries, but the summary for a specific day won’t open.I can see it in the list, but the arrow button to open it doesn’t work.Summaries for other days open without any problems.I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and reloading the page, but the issue persists.I also tried accessing it from another device and through the Zoom app, but the problem remains only for this particular summary.There’s no option to download the data or bypass the issue in the Reports section.Are there any known reasons or solutions for this issue?Additional information:Account level: Licensed versionOperating system and browsers used:Windows 10 pro, Chrome 131.0.6778.70Date and time of the meeting: Nov 2

Recently, my system got an upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04. Since then, Zoom can't output audio to my Jabra Speak 510. * Music players, browsers, spotify can use the Jabra sucessfully. Not a general hardware support problem.* Zoom can use the built-in speakers of the laptop successfully. Not a general audio problem with Zoom. Since 24.04 (Noble Numbat), Pipewire is used as the audio backend system. So, I already played around with some settings here. The Zoom client for Linux seems to use PulseAudio which Pipewire supports with a compatibility layer (package pipewire-pulse). This is installed. Has anybody faced something like this and has any pointers?

I am no longer able to share my sound if I attempt to share a screen.  The checkbox option to "share sound" is simply grayed out and unavailable.  As is the option to "Optimize Video" as well.  It is happening on three of my machines that are all on the same version Mac - 5.11.9 (10046) Monterey OS 12.1

Virtual backgrounds in Zoom web app stopped working since a few days ago. First there was a brief error message of virtual backgrounds not being able to start then no more warnings. Simply the option virtual backgrounds is not available anymore. 

Problem: I set up a meeting and sent out invites.  I went to the meetings page and copies another invitation.  Discovered later that I had two links.  One went to the meeting one went to a note that the host had another meeting going.  What did I do wrong? 

 I deleted meeting and webinar from zoom but when i tried recovering the deleted meetings/webinars i could only recover meetings and on webinar recovery it shows  following error:data: {code:30001, message: 'Meeting is not found or expired'}i am using api provided by the zoom

I'm seeking help re. virtual backgrounds. I lost the backgrounds I saved when I upgraded to the latest version of Zoom. Now, when I attempt to add them using the virtual background + option, they are not downloading for some reason. Any ideas? All the settings, account info remained in tact, but I can't seem to use the virtual background option.

When I am sharing my screen, I occasionally need to pause the screen and work on things in the background. Since the new update it seems that people using iPad or iPhone to see my shared screen will see black screen when I click pause.  I need this fixed ASAP 😞 Thank you community! Zoop

Can additional participant licenses be purchased during the meeting? or do they need to be purchased in advance?

Hi, Didi here ~ I'm trying to register for the Work Transformation Summit Zoom emailed me to my work email address but it won't let me use this same actual work e-address. Very frustrating & yes, I've tried other e-addresses & no, they don't work either. Otherwise, what's the point of trying to sign up if it doesn't let you use your preferred work email?!?  Zoom can piss off too many of its users with these aggravating Catch-22 situations... If anyone has any workarounds or suggestions I'm all ears.  Thanks!

My GoPro WAS working and now i just get a black screen. I’ve uninstalled the app, re-installed and tried all i can, but no connection! HELP!

I'm looking for support on this: I normally teach using an audio interface (shows up as USB Audio CODEC). Since today, I cannot increase the input volume and thus no sound. I can move it to the right but it jumps right back. Yes I am unmuted and the interface is working fine (I see the lights signaling the music), it's just downregulated by Zoom. Installing the Zoom software updates and restarting Zoom and the macbook haven't changed anything. With all other microphones I can change the input volume and am audible. I ended up teaching with airpods and computer sound, but still would like to get the system back working...

I am using mac mini m1, using sequoia 15.4.1. zoom 6.4.6. It always tell me to allow microphone access at privacy and security. It do not show "zoom would like to access xx". I use a head phone with microphone, and do not have camera on this mac mini. I think this may cause the issue. p.sI tried using zoom on macbook air m3, and still not work. I have to use tccplus to force adding them.

On My settings, participants are allowed to join before the host, and also on our account management but all participants were not allowed unless I'm in. What am I missing here?Also, this has worked for me before and I haven't made any adjustments so I'm confused about what happened. Thanks

Does anyone know if I can add bookmarks to my Zoom meeting recording while it's happening?Oftentimes I have an hour long meeting that I'm recording in which I want to put in a bookmark saying "this is when we were discussing X". Then on playback I could jump straight to that moment. 

I want to enable AutoStart meeting summary, but I'm getting a message "One or more AI Companion features are disabled in your settings" I have Zoom Workplace Pro

Solved my problem,,, someone had set up a customised waiting room message and not told me!

Hi, I have a pro membership. I always share my computer sound (music), via 'share screen' --> advanced options --> share computer sound/ audio. I haven't used zoom for one month. Now this option to share computer sound is no longer available. I have no idea why this has changed.I have removed and then re-installed the app 'zoom workplace'. I have a MacAir, Apple M1, MacOS Seqoia 14.5.1.I hope you can tell me how to fix this. thank you so much!

Our organization has several new laptops (Lenovo P1 Gen 5) with the AMD Radeon™ 780M graphics chip that are running into a BSOD when using virtual backgrounds in Zoom Workplace. This is across multiple users and computers, and all available drivers have been updated to their latest versions on all devices with no change in behavior. Our current version of Windows is 23H2, but we are upgrading soon to 24H2. Steps to reproduce (so far):Connect device to a docking station of some kind. Using the ZOOM app on my Apple Tablet with iPadOS Version 16.7.11, I cannot schedule a meeting by inviting participants with EMAIL. I can prepare the email but there is no way to SEND the email. Although there is a circle with an arrow pointing up, it is GRAYED OUT and there is no response when selecting that symbol.
