Someone else with a paid Zoom account started a meeting, then made me host (I do not have a paid account). I began recording to the cloud (not to my own device because I do not have sufficient space), but the user who initially started the meeting left early. After I ended the meeting (long after the meeting starter had left), the popup for processing did not appear on my end. Does this mean the recording is gone forever?

Hi,I need to record course sharing my screen (Google Tab with document) and myself as speaker.I’m using Zoom app on my Ipad.Unfortunately, recording show myself twice with the floating speaker screen + the top corner speaker screen. I tried to just swipe the floating screen but it comes to desactivate the camera and then, there is speaker video at all at the end. I’m quite confused about HOW to set the speaker video properly.. and keep only the top right corner.I also try to « hide » the top corner one with the floating one.. but the top corner one looks set to be on the top… I attached screenshots here to illustrate my issue. Maybe someone could help me 🙂Would be great cause I’m totally lost..! Thank you.

Sharing a Single app in zoom android app isn't working. a red alert below it "Zoom has disabled t...."It's really disappointing as it's really important for better user experience and privacy.

I help with a regular zoom meeting.   I also update Zoom every week.   I use Windows 11 with a desktop computer.  My task at meetings is to post links in chat, which I usually do without any problems.   There is however one link I am unable to post, although the facilitator of the group has done so without problems.   I've also copied and pasted the link into a fresh document, just to see if the problem was with the formatting on my document of links - but it was fine.   Time and time again in chat, the heading for the link posts fine, but the actual link won't post at all.   The second line remains blank.

Please, please, please allow stereo recording of meetings. PLEASE! I'm sure Zoom is aware that at least tens, if not hundreds of thousands of musicians use Zoom; stereo sound for music is crucial. This is 2022 ... we can send robots to Mars, why can't we record Zoom meetings in stereo? Thanks.

Hi, I have downloaded zoom on my laptop just so I can use it for meetings outside my home. However, upon entering a meeting with a promotional video, it suddenly freezes and gives me this error: Zoom has quit unexpectedly. (Note: this does not happen with my PC as it loads the promotional video without errors and I can wait for several minutes before meeting starts) However, with my laptop running windows 11, it seems to get this error regardless of multiple attempts of reinstalls, updates, and even cleaning my cache and background apps. It does show high ram usage regardless of the amount of applications I put in disable upon startup and deep sleep. I am using Acer Nitro 5 with 8GB of ram. Does anyone have the same problem as I do? If I create a further meeting, with a business type, and then buy a large meeting,will it be automatically applied as a large meeting to a meeting that I have previously created?

Hello all When having webinars, I create an event link on LinkedIn. That link should lead to the Zoom registration page where people leave their email + name. See image below.For some reason I don't get the link to do that. People can  jump in without registering. In my settings I have tcked the box: "require authentication to join"It is a recurring meeting. I am obviously missing something or some box to tick or some setting. is there a short video recording I could watch?Can someone guide to what is wrong with my settings? Thank youMaurice     

Running Zoom on an HP Laptop, using Linux Mint, latest version (dowloaded yesterday). There's a long-standing problem of video suffering from jitter and lag. Other machines are fine. This machine has two video adapters - I'm only using one for Zoom. I started a Mac Zoom update which stopped and did not complete. I could not even close the update window.I used an App Cleaner & Uninstaller to completely uninstall Zoom.Upon downloading newly and reinstallation, the installer completely stopped again with the message window “Waiting for other installations to complete.” When I try to quit the installer I get this message, “The Installer is busy. The window can’t be closed.”So the install won't complete, and the install window cannot be removed from my desktop.Any idea how I can correct this situation so that I can download Zoom again?

I've never participated in a Forum where the software presents subject threads in sequence by "MOST RECENTLY CREATED" first (no matter how many back-and-forth posts and replies exist), rather than "MOST RECENTLY POSTED" first. In other words, if I created a thread 3 weeks ago I now have to page forward an ever-increasing number of pages as time marches on, as the thread becomes older and older. It will eventually appear, when the "create date" of posts finally goes back that originally created thread date. But in fact there may have been many replies within my thread, the most recent of which might have occurred just today! So I would like my thread to be presented probably on say page 1 or 2 of this "Meetings" sub-forum, because there is a reply in the thread with a very recent date. Why wouldn't thread topics be presented on the subject list ordered this way, with "most recent reply date" shown first, no matter when the thre

After someone forced me to use Microsoft Teams, my webcam is now too zoomed-in/too much of a close-up when using Zoom.com. Webcam: Logitech HD Pro Webcam c920. Machine: Windows 11 desktop PC.  Zoom version: I just uninstalled, then re-downloaded & installed Zoom. According to the Logitech Capture app, my webcam is not zoomed in. Same at Microsoft Teams. It's only zoomed-in in Zoom. How do I zoom out in Zoom?

Hi,I would like to file a complaint against a driving school that got a hold of my email address and keeps sending me unsolicited invitations to their advertising webinars which claim that I registered for their webinar. I have asked them to remove me from their webinar list, and they have not. This is deeply annoying, and I would guess they are doing it to other people. Is there any way to report someone for "zoom spam"?I am a basic/free user so do not have access to customer support or web tickets. 

I'm getting spam e-mails on behalf of zoom from some zoom-conference I attend.I don't want to block the zoom address, but I can't block the spammer if they are using zoom address as a email Any idea how report that?

Hi all, I'm currently getting emails asking me to join a currently running zoom meeting around 5-15 times per day. Here's the strange part: I do not know the person that seemingly invites me to join the meeting, I have all e-mail notifications turned off in my zoom account settings and am only getting the notifications on my outlook email client app on my iPhone. Especially weird: when I tap on the notification, no such email seemingly exists. Is there any way I can stop getting more of these emails? I need to see a record of meetings that were hosted by my account -- specifically the date and length of the meetings. Everything I've read says to go to Meetings and click on Previous. When I do that it says "The user does not have any previous meetings." That is incorrect as I have dozens of meeting a week.  Zoom's recent update has made it harder to create recurring meetings. This seems like an effort to force users into using Zoom's calendar function. So my guess is that the Previous Meetings tab is only showing data for fixed meetings. However, fixed meetings do not fit my business needs, as I have meetings with certain parties at flexible times. How can I view a record of meeting history? Thank you in advance.

How can I find a recording in cloud. I was the host however, I connected using the link I sent out to participants. That link was sent to  me by Zoom with a meeting ID and passcode. I'm new to this and just used that link so I can host the meeting. However, after the meeting, I tried to retrieve the recording and could not find it. I also noticed the meeting I D I was sent is not the same ID as listed in my own personal profile. It's completely different. I don't understand why. I called zoom support and the meeting ID and passcode could not be found so I couldn't speak to anyone about my issue.  I need help to retrieve the recording please.

I tested the recording feature at the beginning of our meeting with just the 3 hosts, and checked that the video was saved locally on my laptop and I could play it. Then the actual meeting started, around 80 people attended, and I clicked start recording at the beginning, and end recording about 1.5 hours in. Once the meeting wrapped up and I went to check the recording file, only the initial 3s test video can be found. I have a MacBook, and video was found under Documents/Zoom. Is there anything to do to recover the recording? Multiple guests on the call, as well as the hosts, confirmed that the recording notification was showing during the call, and the "recording ended" voice also played when I clicked "stop recording" so I'm fairly certain the issue wasn't with recording, but with encoding / transferring / saving the file(s) to my local machine? Any help appreciated, this event was a hybrid memorial /celebration of life for a dear member of our community, and

I used to open the app on my desktop. I'd schedule a meeting and the link would be added to my Google Calendar event. It no longer is added. I look at the calendar, not there. Opened the app - not in the events. Login at zoom.us and the two new meetings are not there either.  What has changed? If I open the event in the zoom app, it's still not displaying in the events - no way to add as zoom  meeting. It's also not giving that old note of "this is not a zoom meeting."Your guidance is appreciated. The event is added to my calender, as expected, but there is no meeting link.

I think I have followed everything to record my Zoom Meetings to the cloud, but none of my recordings are able to be transcribed. They are all indicating "Audio Recording - Unable to transcribe".Does anyone have a solution to this?
